the touch module is stacked with the display module and used for sensing touch operation;
the first attaching part is arranged along the edge part of the display module and matched with the touch module and the display module to form an accommodating space in a surrounding manner, and at least one glue injection opening and at least one limiting channel communicated with the accommodating space are arranged on the first attaching part; and
the second laminating portion is used for laminating the touch module and the display module, the second laminating portion is located in the accommodating space, the at least one glue injection opening is used for injecting liquid glue, the liquid glue is solidified to form the second laminating portion, and the at least one limiting channel is used for limiting the injection amount of the liquid glue.

Example one
The display device provided by the embodiment is suitable for a vehicle-mounted small-screen display device. Referring to fig. 1, a display device 10, a display module 12 and a cover plate 11 stacked on the display module 12 are provided in the present embodiment. The surface 111 of the cover plate 11 away from the display module 12 serves as a display surface, and a user views an image displayed by the display module 12 through the surface 111. In this embodiment, the display module 12 is a liquid crystal display module, and in other embodiments, the display module 12 may also be a self-luminous display module or an organic light-emitting display module, and the invention is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 2, the display device 10 of the present embodiment further includes a first attaching portion 13 and a second attaching portion 14. The first attaching portion 13 and the second attaching portion 14 are both located between the cover plate 11 and the display module 12 for attaching the cover plate 11 and the display module 12. The display module 12 includes a liquid crystal layer 121, a backlight assembly 122 and a frame 123 partially covering the liquid crystal layer 121 and the backlight assembly 122. The outer frame 123 is an iron frame, one surface of the outer frame 123 close to the cover plate 11 is partially coated with the liquid crystal layer 121, the first attaching portion 13 directly attaches the outer frame 123 and the cover plate 11, and the exposed position of the liquid crystal layer 121 relative to the outer frame 123 is directly attached to the cover plate 11 through the second attaching portion 14.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the first attaching portion 13 is a double-sided adhesive tape, and is composed of a first pressure sensitive adhesive layer 131, a first primer layer 132, a rubber layer 133, a second primer layer 134, and a second pressure sensitive adhesive layer 135, which are sequentially stacked. The first primer layer 132 and the second primer layer 134 are adhesion promoters for promoting adhesion, and the adhesion between the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 131 and the rubber layer 133 and the adhesion between the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 135 and the rubber layer 133 are lower than 5N/25mm due to the lower surface tension of the rubber layer 133, and the adhesion between the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 131 and the rubber layer 133 and the adhesion between the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 135 and the rubber layer 133 can be enhanced by more than 2N/25mm through the first primer layer 132 and the second primer layer 134.
Referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the first attaching portion 13 is disposed along an edge portion of the display module 12, and specifically, the first attaching portion 13 is disposed along an edge portion of the outer frame 123. In this embodiment, the distance d between the outer contour of the first attaching portion 13 and the outer contour of the outer frame 123 is 0.5 to 1 mm, and the projection of the first attaching portion 13 on the outer frame 123 along the thickness direction of the display device 10 is located within the outer contour of the outer frame 123.
Referring to fig. 1 again, the first bonding portion 13 is sandwiched between the cover plate 11 and the display module 12 and forms an accommodating space 30 with the cover plate 11 and the display module 12. Referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the first bonding portion 13 is a rectangular ring, the receiving space 30 is a rectangle, and the second bonding portion 14 is located in the receiving space 30, in the present embodiment, the second bonding portion 14 is formed by curing liquid glue, in the present embodiment, the first bonding portion 13 is provided with a plurality of glue injection openings 136, each glue injection opening 136 is communicated with the receiving space 30, the liquid glue is injected into the receiving space 30 through each glue injection opening 136, and after curing, the second bonding portion 14 is formed to bond the display module 12 and the cover plate 11.
The display device 10 of the present embodiment further includes a flexible printed circuit (not shown), which is disposed on one side of the first bonding portion 13 where the plurality of glue injection openings 136 are formed. Because the width of the frame on the side of the first attaching portion 13 where the plurality of glue injection openings 136 are formed is large, a larger space is provided for setting the flexible circuit board, and the flexible circuit board can be effectively prevented from affecting the area of the display device 10 for displaying images.
Further, still seted up a plurality of exhaust opening 137 in this embodiment on the first laminating portion 13, each exhaust opening 137 and accommodating space 30 intercommunication, because liquid glue is liquid at the in-process of pouring into accommodating space 30, and it is easy for the bubble that produces at the flow in-process, influences the laminating effect, consequently through the setting of a plurality of exhaust opening 137, is favorable to discharging the bubble, promotes the laminating intensity of display module 12 and apron. In this embodiment, the glue injection openings 136 and the air exhaust openings 137 are all disposed on the first sidewall of the first bonding portion 13, so that the volume of the accommodating space 30 is not affected by the disposition of the air exhaust openings 137 (the liquid glue overflows at the positions of the openings). In this embodiment, the plurality of air vent openings 137 may also be used for injecting liquid glue, and when some air vent openings 137 of the plurality of air vent openings 137 are used for injecting liquid glue, the remaining air vent openings 137 are used for exhausting air.
With reference to fig. 4, the first sidewall of the first engaging portion 13 has an outer surface and an inner surface opposite to the outer surface, the inner surface includes a plurality of inclined surfaces 138, each inclined surface 138 is inclined with respect to the outer surface, and the inclined directions of the inclined surfaces 138 with respect to the outer surface are not all the same. The arrangement of the inclined planes 138 enables the liquid glue to flow along the inclination trend of the inclined planes, so that the air bubbles can be discharged, and the air bubbles can be prevented from being remained to affect the attaching effect of the display module 12 and the cover plate. Referring to fig. 5, in another embodiment of the present invention, the inner surface of the first sidewall of the first fitting portion 13 is integrally formed as an inclined surface (inclined along the direction of the dotted line in fig. 5) inclined with respect to the outer surface.
Still further, please refer to fig. 4, in this embodiment, the first attaching portion 13 is further provided with two limiting channels 139 communicated with the accommodating space 30, the two limiting channels 139 are used for limiting the injection amount of the liquid glue, specifically, the injection amount of the liquid glue exceeds the two limiting channels 139 and overflows from the limiting channels 139, and the two limiting channels 139 are used for keeping the injection amount of the liquid glue below the openings of the two limiting channels 139 (below the dotted line in fig. 4). Two spacing passageways 139 are respectively provided on the second sidewall and the third sidewall of the first attaching portion 13, and the second sidewall and the third sidewall are oppositely disposed and adjacent to the first sidewall. In addition, in the present embodiment, the two limiting channels 139 are located at symmetrical positions on the first fitting portion 13, so that the heights defined by the two limiting channels 139 are the same.
With continued reference to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the two limiting channels 139 extend linearly. In this embodiment, the two limiting channels 139 have the same channel shape, and the extending directions of the two limiting channels 139 are inclined with respect to the first sidewall on the first attaching portion 13, and the direction in which the extending direction is inclined with respect to the first sidewall on the first attaching portion 13 is set as: the limiting height of the end of the limiting channel 139 close to the accommodating space 30 is lower than the limiting height of the end of the limiting channel 139 far from the accommodating space 30 (the limiting height of the limiting channel 139 is defined as the distance between the limiting channel 139 and the side wall opposite to the first side wall of the first fitting part 13). The extending direction of the limiting channel 139 ensures that the liquid glue is not easy to overflow from the limiting channel 139 in the process of injecting the liquid glue.
Referring to fig. 6, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the two limiting channels 139 extend non-linearly, specifically, the two limiting channels 139 have the same channel shape, and the extending tracks of the two limiting channels 139 are a curve, so that the heights of the positions of the limiting channels 139 are different due to the slope change of the curved surface, which generates undulation, and is also beneficial to preventing the liquid glue from overflowing from the limiting channels 139 during the process of injecting the liquid glue.
Referring to fig. 7, in another modified embodiment of the present invention, the two limiting channels 139 also extend non-linearly, specifically, the two limiting channels 139 have the same channel shape, and the extending track of each limiting channel 139 is a zigzag line, similar to the embodiment shown in fig. 6.
Referring to fig. 4, the display device 10 provided in this embodiment further includes a sealant layer 16 disposed between the outer frame 123 of the display module 12 and the second bonding portion 14, because the second bonding portion 14 is formed by solidifying liquid glue, the liquid glue is liquid in the injection process and has better fluidity, and the sealant layer 16 is beneficial to preventing the liquid glue from flowing toward the inside of the display module 12 and protecting the internal structure of the display module 12.
Therefore, the display device 10 provided by the embodiment includes the display module 12 and the cover plate 11, the display module 12 and the cover plate 11 are attached by the first attaching portion 13 and the second attaching portion 14, because the second attaching portion 14 is formed by solidifying the liquid glue, the liquid glue is flowable when being injected between the display module 12 and the cover plate 11, and the injection amount of the liquid glue can be conveniently and easily limited by arranging the limiting channel 139 on the first attaching portion 13. Moreover, the liquid glue is not easy to overflow by arranging the extending track of the limiting channel 139.
Example two
Referring to fig. 8, the touch display device 20 provided in the present embodiment is mainly different from the display device 10 of the first embodiment in that: a touch module 22 is also included.
Referring to fig. 8, the touch display device 20 of the present embodiment includes a cover plate 21, a touch module 22 and a display module 23 sequentially stacked, wherein referring to fig. 9, the touch module 22 and the display module 23 are attached to each other through a first attaching portion 24 and a second attaching portion 25. In this embodiment, the first attaching portion 24 is the same as any one of the first attaching portions 13 described in the first embodiment, and the second attaching portion 25 is also the same as any one of the second attaching portions 14 described in the first embodiment, which is not described herein again.
The touch display device 20 provided in this embodiment can achieve all the advantages described in the first embodiment; on this basis, the touch display device 20 provided in the present embodiment further includes a touch module 22, which can sense the touch operation of the user.

Claims (10)

1. A display device, comprising:
the display module is used for displaying images;
a transparent cover plate which is laminated on the display module;
the first attaching part is arranged along the edge part of the display module and matched with the cover plate and the display module to enclose an accommodating space, and at least one glue injection opening and at least one limiting channel communicated with the accommodating space are formed in the first attaching part; and
the second laminating portion is used for laminating the cover plate and the display module, the second laminating portion is located in the accommodating space, the at least one glue injection opening is used for injecting liquid glue, the liquid glue is formed after solidification, and the at least one limiting channel is used for limiting the injection amount of the liquid glue.
2. The display device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first bonding portion is a rectangular ring, the at least one glue injection opening is formed in a same side wall of the first bonding portion, and the at least one limiting channel is formed in a side wall of the first bonding portion, the side wall being adjacently connected to a side where the at least one glue injection opening is formed.
3. The display apparatus of claim 2, wherein each of the spacing channels extends non-linearly.
4. The display device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first attaching portion further has at least one air vent opening formed thereon.
5. The display device according to claim 4, wherein the at least one glue injection opening and the at least one exhaust opening are located on a same side wall of the first attaching portion.
6. The display device according to claim 5, wherein the side of the first attaching portion where the at least one glue injection opening and the at least one air exhaust opening are formed has an outer surface and an inner surface opposite to the outer surface, the outer surface is a plane, and the inner surface is inclined relative to the outer surface.
7. The display device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the inner surface of the first bonding portion on the side where the at least one glue injection opening and the at least one air exhaust opening are formed includes a plurality of slopes inclining with respect to the outer surface of the side, and the inclination directions of the slopes with respect to the outer surface are not all the same.
8. The display device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the first attaching portion has two limiting channels formed thereon, and the two limiting channels are respectively formed on two opposite sides of the first attaching portion.
9. The display device as claimed in claim 8, wherein the two position-limiting channels are identical in shape and are symmetrically arranged on the first attaching portion.
10. A touch display device, comprising:
the display module is used for displaying images;
the touch module is stacked with the display module and used for sensing touch operation;
the first attaching part is arranged along the edge part of the display module and matched with the touch module and the display module to form an accommodating space in a surrounding manner, and at least one glue injection opening and at least one limiting channel communicated with the accommodating space are arranged on the first attaching part; and
the second laminating portion is used for laminating the touch module and the display module, the second laminating portion is located in the accommodating space, the at least one glue injection opening is used for injecting liquid glue, the liquid glue is solidified to form the second laminating portion, and the at least one limiting channel is used for limiting the injection amount of the liquid glue.
