Claims (10)

1. A workplace credit authentication method based on a block chain is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that a block chain bottom platform is used for connecting government nodes, enterprise nodes, college nodes, talent organization nodes and individual user nodes, an alliance chain is established, and data in the block chain are maintained and identified through a P2P protocol;
the identity authentication is carried out on the individual user through the talent service APP, and the individual user is enabled to obtain the information of the workplace issued by the members of the alliance chain through the alliance chain;
acquiring talent related information provided by governments, enterprises, colleges and talents from government nodes, enterprise nodes, college nodes and talent organization nodes respectively through an open service platform, chaining and storing the talent related information, and acquiring change records of the talent related information in real time;
and summarizing information provided by all the parties participating in the alliance chain to obtain the talent position credit report.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of establishing a federation chain by connecting the government nodes, the enterprise nodes, the college nodes, the talent agency nodes and the individual user nodes using a blockchain underlying platform further comprises writing digital certificates of the government nodes, the enterprise nodes, the college nodes and the talent agency nodes into a starting block, and when a new member reaches a member voting ratio, allowing the new member to join the federation chain and write the certificate through an intelligent contract.

The blockchain-based employee credit authentication method according to claim 1, wherein the step of chaining the talent-related information into a chain further comprises chaining the hash value of the talent-related information into a chain by performing a hash function operation on the talent-related information to obtain a hash value about the talent-related information.

The method according to claim 3, wherein the step of authenticating the identity of the individual user through the talent service APP comprises obtaining identity authentication information of the individual user, modifying the identity authentication information, obtaining identity authentication information modification records, performing hash function operation on the identity authentication information, the modified identity authentication information, and the identity authentication information modification records to obtain corresponding hash values, and performing uplink storage.

The method according to claim 3, wherein the step of obtaining the talent-related information provided by the government, the enterprise, the university and the talent organization from the government node, the enterprise node, the college node and the talent organization node through the open service platform comprises obtaining interview, project and work contribution information of the enterprise and the talent organization to the job seeker and the on-duty worker through the open service platform, performing hash function operation on the interview, project and work contribution information of the job seeker and the on-duty worker to obtain corresponding hash values and uploading deposit evidence, and when the interview, project and work contribution information of the job seeker and the on-duty worker are changed, performing hash function operation again on the interview, project and work contribution information of the job seeker and the on-duty worker to obtain operation results, and calculating the interview, project and work contribution information of the job seeker and the on-duty worker, And the hash function operation result of the change record of the project and work contribution information carries out uplink evidence storage processing on the interview of the job seeker and the job candidate, the new hash function operation result of the project and work contribution information and the hash function operation result of the change record.

8. A block chain-based post credit authentication device is characterized by comprising the following units:
the alliance chain creating unit is used for connecting government nodes, enterprise nodes, college nodes, talent institution nodes and individual user nodes by using a block chain bottom platform, creating an alliance chain, and maintaining data in the block chain and commonly identifying the data through a P2P protocol;
the identity authentication unit is used for performing identity authentication on the individual user through the talent service APP, and enabling the individual user to obtain the information of the workplace issued by the members of the alliance chain through the alliance chain;
the system comprises an information acquisition unit, a service management unit and a service management unit, wherein the information acquisition unit is used for acquiring talent related information provided by governments, enterprises, universities and talent organizations respectively from government nodes, enterprise nodes, college nodes and talent organization nodes through an open service platform, chaining and storing certificates on the talent related information, and acquiring change records of the talent related information in real time;
