Abstract
The invention discloses a net body adding and number marking method for large-scale clothes customization, which comprises the following steps of: establishing a volume data table by using Excel software; inputting the customer volume data into the volume data table; automatically sequencing volume data by using Excel software; and outputting the data for production use. The measuring body data table comprises a size data table of each part of the net body and a dressing style analysis table; the head of the data table of each part of the net body comprises a number, a name, a department, a size, a height, a weight, a collar girth, a chest girth, a middle waist girth, an abdomen girth, a hem, a clothes length, a shoulder width, a sleeve length, an 1/2 cuff width and 1/2 sleeve fertilizer; the dressing style analysis table comprises a dressing style option column and observation items of a front shoulder button and a rear collar button; the volume data table also comprises an automatic calculation column, wherein the automatic calculation column is data obtained by automatic calculation according to the size data of each part of the net body and the result of the dressing style analysis table. The number classifying method reduces the number classifying time and labor cost, and has high accuracy.

The method for solving the problem is manual number-assigning, number-assigning for purchasing software and number-assigning for designing software. The manual numbering is used, the workload is large, the efficiency is low, and errors are easy to occur. The better method is to design the numbering software for numbering, but the numbering is not available for general enterprises or individuals. Purchasing commercial numbering software requires a relatively large investment and is not necessarily suitable for the needs of the enterprise.
The existing patent discloses a large-scale clothing customization number-assigning method, but the total volume data is not reasonable enough, and the final effect is not satisfactory, so that the number-assigning method for large-scale clothing customization, which can improve the working efficiency and reduce the labor cost, needs to be developed.

The measuring body data table comprises a size data table of each part of the net body and a dressing style analysis table; the head of the data table of each part of the net body comprises a number, a name, a department, a size, a height, a weight, a collar girth, a chest girth, a middle waist girth, an abdomen girth, a hem, a clothes length, a shoulder width, a sleeve length, an 1/2 cuff width and 1/2 sleeve fertilizer; the dressing style analysis table comprises a dressing style option column and observation items of a front shoulder button and a rear collar button.
The measuring body data table also comprises an automatic calculation column, wherein the automatic calculation column is data obtained by automatic calculation according to the size data of each part of the net body and the result of the dressing style analysis table; the automatic calculation column comprises data of moderate belly, moderate chest support, severe arm back, severe shoulder shrug, moderate shoulder shrug and inaccurate correction component.
Preferably, the volume data is sorted by using a sorting function of Excel software, and the size is used as a main key word and the size deviation of each specific part is used as a secondary key word during sorting.

4) outputting the sequenced data for use in production; the measuring body data table also comprises an automatic calculation column, wherein the automatic calculation column is data obtained by automatic calculation according to the size data of each part of the net body and the result of the dressing style analysis table; the automatic calculation columns comprise a moderate convex belly, a moderate chest support, a severe arm back, a severe shoulder and a moderate shoulder;
5) unreasonable data of each part is automatically adjusted;
6) after net body data are input, the system automatically generates the ready-made clothes sizes of all parts with different dressing styles;
the data after the number classification includes items of bust, middle waist circumference, hip circumference, back clothes length, front clothes length, shoulder width, sleeve length, wrist circumference and 1/2 sleeve fat, which are specifically shown in the example of fig. 2.
