Abstract
The invention provides a low-voltage alarm fault treatment system of a water purifier, which comprises a microcomputer time control switch, an alternating current contactor, a power supply and the water purifier, wherein the water purifier is connected with the power supply, the alternating current contactor is connected between the power supply and the water purifier in series, the microcomputer time control switch is connected with the power supply, the microcomputer time control switch is connected with the alternating current contactor, and the microcomputer time control switch controls the on and off of the alternating current contactor. The use method of the fault processing system for the low-pressure alarm of the water purifier is that the microcomputer time control switch is set to start and close at fixed time, and the power is cut off and supplied for many times in a time period when the water pressure is low, so that the full-automatic uninterrupted water supply of the water purifier is realized.

Background
The existing water purifier is generally provided with a water pressure alarm system, when the water pressure is low, the water purifier can stop working by the water pressure alarm system of the water purifier, and then the alarm is started. Further, when the alternating current contactor is opened, the water purifier is powered on and started, and when the alternating current contactor is closed, the water purifier is powered off and closed.
Further, the power supply also comprises an air switch which is automatically disconnected when the current in the circuit exceeds the rated current so as to protect the circuit.

The fault handling system 100 for low-pressure alarm of a water purifier includes: the water purifier comprises a power supply 10, an alternating current contactor 20 connected to the power supply 10 and a microcomputer time control switch 30 respectively connected to the power supply 10 and the alternating current contactor 20, wherein the power supply 10 is used for supplying power to the water purifier 40 and the microcomputer time control switch 30, and the microcomputer time control switch 30 controls the on/off of the water purifier by controlling the on/off of the alternating current contactor 20.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a circuit connection diagram of a fault handling system 100 for low-voltage alarm of a water purifier according to an embodiment of the present invention. The power supply 10 comprises a live wire 101 and a neutral wire 102, and the power supply 10 outputs 220V alternating current. The coil voltage of the ac contactor 20 is 220V.
The ac contactor 20 includes a control terminal 203, a plurality of input ports 201, and a corresponding output port 202. The ac contactor 20 is used for connecting and disconnecting a line, or frequently controlling the operation of a motor or the like. The live wire 101 and the zero wire 102 are respectively connected to the input port 201 of the ac contactor, and the output port 202 of the input port 201 correspondingly connected to the live wire 101 and the zero wire 102 is connected to the input end of the water purifier 40. The control terminal 203 of the ac contactor 20 is used for controlling the power on and off of the circuit connecting the power supply 10 and the water purifier 40.
The microcomputer time control switch 30 can control the on-off of the electric appliance in multiple time periods in a cycle of days or weeks. The microcomputer time control switch 30 comprises a live wire input port 301 and a zero wire input port 302, wherein the live wire input port 301 and the zero wire input port 302 are respectively connected to the live wire 101 and the zero wire 102 of the power supply 10. The microcomputer time control switch 30 further comprises a live wire output port 303 and a neutral wire output port 304, and the live wire output port 303 and the neutral wire output port 304 are respectively connected to the control end 203 of the ac contactor 20. Specifically, the control end 203 of the ac contactor 20 includes an a1 port 2031 and an a2 port 2032, the live output port 303 and the neutral output port 304 are connected to the a1 port 2031, and the neutral output port 304 is connected to the a2 port 2032. The microcomputer time control switch 30 controls the on and off of the ac contactor 20 through the live line output port 303 and the neutral line output port 304 to control the on/off of the power supply 10 and the circuit of the water purifier 40. Specifically, the microcomputer time control switch 30 automatically cuts off power and supplies power to the ac contactor 20 a plurality of times in a time period when the water pressure is low, and the ac contactor 20 controls the power supply 10 to be communicated with the circuit of the water purifier 40, so that the water purifier 40 is cut off and supplied with power, the low-voltage alarm of the water purifier 40 is released, and the water purifier works normally.
The power supply 10 further comprises an air switch 103, and the air switch 103 is automatically opened when the current in the circuit exceeds the rated current so as to protect the circuit.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a method for using the fault handling system 100 for low-pressure alarm of a water purifier according to the present invention, which specifically includes the following steps:
s1, assembling the fault handling system 100 for water purifier low-voltage alarm, providing a power supply 10, an AC contactor 20, a microcomputer time control switch 30 and a water purifier 40, connecting the water purifier 40 to the power supply 10, connecting the AC contactor 20 in series between the power supply 10 and the water purifier 40, electrically connecting the microcomputer time control switch 30 to the power supply 10, and connecting the microcomputer time control switch 30 to the AC contactor 20;
