Face image: an image of a face, also known as a facial image, indicating a user. In one possible approach, the image capture device may perform liveness detection prior to capturing the face image. In the living body detection, the image pickup apparatus can determine whether the photographed user is a real person by acquiring a blinking animation of the user. In another living body detection mode, if the image acquisition device can acquire depth-of-field data, the image acquisition device can determine whether the face image is shot by a real person before the face image is located in the image acquisition device according to the depth-of-field data in the face image. In another possible way, if the image capturing device is operated by a person such as a cashier, the embodiment of the present application may omit the step of live body detection, and the cashier manually confirms whether the face image of the real person is captured. It should be noted that, when the image capturing device is operated by the cashier, the embodiment of the present application may still select to perform the operation of the living body detection.
In the embodiment of the application, the face image can be used for face recognition. In a possible mode, the image acquisition device can directly send the face image to the cloud server. In order to protect the information security of the user, the face image can be encrypted in the sending process, and the cloud server decrypts the face image after receiving the face image. In another possible mode, the image acquisition device may send the feature data of the extracted face image to the cloud server. The embodiment of the application does not limit the specific way of recognizing the face image.
Member code: for the POS machine (English: Point of sales terminal) to scan and identify the membership of the user. The membership code may be a graphic code, which may include a two-dimensional code or a bar code. The membership code corresponds to a unique membership account that can provide the user with product discounts, points, or priority to participate in the event. After the POS machine reads the member code, the POS machine can determine the member identity of the user. Wherein, the member account is an account with member identity in the user account.
Payment code: is a bar code bound to the user's funding account, which may be either a one-dimensional bar code or a two-dimensional bar code. Alternatively, the payment code may be a designated character string. After the POS machine obtains the payment code, the payment required for the consumption can be deducted from the account corresponding to the payment code. In some scenarios, the payment code is also called a debit code.
The settlement device: and a device which can be used for determining the membership of the user according to the membership code and can also be used for carrying out settlement at a bank server according to the payment code. In one possible approach, the settlement device may be a POS, a cash register, or other cash register device, which is not limited by the embodiment. Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a member settlement method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. The member settlement method can be applied to the image capturing device shown in any one of fig. 1 to 4. It should be noted that the embodiment of the application can also be applied to a cloud server, wherein the image acquisition device is used for acquiring a face image and is used as an intermediate device for transmitting data between the cloud server and the POS machine. In fig. 5, taking an example of the application of the embodiment of the present application to an image capturing device as an example, the method for member settlement includes:
step 510, obtaining a face image.
In the embodiment of the application, the image acquisition equipment shoots the face image. Illustratively, the image capture device will take a picture of a human face under the control of a person. For example, a cashier may control the image capture device via the input assembly. The image acquisition device receives an image acquisition signal, and the image acquisition device acquires a face image in response to the image acquisition signal. For example, when the cashier presses the face-brushing key of the target entity control on the input assembly, the image acquisition device acquires a face image.
Optionally, the image capture device is also capable of capturing video in real time. When the face of the user appears in the acquisition range of the image acquisition equipment, the image acquisition equipment automatically records the face image. When the user agrees to pay, the cashier acquires the use authority of the face image. The manner in which the user agrees to make payment includes, but is not limited to, voice, fingerprint, or input of a verification code received by the bound mobile terminal.
And step 520, determining a member code and a payment code corresponding to the face image.
Illustratively, the image acquisition device can determine the corresponding membership code and the payment code according to the face image. In the process, the image acquisition equipment can not only extract the face features in the face image locally, but also directly upload the face image to the cloud server, so that the cloud server performs face recognition on the face image to acquire the face features. After the cloud server acquires the face features, the cloud server can determine a corresponding user account according to the face features, and extract a member code and a payment code corresponding to the user account.
It should be noted that the formats of the member code and the payment code may be the same or different. Illustratively, the format may include one-dimensional form, two-dimensional form, and numeric string form. Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a format of a barcode provided based on the embodiment shown in fig. 5. In fig. 6, the format of the barcode may be a one-dimensional form 6A, a two-dimensional form 6B, or a number string form 6C. It should be noted that the example of the barcode mentioned in the embodiment of the present application is only an exemplary illustration, and does not correspond to the barcode having an actual function in the real world.
In the embodiment of the application, after the image acquisition device determines the member code and the payment code, the member code and the payment code can be temporarily stored in the memory chip. Illustratively, after the member code or the payment code is sent to the POS machine, the image acquisition equipment deletes the bar code sent to the POS machine so as to ensure the safety of the sensitive information of the user.
In another possible implementation manner, the image acquisition device does not store the member code and the payment code, and when the image acquisition device receives a signal that sends a corresponding barcode to the POS machine, the image acquisition device sends the signal to the cloud server, and the cloud server returns the barcode and transfers the barcode to the POS machine.
In response to the first indication signal, a member code is transmitted to the settlement device, step 530.
Illustratively, the image capture device will be under the control of the cashier. When the cashier sends the first indication signal to the image acquisition device through the input component, the image acquisition device will be able to send the member code to the settlement device. In this embodiment, the image capture device will send the member code to the POS machine.
And step 540, responding to a second indication signal, and sending a payment code to the settlement device, wherein the triggering time of the second indication signal is later than that of the first indication signal.
Illustratively, in response to a second indication signal, the image capturing device will send a payment code to the accounting device, the second indication signal having a trigger time later than the trigger time of the first indication signal. That is, in the embodiment of the present application, the image capture device will transmit the member code to the settlement device first, and then transmit the payment code to the settlement device when the settlement device needs to acquire the payment code. Through the implementation mode, the settlement equipment can firstly determine the bill to be settled and settle the bill by adopting the settlement rules of the members, so that the correctness of determining the bill calculation mode is improved.
In one approach, the keys of the input assembly that trigger the first indication signal are different from the keys of the input assembly that trigger the second indication signal.
In another mode, the key of the input element that triggers the first indication signal is the same as the key of the input element that triggers the second indication signal. But the key pressing mode of the input assembly for triggering the first indication signal is different from the key pressing mode of the input assembly for triggering the second indication signal. For example, the key mode for triggering the first indication signal is to press the target key for a short time, and the key mode for triggering the second indication signal is to press the target key for a long time. Wherein, the pressing time length is shorter than the time length threshold value is the short-press operation, and the pressing time length is not shorter than the time length threshold value is the long-press operation.
In summary, the member settlement method provided in this embodiment can enable the image acquisition device to acquire the face image, determine the corresponding member code and the payment code according to the face image, send the member code to the settlement device in response to the first indication signal, and send the payment code to the settlement device in response to the second indication signal, where a trigger time of the second indication signal is later than a trigger time of the first indication signal. Because image acquisition equipment can directly obtain corresponding member code and payment code through face image, when settlement equipment needs member code and payment code afterwards, image acquisition equipment all can provide corresponding bar code to settlement equipment under the effect of the instruction signal that corresponds for current settlement equipment is under the state that keeps original software and hardware environment, can accomplish member code and payment code respectively when needing to type through once obtaining user's image, has improved the settlement ability of member bill.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating a member settlement method according to another exemplary embodiment of the present application. The member settlement method can be applied to the image acquisition device shown above. It should be noted that the embodiment of the application can also be applied to a cloud server, wherein the image acquisition device is used for acquiring a face image and is used as an intermediate device for transmitting data between the cloud server and the POS machine. In fig. 7, taking an example of the application of the embodiment of the present application to an image capturing device as an example, the method for member settlement includes:
step 710, acquiring a face image in response to a received image acquisition signal, where the image acquisition signal is a signal sent by an input component, and the image acquisition signal is a signal triggered when a target entity control in the input component is pressed.
In the embodiment of the application, when the image acquisition device receives an image acquisition signal, a face image is acquired. Schematically, the operation of acquiring the face image is handed to appointed personnel such as a cashier for control. When the cashier presses the target entity control in the input assembly, an image acquisition signal is triggered, and the image acquisition equipment shoots a face image.
For example, when the input component is a keypad, the target entity control may be a "swipe face" button on the keypad. When the cashier presses a 'face brushing' key on the small keyboard, the image acquisition equipment performs the operation of shooting the face image. In one possible implementation, when the "face brushing" button on the keypad is pressed, the image capturing device will start face detection, and when a face is detected, capture the current face image. In another possible mode, when the image acquisition device acquires a plurality of faces, the image acquisition device determines the face image with the largest area or the closest distance to the lens as the face image to be acquired. In another possible implementation manner, when the "face brushing" button on the keypad is pressed, the image acquisition device directly performs a shooting operation, and if there is no face in the shot image or the face image does not meet the preset requirement, the cashier is prompted to shoot the face image again.
Step 721, sending the face image to the cloud server, where the face image includes face feature information.
In the embodiment of the application, the face feature information is used for matching the corresponding member code and the corresponding payment code in the cloud server. Illustratively, the image acquisition device can encrypt the face image and then send the encrypted face image to the cloud server. The cloud server matches the corresponding member code and payment code by using the face image. Optionally, after the cloud server obtains the matched payment code and the matched member code, the cloud server deletes the face image.
And step 722, receiving the member code and the payment code fed back by the cloud server.
Illustratively, the image acquisition device can receive the member code and the payment code fed back by the cloud server. The member code and the payment code may be collectively referred to as a barcode, and possible forms of the barcode include a one-dimensional barcode, a two-dimensional barcode, and a number string, which are not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In a possible mode, when the user who performs settlement does not open the member, the embodiment of the application can also provide a member opening process. The embodiment of the application can realize the process of opening the member and receiving the member code and the payment code by executing the step (1), the step (2) and the step (3) instead of the step 722.
And (1) responding to the payment code and the member opening request fed back by the cloud server, and displaying opening prompt information in the display component.
Illustratively, the cloud server sends a member opening request to the image acquisition device when the member code corresponding to the face image is not matched. Correspondingly, when the image acquisition equipment receives the payment code and the member opening request, the image acquisition equipment can display the opening prompt information in the display component.
And (2) responding to the received confirmation opening signal, and sending opening confirmation information to the cloud server.
In the embodiment of the application, when receiving the opening confirmation signal, the image acquisition device sends opening confirmation information to the cloud server. Alternatively, the confirm-on signal may be a signal received in an input component of the image capture device.
The opening confirmation information is used for indicating the cloud server to open the member of the target merchant for the user corresponding to the payment code, and the target merchant is the merchant to which the settlement equipment belongs.
And (3) receiving a member code corresponding to the member fed back by the cloud server.
Illustratively, after receiving the opening confirmation information, the cloud server opens a member for the user corresponding to the face image and generates a unique member code, and feeds the member code back to the image acquisition device. And the image acquisition equipment receives the member code corresponding to the member fed back by the cloud server.
In step 731, the member code is transmitted to the settlement device in response to the first indication signal input through the input means.
Alternatively, the user may wait for the cashier's operation after swiping. During this time, the cashier will provide different information at different times depending on the requirements of the POS machine. In one possible approach, when the POS machine requires a member code, the cashier may trigger the first indication signal by operating the input component, the first indication signal being a signal that is triggered when the input component receives the first operation. The first indication signal is transmitted to the image acquisition device after being triggered, and the image acquisition device sends a member code to a POS machine (namely, a settlement device) when receiving the first indication signal input through the input component.
In step 732, the payment code is transmitted to the settlement device in response to the second indication signal transmitted through the input component.
In the embodiment of the application, after the POS (i.e. the settlement device) receives the member code, the bill consumed by the user is settled according to the discount or the preferential scheme corresponding to the member. After the settlement is completed, the POS machine needs to obtain a payment code corresponding to the member to perform a deduction operation. In this occasion, the cashier may operate the input component to trigger the second indication signal, which is a signal triggered when the input component receives the second operation. The second indication signal is transmitted to the image acquisition device after being triggered, and the image acquisition device sends a payment code to the POS machine (namely, the settlement device) when receiving the second indication signal input through the input component.
In one possible practical application scenario, when a user jack selects commodity a, commodity B, and commodity C, the jack may perform a member settlement service at a checkout counter. Before jack settles, a cashier needs to confirm whether jack agrees to use a face-brushing payment settlement mode. When jack agrees to use the settlement mode of face-brushing payment, the cashier can operate through a small keyboard (i.e., an input component) connected with a single-screen face terminal (i.e., an image acquisition device). When the single-screen face terminal is aligned to the face of Jack, a cashier presses a face brushing key on the keypad, and the single-screen face terminal acquires the face image of Jack. At the moment, the single-screen face terminal sends the face image to the cloud server, and the cloud server searches for the member code and the payment code matched with the face image and then returns the member code and the payment code to the single-screen face terminal. At the moment, the cashier operates the POS machine, and when the POS machine needs to input the member code, the cashier presses a first key in the keypad to trigger a first indication signal. The first indication signal is transmitted to the single-screen face terminal, and the single-screen face terminal is indicated to transmit the member code to the POS machine. At this time, the POS machine confirms the member identity of jack by the member code, and settles the total price of the commodity a, the commodity B, and the commodity C under the member account of jack, and performs member discount. And after the cashier finishes the settlement of the commodity A, the commodity B and the commodity C, the POS machine enters a settlement link. At this time, the POS machine requests to receive the payment code, and the cashier presses a second key in the keypad to trigger a second indicating signal. The second indication signal is transmitted to the single-screen face terminal, and the single-screen face terminal is indicated to transmit the payment code to the POS machine. At this time, the POS machine obtains the settlement authority of the Jack bank account through the payment code, and the total amount of the purchase is transferred from the Jack bank account. After the settlement process is finished, the single-screen face terminal automatically deletes the acquired face image, the acquired member code and the acquired payment code.
In the process, the user Jack can complete the verification of the member identity and the verification of two independent processes of payment only by brushing one face, and the process of specifically inputting the member code and the payment code to the POS machine is completed by a cashier, so that the payment process of the user is simplified, and the controllability of the payment process is improved. Meanwhile, the membership code and the payment code are transmitted between the single-screen face terminal and the POS machine in an invisible mode, so that the safety of a user membership account and a fund account is improved, and the risks of fund embezzlement and the like caused by bar code leakage are reduced.
In another implementation scenario, the image capture device may also be made as a head-mounted image capture device that a cashier will wear. Take the example that the head-mounted image acquisition device is a pair of smart glasses, the shooting direction of a camera on the pair of smart glasses is the same as the face orientation of the wearer, and the pair of smart glasses is connected with the settlement device (i.e. a POS machine) through Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or other short-distance wireless communication modes. Because the intelligent glasses are carried by the cashier, when the face image of the user is shot, the operation of additionally adjusting the shooting direction of the image acquisition equipment is omitted, the settlement efficiency is improved, and the member offline settlement is more convenient and safer.
In summary, in the embodiment, according to the input component in the image acquisition device, the acquisition of the face image is controlled, the time for transmitting the member code to the settlement device is controlled, and the time for transmitting the payment code to the settlement device is controlled, so that in the member settlement method provided by the embodiment of the application, the time for acquiring the face by the image acquisition device, the time for transmitting the member code to the settlement device, and the time for transmitting the payment code to the settlement device are all controllable, and the controllability of key steps in the member settlement process controlled by a cashier is improved while the convenience of a user is improved in the member payment process, thereby improving the overall efficiency of the member settlement process.
The member settlement method provided by the embodiment of the application can also trigger the cloud server to generate a member opening request through the face image when the user corresponding to the face image does not open the member, and the member opening request is sent to the image acquisition device by the cloud server, the image acquisition device displays opening prompt information in the display component, and when an opening confirmation signal is received, opening confirmation information is sent to the cloud server, so that the user can quickly open the member and enable the settlement device to quickly obtain settlement benefits under a member system when the user needs a member code and a payment code.
