Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present application is provided for illustrative purposes, and other advantages and capabilities of the present application will become apparent to those skilled in the art from the present disclosure.
In the following description, reference is made to the accompanying drawings that describe several embodiments of the application. It is to be understood that other embodiments may be utilized and that changes in the module or unit composition, electrical, and operation may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present disclosure. The following detailed description is not to be taken in a limiting sense, and the scope of embodiments of the present application is defined only by the claims of the issued patent. The terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the application.
As used herein, the singular forms "a", "an" and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context indicates otherwise. It will be further understood that the terms "comprises," "comprising," "includes" and/or "including," when used in this specification, specify the presence of stated features, steps, operations, elements, components, items, species, and/or groups, but do not preclude the presence, or addition of one or more other features, steps, operations, elements, components, species, and/or groups thereof. The terms "or" and/or "as used herein are to be construed as inclusive or meaning any one or any combination. Thus, "A, B or C" or "A, B and/or C" means "any of the following: a; b; c; a and B; a and C; b and C; A. b and C ". An exception to this definition will occur only when a combination of elements, functions, steps or operations are inherently mutually exclusive in some way.
Rooms such as hotel rooms, offices, apartments, and store changing rooms are private places used for rest by users, and strict requirements are provided for guaranteeing privacy safety. Under interest-driven, the phenomenon of illegal candid photography in rooms is rampant. Generally, a candid can hide and install the camera device at a hidden place of a room, so that illegal candid activities are carried out, and the personal privacy and property safety of a user are greatly threatened. For operators or managers such as hotels, office buildings, shopping malls and the like, the operators or managers have responsibility and are obligated to check the camera devices hidden in the rooms so as to provide safer living environments for users.
In order to reduce the problems of complex operation, low accuracy and the like caused by manual examination, the camera device hidden in a room can be examined in a software mode or a hardware mode.
Among the software modes, one software mode is, for example: whether the data source is the camera device is judged by detecting whether the response information fed back by the data source in the data communication includes a specific keyword. The method depends on the response of the illegal camera device, and when the illegal camera device does not respond, the method is invalid, so that the method has great limitation. Meanwhile, all rooms need to be detected one by one in a software mode, and the troubleshooting efficiency is low. It should be understood that in some scenarios the camera device is also referred to as a camera or a candid camera, such as an illegal candid camera, a pinhole camera, a privacy camera, etc., as well as a legal security camera or surveillance camera, etc.
As for the hardware mode, a hardware mode is, for example, an infrared detection method, that is, a suspicious part is shot by using a camera of a smart phone, and if a red dot is displayed on a screen, it is determined that the suspicious part may be provided with the camera; still another hardware method is, for example, a thermal imaging method, in which a room is scanned with a thermal imaging camera by using a characteristic that the imaging device generates heat during operation, thereby detecting whether the imaging device is provided or not, and the like. The hardware mode is adopted, a special instrument is required to be used for detection, and the cost is high. Meanwhile, the recognition success rate of various hardware modes is low, and the false alarm rate is high.
In view of the above, the present application discloses a detection architecture with participation of at least one of a server on a non-merchant side, a merchant side, and a user side, so as to detect an illegally installed image capturing device in a room. It should be understood that the rooms include, but are not limited to, hotel rooms, dwellings, offices, apartments, lodging residents, and mall dressing rooms. It should be understood that, for ease of understanding and illustration, the following embodiments will be described with reference to a merchant being a hotel, and correspondingly, the merchant terminal being a hotel terminal, for example. Terms such as "hotel" are used herein only to describe particular embodiments and are not intended to limit the present application. Correspondingly, the "hotel manager" is only used as an example of an operator in the description of the hotel as the implementation scenario, and when an office, a mall changing room, or the like is taken as the implementation scenario, the corresponding operator may be a manager of a company, a person in charge of a mall, or the like; correspondingly, the "store side" is only used for description with respect to the "user side", and may also be a "company management side", a "store responsibility side", and the like in different implementation scenarios.
In this detection architecture, the server may communicate with the merchant side or the server may communicate with the user side. For example, for a merchant, the merchant sends detection data to a server through a merchant terminal, so that the server checks/updates in a database, and obtains a check/updated detection result returned by the server, thereby completing detection of a camera device in the merchant; for the user side, the user side sends the detection data to the server through a user terminal so as to obtain the detection result sent by the server to the camera device of the merchant. When the merchant side/user side detects an abnormal camera device, the server can store/update data of the abnormal camera device, and simultaneously feed back a detection result of the abnormal camera device to the user side/merchant side. Therefore, a framework for mutual feedback of the merchant side and the user side is formed.
It should be understood that the camera devices referred to in this application include, but are not limited to: cameras, video cameras, camera modules integrated with optical systems or CCD chips, and camera modules integrated with optical systems and CMOS chips, and the like. For example, in a hotel scene, the camera device may be installed in compliance with hotel regulations or legal regulations, or used for normal security of a hotel, for example, a monitoring camera, a security camera, or the like legally installed in a corridor for security management by a hotel manager; alternatively, the imaging device may be an illegal imaging device installed in compliance with hotel regulations or legal regulations, for example, a candid camera, a pin-hole camera, or the like illegally installed in a room by a non-hotel manager. For simplicity of description, in the following, if an example is needed, the camera device will be described as a network camera; and will not be described in detail below.
It should be understood that the server is not limited to different computing hardware or storage hardware, but may also be a software application or a combination of hardware and software. For example, a computer may have software that allows the computer to act as both a Web server and a database server.
Please refer to fig. 1, which is a schematic diagram illustrating an embodiment of a detection architecture according to the present application. As shown, the user side is, for example, a user terminal 12, and the merchant side is, for example, a merchant terminal 13. In some embodiments, the user terminal includes, but is not limited to, a portable or wearable electronic device such as a smartphone, a tablet, a smartwatch, smartglasses, and the like. In some embodiments, the merchant terminal includes, but is not limited to, portable electronic devices such as smart phones, tablet computers, and laptops. In some embodiments, when the merchant is a hotel, for example, the merchant terminal is a PMS (Property Management System), for example, and the PMS is used for assisting the hotel in managing and controlling the business. Embodiments of the merchant terminal are described below, and are briefly skipped herein.
The user terminal 12 and the merchant terminal 13 both have a function of detecting an image pickup device, and are both in communication connection with the server 10 of the non-merchant side through a network. The network may be the internet, a mobile network, a Local Area Network (LAN), a wide area network (WLAN), a Storage Area Network (SAN), one or more intranets, the like, or a suitable combination thereof. It should be noted that, in the embodiments of the present application, the types of the user terminal, the merchant terminal, and the server, or the types or protocols of the communication networks between the merchant terminal and the server, and between the user terminal and the server, and the like, are not limited in the present application.
In some embodiments of the present application, the server 10 may be arranged on one or more physical servers according to various factors such as function, load, and the like. In some embodiments, the server 10 may be a server based on a cloud architecture (referred to as a cloud server or a cloud server for short, which will not be described in detail below), and is capable of performing operations such as querying, extracting, modifying, storing, and deleting data from a database 11 of a cloud (referred to as a cloud database for short, which will not be described in detail below). Wherein the database refers to an information storage and retrieval system deployed in a computing environment.
In some embodiments, the server refers to a cloud computing Platform provided by a cloud computing provider, and the cloud computing Platform can provide IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service), PaaS (Platform as a Service), SaaS (Software as a Service), and other services. The Cloud computing platforms include Public Cloud (Public Cloud), Private Cloud (Private Cloud), Hybrid Cloud (Hybrid Cloud), and the like, for example, a american Cloud computing service platform, an aristoloc Cloud computing service platform, a hundredth Cloud computing platform, an Tencent Cloud computing platform, and the like. In some embodiments, the servers may be comprised of a distributed or centralized cluster of servers. For example, the server cluster is composed of at least one entity server. Each entity server is provided with a plurality of virtual servers, each virtual server runs at least one functional module in the system, and the virtual servers are communicated with each other through a network.
In practice, taking a business as an example of a hotel, a user entering the hotel typically makes hotel reservations through an Online hotel reservation OTA (Online Travel Agent) system, i.e., browses information of some business entities in an Online website, such as hotel reservations and the like, using a client, such as a beauty team APP, a carry away APP, a living APP, a piglet APP, a pig mom APP, a go to APP, a horse-comb APP, a cow-trip APP, an art dragon-trip APP, an Airbnb APP, a Yelp APP, or a triprevisor APP, or a client, such as a beauty team applet, a carry away applet, a living applet, a piglet applet, a pig applet, a horse-comb applet, a go to applet, a horse-comb applet, a cow applet, an art dragon-trip applet, an Airbnb applet, a Yelp applet, or a triprevisor applet and the like.
Furthermore, it should be understood that the Query, extraction, modification, storage, deletion, and other operations of the server on the data in the database may utilize a Language such as SQL (Structured Query Language), and the present application does not limit the Language and the standard or version.
For ease of understanding, the various parties will be described below as executing agents. The following embodiments will be described in terms of a server as the executing entity, communicatively coupled to a merchant party. In an embodiment, the merchant side uses, for example, a merchant terminal as the execution device.
Please refer to fig. 2, which is a flowchart illustrating a method for detecting a room camera according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown, the method includes: s201, receiving merchant dimension data submitted by a merchant terminal and merchant detection data obtained by detecting a camera device aiming at least one room local area network. Wherein the local area network is configured in a hotel, a residential home, a hotel apartment, an office, or a mall dressing room. The hotel includes but is not limited to an economic chain hotel, a business hotel, a luxury or star hotel, etc., and can also be a lodging and a rented apartment, etc., for example, a piggy short rent or an Airbnb mode lodging. In a practical implementation scenario, the hotel may also be a hotel merchant registered or resident on the OTA platform.
Here, the merchant terminal establishes a communication connection with the server, and sends the merchant dimension data and the merchant detection data to the server. The communication connection establishing mode comprises establishing wireless communication connection and establishing wired communication connection; the manner of establishing the wireless communication connection includes connecting through one or more of bluetooth, cellular data, and Wi-Fi, for example; means for establishing a wired communication connection include, for example, connecting via a network cable, twisted pair, fiber optic cable, or the like.
In some embodiments, the merchant dimension data includes, but is not limited to, data such as unique identification information, information related to the PMS, a merchant name, and a merchant location (e.g., hotel location). The unique identification information is used for representing the identity of the merchant and can be numbers, letters, symbols and the like or a combination of the numbers, the letters and the symbols; in some embodiments, the unique identification Information includes, but is not limited to, a merchant ID, POIID (Point of Information, chinese, Point of Information), and the like. The merchant ID is, for example: the unique identification information of merchant A is 00000001, and the unique identification information of merchant B is 00000002. In some embodiments, the information that the POI can represent includes at least one of, but is not limited to: the method comprises the following steps of (1) identifying the name of a position point, the category of the position point, the longitude and latitude information of the position point, traffic information, consumption level information, tour guide information, commodity information, comment information, recommendation index information, landmark information of the range near the position point, merchant information of the range near the position point and the like of a merchant; correspondingly, the POIID can distinguish one merchant from other merchants in the POI information.
It should be understood that the POI information includes at least any one of the following forms: text information, picture information, voice information and video information; in some embodiments, the POI information includes at least one of, but is not limited to: the system comprises a position point name, a position point category, position point longitude and latitude information, traffic information, consumption level information, tour guide information, commodity information, comment information, recommendation index information, landmark information of a position point vicinity range and merchant information of a position point vicinity range; for example, the user can find relevant information such as a surrounding accommodation or a hotel through the POI information, and generally, for a merchant where the user is located, the information also includes information such as a comment number, a ranking, a merchant tag, and the like, and for simplifying the description, the similar cases will not be described in detail below.
In some embodiments, during the detection, before the merchant terminal sends the merchant dimension data to the server, the merchant dimension data (or merchant dimension) may be stored in a local memory space of the merchant terminal, a storage medium of a cache space, or a cache (Buffer) on the storage medium. The storage medium may include, among other things, read-only memory, random-access memory, EEPROM, CD-ROM or other optical disk storage, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, flash memory, a usb disk, a removable hard disk, or any other medium that can be used to store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed.
In other embodiments, during the detection, part or all of the merchant dimension data may be associated and stored in a database before the merchant terminal sends the merchant dimension data to the server. When the server receives one or more of merchant dimension data sent by the merchant terminal or receives newly added merchant dimension data sent by the merchant terminal, the server can obtain all dimension data of the merchant according to the association relationship. The association refers to a process of matching one or more kinds of data according to an association relation. The association relationship may be directory information/list information when the data is stored, or a mapping relationship between the data and the data. In some embodiments, the association relationship is, for example, primary key (or primary code) information or the like.
For example, when the merchant is a hotel, the database stores unique identification information and a name of the hotel, and when new merchant dimension data is received (for example, location information of the hotel is updated), the new merchant dimension data is stored in a data table corresponding to the hotel or in a storage directory corresponding to the hotel according to comparison between the unique identification information included in the new merchant dimension data and the stored unique identification information when the new merchant dimension data is determined to be data corresponding to the hotel. For example, a merchant terminal sends merchant dimension data of a hotel a, wherein the merchant dimension data comprises unique identification information of the hotel, and a server stores the merchant dimension data in a list S with the unique identification information as a main key; and after the hotel is moved, the merchant terminal sends the new merchant dimension data including the new address to the server. And the server determines that the merchant dimension data is associated with the hotel A according to the unique identification information included in the new merchant dimension data, and stores the new merchant dimension data into the list S.
In some embodiments, the merchant detection data is obtained by the merchant terminal through camera detection on one or more local area networks of the merchant. The merchant detection data includes, but is not limited to, network information of a local area network and device information of a data source in the local area network.
In some embodiments, the step of the merchant terminal performing camera detection on at least one room lan to obtain merchant detection data includes: s2011, network information of at least one room lan to be detected is obtained.
Here, the merchant terminal first establishes a communication connection with the local area network to be detected, and acquires network information of the local area network. The network information includes, but is not limited to, the name of the current local area network (for example, the name of Wi-Fi that the merchant terminal acquires the current connection is "xxHotel: 0608"), the network provider, and the routing device information. Wherein the routing device is a hardware device connecting two or more networks, and can be used to read the address in each packet and then decide how to transmit. In some embodiments, the routing device is, for example, a wireless router (including a Wi-Fi router, or an electronic device with hotspot (or Wi-Fi) functionality, etc.), a wired router, or the like. Correspondingly, the routing device information includes, but is not limited to, a Serial Number (Serial Number), an IP Address, a MAC Address (Media Access Control Address), a pin (personal Identification Number), a manufacturer, a model Number, and other information of the routing device. For example, the routing device information is: the IP address is: 192.168.0.0, having the sequence number: 1001011000, the physical address is: D10D1C00D1C1, manufacturer: XX-Link, etc. The network Provider refers to a network Service Provider (Internet Service Provider) that provides the network, such as china telecommunications, china mobile, or chinese networking.
S2012, in the state of accessing the at least one room local area network to be detected, performing camera device detection on the at least one room local area network to be detected, and acquiring equipment information of each data source in the at least one room local area network.
Here, the merchant terminal detects one or more local area networks of the merchant by using an online detection or offline detection (or local detection) mode to check whether the camera device exists. Whether the camera device is detected or not, the merchant terminal sends the detection result to the server for the server to record.
The online detection mode refers to a mode in which the merchant terminal can establish a continuous communication connection with a server during detection so as to transmit the obtained data such as network information, equipment information and the like to the server in real time.
The offline detection mode refers to a mode in which, during detection, the merchant terminal may establish communication connection with the server after completing detection of the camera device, so as to send the obtained detection result and data to the server.
For example, the step of acquiring device information of each data source in the at least one room lan (not shown) may include: s20121, sending broadcast data packets to the detection ports of the data sources of the at least one room local area network to be detected, and collecting response information returned by the data sources. Here, the merchant terminal may send a broadcast data packet to a detection port of each data source of the at least one room lan to be detected, and collect response information returned by each data source. For example, a User Datagram Protocol (UDP) Protocol is used to send a data packet to a designated port in a local area network accessed by the User Datagram Protocol (lan) to implement network broadcasting, and the data packet fed back by the designated port is monitored. For example, in an actual scenario, in order to reduce system overhead and simultaneously implement Streaming media transmission, part of the network cameras transmit audio and video encoding data encapsulated as RTP packets by using an RTSP Protocol (Real Time Streaming Protocol). In this case, the webcam would use a specific port (e.g., port number 554) for transmission. Therefore, when the merchant terminal broadcasts the specific port, if a data source responds, the data source is judged to be a network camera, and the merchant terminal stores or records the data.
Or, the merchant terminal may also execute step S20121' to obtain the device information of each data source in the at least one room lan. In some embodiments, step S20121' includes: and sending detection instruction information according to the corresponding data source in the effective address list of the at least one room local area network to be detected so as to collect feedback information returned by each data source. The detection instruction information comprises one or more of an address detection instruction, a name detection instruction, a field detection instruction and the like.
Here, the merchant terminal first obtains an effective address list of the local area network according to the network address information and the network mask information of the local area network. The network address information and the network mask information of the local area network may be obtained by the merchant terminal performing the step S2011.
And the merchant terminal sends an address detection instruction to the corresponding data source in the list according to the effective address list of the local area network, so as to obtain the IP address of the data source currently connected with the local area network. For example, the merchant terminal sends ping packets to each data source in sequence by using ping instructions according to the address range in the effective address list, so as to obtain the IP address lists of all data sources currently connected to the local area network.
After acquiring address information of all data sources currently connected with a local area network, the merchant terminal sends a name detection instruction and/or a field detection instruction to each address information so as to collect feedback information fed back by each data source. The detection instruction information includes, but is not limited to, a ping instruction, a traceroute instruction, or an Address Resolution Protocol (ARP) instruction, etc.
For example, the merchant terminal may send a name detection instruction (e.g., mDNS instruction, etc.) to each data source according to the IP address to obtain a host name (Hostname) corresponding to the data source. Further, it is also possible to acquire keyword information included therein, for example, a character string indicating "camera" of the image pickup apparatus, by analyzing name information returned from the data source. For another example, the merchant terminal may sequentially send field detection instructions (e.g., GET instructions, POST instructions, etc.) to each data source according to the IP address by using an HTTP Protocol (HyperText Transfer Protocol) to obtain data information returned by the data source, and obtain device name information of the data source by analyzing the data information. For another example, the merchant terminal may obtain the electronic tag information of the data source by using an instruction (e.g., an adb command, a display device management fo instruction, etc.) for obtaining the electronic tag information of the device. The electronic tag information includes, but is not limited to, an IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity), a Serial Number (SN), a model Number, a manufacturer, a UUID (Unique Identifier), and the like.
It should be noted that, step S20121 and step S20121' may be performed only one of them; alternatively, in order to increase the accuracy of the result, the steps S20121 and S20121 'may be executed together, and the results obtained after the steps S20121 and S20121' are executed together, so as to reduce the misjudgment rate of the image capturing apparatus. The step S20121 and the step S20121' may be executed independently and synchronously or alternatively according to a task process, and the execution order is not limited in the present application.
S20122, according to the response information and/or the feedback information, obtaining equipment information of each data source in the at least one room local area network.
Here, the merchant terminal obtains the device information of the data source according to the response information and/or the feedback information returned by the data source obtained in the foregoing step S20121 and/or step S20121'. The device information of the data source comprises address information, electronic tag information and the like of the data source. That is, the device information of the data source includes, but is not limited to: IP address, MAC address, UUID, IMEI, SN, model, manufacturer, brand, etc. of the data source.
It should be understood that, during the process that the merchant terminal executes the foregoing step S20121 or steps S20121' to S20122, the merchant terminal may always maintain a communication connection with the server, or may obtain the device information of each data source in the room lan, and then send the device information and the like to the server.
It should be noted that, the method for the merchant terminal to obtain the merchant detection data by performing the camera device detection on the at least one room lan is not limited to this, for example, the step of the merchant terminal obtaining the merchant detection data is executed by calling a merchant detection model from the server. In some embodiments, the merchant detection model may be a detection model trained by way of machine learning. In some embodiments, the merchant detection model is not limited to a fixed model, and may also be some preset steps or flows, so that the merchant terminal may perform detection according to the preset steps or flows, for example, the flows described in step S20121 or steps S20121' to S20122.
S202, judging whether the camera device exists in the local area network of the at least one room or not according to the merchant detection data, obtaining a merchant detection result, and sending the merchant detection result to the merchant terminal.
Here, the merchant detection result includes a judgment result of whether the camera device exists in the room local area network; when the result that the camera devices exist in the room local area network is obtained, the merchant detection result further includes device information and the like of the corresponding camera devices.
It should be noted that, the merchant terminal may perform the first check on the local area network, and at this time, data related to the merchant, such as merchant dimension data, merchant network information, and the like, is not stored in the database. The merchant terminal may also be detected again after one or more detections, and at this time, the database has stored the data related to the merchant through the previous detection. Therefore, in some embodiments, when the merchant terminal checks the local area network for the first time, the data of the camera device associated with the merchant is not stored in the database, and therefore, the server returns the merchant detection result that the detected camera device is a suspicious camera device, and prompts the merchant to perform setting. Or, in some embodiments, when the merchant terminal does not perform the first troubleshooting on the local area network, the database searches the historical detection data sent by the merchant terminal in the database, and compares the data sent this time with the stored data, thereby determining whether the device is a newly added device, and prompting the merchant to perform the troubleshooting and the setting.
For example, when the merchant terminal does not detect that the camera device exists in the local area network, the merchant terminal sends the detection data to the server, and the server records that the camera device does not exist in the local area network. And then, when the user enters the house, if the user detects that the camera shooting device exists through the user terminal, the user sends the detection data to the server, and the server cannot find related data matched with the camera shooting device in the database, so that the camera shooting device is judged to be newly added. It should be understood that the added camera device may be newly installed during the interval between the last detection (which may be performed by the merchant terminal or the user terminal) in the history detection and the current detection of the user, or may be a camera device that is not detected in the history detection. Thus, the server sends a prompt message to the user terminal and/or merchant terminal to prompt the presence of a suspect camera. In some embodiments, the server may also send device information of the suspect camera, such as manufacturer, brand, model, and address in the network (IP address or MAC address), etc., to the user terminal and/or merchant terminal.
In some embodiments, in order to provide the user with a good check-in experience, the server may not send specific related information of the suspicious camera to the user terminal, but send a prompt message such as "reported to the merchant, please worry about waiting for the merchant to investigate" to the user terminal at the same time/after sending the prompt and/or the related information of the suspicious camera to the merchant terminal.
S203, storing the merchant dimension data and the merchant detection result corresponding to the merchant dimension data in a database.
When the server obtains merchant dimension data and merchant detection results of a merchant, the merchant dimension data and the merchant detection results are stored in the database in an associated mode. For example, in a specific implementation manner, the server uses the unique identification information of the merchant as a primary key in a database list, and stores the other merchant dimension data and the merchant detection result in a column related to the unique identification information.
In some embodiments, the detection method further comprises the following steps (not shown): s211, receiving security attribute information which is submitted by a merchant terminal and is related to a camera device, wherein the security attribute information is set by the merchant terminal for at least one camera device in at least one room local area network according to merchant detection data.
Here, the merchant terminal sets security attribute information for each detected image pickup device based on merchant detection data obtained by detecting the local area network of the merchant terminal. The safety attribute information is used for representing a safety level corresponding to the camera device.
The safety attribute information is used for representing a safety level corresponding to the camera device. The security levels may be divided by the merchant terminal according to a variety of rules. For example, the merchant terminal sets different tags to classify the camera device as a "safe" or "suspect" security level, or as an "illegal" or "legitimate" security level. In another example, the merchant terminal sets a classification list to classify the camera device into a black list or a white list. The blacklist is used to indicate that the detected camera device is an illegal camera device installed in accordance with the merchant regulations or legal regulations, for example, a candid camera, a pinhole camera, and the like illegally installed in a room by a non-merchant manager. The white list is used to indicate that the detected camera device is a compliant camera device installed according to the merchant regulations or legal regulations, for example, a monitoring camera, a security camera, and the like legally installed in a corridor by a merchant manager for security management. In order to ensure the accuracy of detection and to check illegal camera devices as practically as possible, in some embodiments, the merchant terminal sets a gray list for camera devices with uncertain security attributes, so as to perform repeated detection and the like on the camera devices in the gray list during the next detection, thereby determining whether the camera device is an illegal camera device.
In some embodiments, the merchant terminal sets different permissions for different security levels, for example, masks/intercepts data packets sent by corresponding data sources in a blacklist to prevent privacy of a user from being revealed; processing means such as speed limit operation, flow control or continuous monitoring are carried out on the corresponding data source in the grey list; and no operation is performed on the corresponding data source in the white list.
After the security attribute information of each camera device is set, the merchant terminal transmits the security attribute information to the server, and the server executes step S212: and S212, associating the security attribute information of each camera device in the at least one room local area network with the detection result of the merchant and storing the security attribute information and the detection result of the merchant in a database as basic data.
Here, the server associates the received security attribute information of the image pickup devices with the merchant detection result, and stores the security attribute information of each image pickup device in a database. Therefore, the server completes association of the merchant dimension data, the detection result and the security attribute information of the merchant, and the merchant dimension data, the detection result and the security attribute information are used as basic data of the merchant and stored in the database together, so that data sent by the user terminal is compared/matched with the basic data when a user side detects the data, and the detection result of the merchant is provided for the user.
After the basic data of the merchant is stored in the database, when the user terminal detects the merchant, the server is further configured to perform communication interaction with the user, and the steps (not shown) include: s221, receiving user detection data obtained by the user terminal through the detection of the camera device aiming at the local area network of at least one room.
Here, the user terminal establishes a communication connection with the server and transmits user detection data to the server.
In some embodiments, the user detection data is similar to merchant detection data, including but not limited to device identification information of the user terminal, currently connected network information, address information, type information, manufacturer information, model information, and the like. Wherein, the device identification information includes but is not limited to a serial number, a PIN, etc. of the user terminal; the currently connected network information includes, but is not limited to, the name of the local area network, the network provider, and routing device information. The address information includes, but is not limited to, an IP address, a MAC address, etc. The type information is used for indicating that the type of the user terminal is a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer or the like. The model information is used to indicate the model of the user terminal, and is, for example: xPhone11, and the like.
S222, judging whether a camera device exists in the at least one room local area network or not according to the user detection data, obtaining camera device detection data, and comparing the camera device detection data with the basic data of the at least one room local area network corresponding to the database to obtain a user detection result.
Here, the server compares the user detection data with the basic data according to the received user detection data, thereby determining whether or not the camera device exists in the room lan, and obtaining the camera device detection data. The detection data of the camera device comprises a judgment result of whether the camera device exists in the room local area network; when the result that the camera exists in the room area network is obtained, the camera detection data further includes the device information and the like of each corresponding camera.
For example, the user detection data sent by the user terminal includes unique identification information of hotel a, name W of its local area network, MAC address and SN code information of data source B existing in local area network W. After receiving the user detection data, the server calls a user detection model, for example, to determine whether the data source B is a camera, thereby obtaining camera detection data. When the server judges that the data source B is the camera device, the server finds corresponding basic data according to the name of the local area network W, for example, and compares the camera device detection data with the basic data, so as to judge whether the camera device is the camera device stored in the database or the newly added camera device, and then sends the user detection result to the user terminal. The user detection result includes the number of the image capturing devices, equipment information and security attribute information of each image capturing device, and the like. For example, the user detection result is: a camera manufactured and sold by manufacturer a, model number: and X, the camera is in a white list set by the hotel party.
In some embodiments, the device information of the camera is stored in a database, that is, the camera is not a newly installed camera, and the server compares the detection data of the camera with corresponding basic data to obtain security attribute information set by the merchant for the camera, so as to obtain whether the camera belongs to a black list, a white list or a gray list. In some embodiments, if the camera device is a newly installed camera device, the server cannot obtain corresponding basic data; and the server sends the detection result to the user terminal and/or the merchant terminal so that the user terminal or the merchant terminal can execute subsequent operation, which will be described in detail later.
In some embodiments, the step of the user terminal performing camera detection for at least one room lan (not shown) includes: in step S2221, network information of at least one room lan to be checked is obtained. Here, the user terminal first establishes a communication connection with the local area network to be detected, and acquires network information of the local area network. The network information includes, but is not limited to, the name of the current local area network, the network provider, and the routing device information.
In step S2222, in a state where the at least one room lan to be detected is accessed, the at least one room lan to be detected is subjected to camera detection, and the device information of each data source in the at least one room lan is acquired.
Here, the user terminal detects one or more local area networks of the merchant by using an online detection or offline detection (or called local detection) manner to check whether the camera device exists. Whether the camera device is detected or not, the user terminal sends the detection data to the server for the server to record.
The online detection mode refers to a mode in which the user terminal can establish a continuous communication connection with a server during detection so as to transmit obtained data such as network information and device information to the server in real time.
The off-line detection mode refers to a mode in which, during detection, the user terminal can establish communication connection with the server after completing the detection of the camera device, so as to send the obtained detection data and data to the server. For example, the step of acquiring device information of each data source in the at least one room lan (not shown) may include: in step S22221, a broadcast data packet is sent to the detection port of each data source of the at least one room lan to be detected, and response information returned by each data source is collected. Here, the user terminal may send a broadcast packet to a detection port of each data source of the at least one room lan to be detected, and collect response information returned by each data source. For example, a data packet is sent to a designated port in a local area network accessed by the local area network by using, for example, a UDP protocol to implement network broadcasting, and the data packet fed back by the designated port is monitored.
For example, in an actual scenario, in order to reduce system overhead and simultaneously implement streaming media transmission, part of the network cameras transmit audio and video encoding data encapsulated as RTP packets by using an RTSP protocol. In this case, the webcam often uses a specific port for transmission. Therefore, the detection port is a specific port utilized by the network camera.
Therefore, when the user terminal broadcasts the specific port, if a data source responds, the data source is judged to be a network camera, and the merchant terminal stores or records the data. Alternatively, the user terminal may also execute step S22221' to obtain the device information of each data source in the at least one room local area network. In some embodiments, step S22221' includes: and sending detection instruction information according to the corresponding data source in the effective address list of the at least one room local area network to be detected, and collecting feedback information returned by each data source. The detection instruction information comprises one or more of an address detection instruction, a name detection instruction, a field detection instruction and the like.
Here, the user terminal first obtains an effective address list of the local area network according to the network address information and the network mask information of the local area network. The network address information and the network mask information of the local area network may be obtained by the user terminal performing the foregoing step S2221.
And the user terminal sends an address detection instruction to the corresponding data source in the list according to the effective address list of the local area network, so as to obtain the IP address of the data source currently connected with the local area network. For example, the user terminal sends ping packets to each data source in sequence by using ping instructions according to the address range in the effective address list, so as to obtain the IP address lists of all data sources currently connected to the local area network.
After acquiring the address information of all data sources currently connected with the local area network, the user terminal sends a name detection instruction and/or a field detection instruction to each address information so as to collect feedback information fed back by each data source. The detection instruction information includes, but is not limited to, a ping instruction, a traceroute instruction, or an ARP instruction, etc.
For example, the user terminal may send a name detection instruction to each data source according to the IP address to obtain a host name corresponding to the data source. Further, it is also possible to acquire keyword information included therein, for example, a character string indicating "camera" of the image pickup apparatus, by analyzing name information returned from the data source. For another example, the user terminal may sequentially send a field detection instruction to each data source according to the IP address by using an HTTP protocol, so as to obtain data information returned by the data source, and obtain device name information of the data source by analyzing the data information. For another example, the user terminal may obtain the electronic tag information of the data source by using an instruction for obtaining the electronic tag information of the device. The electronic label information includes but is not limited to IMEI, serial number, model, manufacturer, UUID, etc.
It should be noted that, step S22221 and step S22221' may be performed only one of them; alternatively, in order to increase the accuracy of the result, the steps S22221 and S22221 'may be executed together, and the results obtained after the steps S22221 and S22221' are executed together, so as to reduce the misjudgment rate of the image capturing apparatus. Step S22221 and step S22221' may be executed independently and synchronously or alternatively according to the task process, and the execution order is not limited in this application.
S22222, obtain the device information of each data source in the at least one room lan according to the response information and/or the feedback information.
Here, the user terminal obtains the device information of the data source according to the response information and/or the feedback information returned by the data source obtained in the foregoing step S22221 and step S22221'. The device information of the data source comprises address information, electronic tag information and the like of the data source. That is, the device information of the data source includes, but is not limited to: IP address, MAC address, UUID, IMEI, SN, model, manufacturer, brand, etc. of the data source.
It should be understood that, in the process that the user terminal executes the foregoing step S22221 or step S22221' to step S22222, the user terminal may maintain a communication connection with the server all the time, or may obtain the device information of each data source in the room lan, and then send the device information and the like to the server.
It should be noted that, the method for the user terminal to obtain the detection data by performing the camera device detection on the at least one room lan is not limited to this, for example, the step of the user terminal obtaining the detection data is performed by calling a user detection model from the server. In some embodiments, the user detection model may be a detection model trained by machine learning. In some embodiments, the user detection model is not limited to a fixed model, and may also be some preset steps or flows, so that the user terminal may perform detection according to the preset steps or flows. Such as the flow described in the aforementioned step S22221 or step S22221' to step S22222.
It should be noted that the user detection model and the merchant detection model may be different models, and the detection step executed by the merchant terminal by invoking the merchant detection model may be different from or completely different from the detection step executed by the user terminal by invoking the user detection model. In some embodiments, the user detection model and the aforementioned merchant detection model may be the same model, and the merchant terminal and the user terminal invoke the model to perform similar steps, which are different only in the execution subject and the obtained detection result.
And S223, sending the user detection result to the user terminal. As mentioned above, in some embodiments, the information related to the camera device is stored in a database, and the server sends the user detection result to the user terminal. In some embodiments, if the server determines that the camera is a newly installed camera, the server sends the user detection result to the user terminal.
In an embodiment, the relevant information of the camera devices stored in the database includes, but is not limited to: the device information of the camera device, the security attribute information, the network information of the accessed local area network, the merchant dimension information corresponding to the local area network, the detection information of the camera device in history, and the like. Wherein the device information of the image capturing apparatus includes but is not limited to: IP address, MAC address, UUID, IMEI, SN, model, manufacturer, brand, etc. of the camera. The network information of the accessed local area network includes but is not limited to: local area network name, network provider, and routing device information, including but not limited to information such as serial number, IP address, MAC address, PIN, manufacturer, and model number of the routing device. The detection information of the history to the image capturing apparatus includes, but is not limited to: user detection events, merchant detection events, historical security attribute information and the like corresponding to the camera device. The description of the user detection event and the merchant detection event will be described later, and is briefly skipped here.
Of course, the database may also store other information related to the image capturing apparatus, for example, the database may also store maintenance information of the image capturing apparatus, firmware upgrade information of the image capturing apparatus, and the like.
In some embodiments, in a case that the user detection result indicates that an abnormal camera exists after comparing the camera detection data with the basic data of the at least one room lan corresponding to the database, the server may further perform a step of sending the user detection result to the merchant terminal to prompt the merchant to perform detection or set security attribute information according to the detection result of the user. The server sends the user detection result to the merchant terminal, and the merchant terminal sets security attribute information for the abnormal camera device according to the user detection result; and if the abnormal camera shooting device is provided with the security attribute information, the merchant terminal updates the security attribute information of the abnormal camera shooting device.
The abnormal image capturing device may be an image capturing device that cannot find the security attribute information related to the basic data in the database when the basic data is compared with the basic data, for example, a newly added camera. In some embodiments, the abnormal camera may also be a camera set as a gray list in the last detection period, and the server sends the user detection result to the merchant terminal, so that the merchant terminal performs rechecking and the like on the camera of the gray list.
In some embodiments, after the merchant side completes the setting result of the merchant detection data and/or the security attribute information of the camera device obtained by detecting the camera device according to the user detection result, the server receives the setting result of the security attribute information sent by the merchant terminal, and updates the database accordingly. Namely, the server receives the merchant detection data and the updated security attribute information sent by the merchant terminal again, and updates the basic data in the database. The update refers to an operation of modifying/replacing data, for example, the server may delete old data and add new data. As another example, the server may directly modify the old data to the new data, and so on.
In some scenarios, the merchant terminal may not detect all local area networks of the merchant, or a local area network is newly added after detection, or a missing detection condition exists, and when the user terminal performs detection, it is likely that the user terminal connects to a local area network that is not detected by the merchant terminal, performs camera detection on the local area network, and sends the camera detection data to the server. The server compares the detection data of the camera device with the basic data in the database to obtain the user detection result. Here, in some embodiments, when the user detection result indicates that an unknown room lan exists in the camera detection data, the server sends the user detection result to the merchant terminal, so that the merchant terminal performs camera detection on the unknown room lan according to the user detection result, and sets security attribute information for the detected camera, thereby completing a retest operation on the undetected room lan.
In general, the server may also record the operation of the user terminal or the merchant terminal for traceability of data and to be able to locate, check, or analyze in time when an abnormal event (e.g., network failure, malfunction, misdetection, or hardware failure, etc.) occurs.
Thus, in some embodiments, the server generates a merchant detection event based on camera detection by a merchant terminal for at least one room area network, and stores the merchant detection event in a database. The merchant detection event is used for indicating that a merchant party performs detection, and the records include, but are not limited to, time for detecting a merchant terminal, merchant detection data, merchant dimension information, historical network information of the merchant, device information of the merchant terminal, a merchant detection result, and the like. In some embodiments, the merchant detection event further records the setting of the security attribute information of the camera device by the merchant terminal, including but not limited to the time for setting/updating/deleting the security attribute information, the security attribute information before setting/updating/deleting, the new security attribute information after setting/updating/deleting, the electronic tag information of the corresponding camera device, and the like.
In some embodiments, the server generates a user detection event according to camera detection performed by the user terminal for at least one room lan, and stores the user detection event in the database. The user detection event is used for indicating that the user side detects the merchant, and the record includes but is not limited to the time of detection of the user terminal, user detection data, merchant dimension information, historical network information of the merchant, equipment information of the user terminal, a user detection result and the like.
In a practical scenario, the merchant may have dishonest problems. For example, the merchant staff does not connect (with the merchant terminal) to the local area network of the merchant, but connects to the local area network unrelated to the merchant, and takes the detection data of the unrelated local area network as the detection data of the merchant; in this case, the server takes the detection result of the unrelated local area network as the detection result of the merchant. However, if the user side of the check-in performs the detection, because the detection result of the merchant is not a real result, the camera device in the local area network of the merchant is not recorded and stored in the database, and the server may misjudge the camera device that is normally installed originally (for example, the security camera that is legally installed by the merchant) as a suspicious camera device, thereby causing a negative effect of the merchant. Therefore, by adopting the detection framework provided by the application, the merchant side can be prevented from uploading false detection data, and the privacy security of the user is further guaranteed.
Also taking this scenario as an example, after the server determines that the merchant does not have a suspicious camera device, when a user who enters the merchant performs detection, the server receives correct detection data of the merchant sent by the user terminal, and according to a review of historical merchant detection events, the server may determine that the merchant has a dishonest behavior, so that the server may take corresponding measures, such as performing stricter detection on the merchant detection data submitted by the merchant (for example, increasing the number of checks), or listing the merchant in a distrusted list, or sending a prompt message to the merchant terminal at a higher frequency (for example, every day, every week, etc.) to request the merchant to perform regular detection, and so on. The corresponding measures can be made by people, and the application is not limited.
According to the detection method of the room camera device, the merchant dimension data, the detection data and the safety attribute information sent by the merchant terminal are received, and the data related to the merchant is used as the basic data, so that when a user detects the room camera device, the detection and the verification of the camera device in the local area network can be efficiently and accurately finished, and the probability of detection omission and misjudgment is reduced.
The application also provides a detection device of the room camera device, which is applied to a detection framework comprising a server, at least one merchant terminal and at least one user terminal; in the following description of the embodiments, the application network environment of the detection apparatus of the room camera and the hardware device in the network environment are similar to the detection method of the room camera in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and similar technical effects are achieved, so that detailed description is omitted.
Referring to fig. 3, a block diagram of a detection device of a room camera according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. As shown, the detection apparatus 3 includes a receiving module 301, a detecting module 302, and a storing module 303. The receiving module 301 is configured to receive merchant dimension data submitted by a merchant terminal and merchant detection data obtained by performing camera detection on at least one room local area network; the detection module 302 is configured to determine whether a camera device exists in the at least one room lan according to the merchant detection data, obtain a merchant detection result, and send the merchant detection result to the merchant terminal; and the storage module 303 stores the merchant dimension data and the merchant detection result corresponding to the merchant dimension data in a database.
In the embodiment, for simplicity of description, the receiving module 301, the detecting module 302, and the storing module 303 in the detecting device 3 may be implemented by a dedicated hardware-based system for performing a specified function or operation, or may be implemented by a combination of dedicated hardware and computer instructions to implement the steps of the detecting method of the room imaging device in the embodiment shown in fig. 2.
The application also provides a detection device, which is applied to a detection framework comprising a server, at least one merchant terminal and at least one user terminal; in the following description of the embodiments, the application network environment of the detection device and the hardware device in the application network environment are similar to the detection method of the room camera in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and similar technical effects are achieved, so that no further description is given.
In some embodiments, the detection device is, for example, a detection device loaded with an APP application or having web/website access capabilities, and may include components such as memory, memory controller, one or more processing units (CPUs), peripheral interfaces, RF circuitry, audio circuitry, speakers, microphones, input/output (I/O) subsystems, display screens, other output or control devices, and external ports, which communicate via one or more communication buses or signal lines. The detection device includes, but is not limited to, personal computers such as desktop computers, notebook computers, tablet computers, smart phones, smart televisions, and the like. The detection device can also be a detection device consisting of a host with a plurality of virtual machines and a human-computer interaction device (such as a touch display screen, a keyboard and a mouse) corresponding to each virtual machine.
Referring to fig. 4, a block diagram of modules of the detection apparatus of the present application in one embodiment is shown. As shown, the detection device 4 includes at least one memory 401 for storing at least one program; and at least one processor 402, connected to the memory 401, for executing and implementing the steps of the detection method of the room camera shown in the embodiment of fig. 2 when the at least one program is run.
Wherein the at least one memory 401 is used for storing at least one program; in an embodiment, the memory 401 comprises a storage server or memory, which may comprise high speed random access memory, and may also comprise non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic disk storage devices, flash memory devices, or other non-volatile solid state storage devices. In certain embodiments, the memory may also include memory that is remote from the one or more processors, such as network-attached memory accessed via RF circuitry or external ports and a communication network (not shown), which may be the internet, one or more intranets, local area networks, wide area networks, storage area networks, and the like, or suitable combinations thereof. The memory controller may control access to the memory by other components of the device, such as the CPU and peripheral interfaces.
The at least one processor 402 is connected to the memory 401, and is configured to execute and implement at least one embodiment described in the detection method of the room camera in the embodiment shown in fig. 2 when the at least one program is executed. The processor is, for example, a server, such as an application server or the like, that includes a processor operatively coupled to a memory and/or a non-volatile storage device. More specifically, the processor may execute instructions stored in the memory and/or the non-volatile storage device to perform operations in the computing device, such as generating image data and/or transmitting image data to an electronic display. As such, the processor may include one or more general purpose microprocessors, one or more special purpose processors, one or more field programmable logic arrays, or any combination thereof.
The following embodiments will be explained in terms of communication connection with the user side with the server as the execution subject. Please refer to fig. 5, which is a flowchart illustrating a detection method of a room camera according to another embodiment of the present application. As shown in the figure, the detection method includes: s501, receiving merchant dimension data submitted by a user terminal and user detection data obtained by carrying out camera device detection on at least one room local area network. Here, the user terminal establishes a communication connection with the server, and sends the merchant dimension data and the merchant detection data to the server.
In some embodiments, the merchant detection data is obtained by the merchant terminal through camera detection on one or more local area networks of the merchant. Wherein the merchant detection data includes, but is not limited to, network information of at least one local area network and device information of at least one data source in the local area network.
In some embodiments, the step of the user terminal performing camera detection for at least one room lan (not shown) includes: s5011, network information of at least one room local area network to be detected is obtained. Here, the user terminal first establishes a communication connection with the local area network to be detected, and acquires network information of the local area network. The network information includes, but is not limited to, the name of the current local area network (for example, the Wi-Fi name that the user terminal acquires the current connection is "xxHotel: 0608"), the network provider, and the routing device information.
S5012, in the state of accessing the at least one room local area network to be detected, carrying out camera device detection on the at least one room local area network to be detected, and acquiring equipment information of each data source in the at least one room local area network. Here, the user terminal detects one or more local area networks of the merchant by using an online detection or offline detection (or called local detection) manner to check whether the camera device exists. Whether the camera device is detected or not, the user terminal sends the detection result to the server for the server to record.
The online detection mode refers to a mode in which the user terminal can establish a continuous communication connection with a server during detection so as to transmit obtained data such as network information and device information to the server in real time.
The off-line detection mode refers to a mode in which, during detection, the user terminal may establish a communication connection with the server after completing the detection of the camera device, so as to send the obtained detection result and data to the server. For example, the step of acquiring device information of each data source in the at least one room lan (not shown) may include: s50121, sending broadcast data packets to the detection ports of the data sources of the at least one room local area network to be detected, and collecting response information returned by the data sources. Here, the user terminal may send a broadcast packet to a detection port of each data source of the at least one room lan to be detected, and collect response information returned by each data source. Therefore, when the user terminal broadcasts the specific port, if a data source responds, the data source is judged to be a network camera, and the user terminal stores or records the data.
Alternatively, the user terminal may also execute step S50121' to acquire device information of each data source in the at least one local area network. In some embodiments, step S50121' includes: and sending detection instruction information according to the corresponding data source in the effective address list of the at least one room local area network to be detected, and collecting feedback information returned by each data source. The detection instruction information comprises one or more of an address detection instruction, a name detection instruction, a field detection instruction and the like. Here, the user terminal first obtains an effective address list of the local area network according to the network address information and the network mask information of the local area network. The network address information and the network mask information of the local area network may be obtained by the user terminal performing the foregoing step S5011.
For example, the user terminal may send a name detection instruction (e.g., mDNS instruction, etc.) to each data source according to the IP address to obtain a host name corresponding to the data source. Further, it is also possible to acquire keyword information included therein, for example, a character string indicating "camera" of the image pickup apparatus, by analyzing name information returned from the data source. For another example, the user terminal may sequentially send a field detection instruction (e.g., a GET instruction, a POST instruction, etc.) to each data source according to the IP address by using an HTTP protocol, so as to obtain data information returned by the data source, and obtain device name information of the data source by parsing the data information. For another example, the user terminal may obtain the electronic tag information of the data source by using an instruction (e.g., an adb command, a display device management fo instruction, etc.) for obtaining the electronic tag information of the device. The electronic label information includes but is not limited to IMEI, serial number, model, manufacturer, UUID, etc.
It should be noted that, the step S50121 and the step S50121' may only execute one of them; alternatively, in order to increase the accuracy of the result, the steps S50121 and S50121 'may be performed together, and the results obtained after the steps S50121 and S50121' may be performed in combination to reduce the misjudgment rate of the image capturing apparatus. The steps S50121 and S50121' may be executed independently and synchronously or alternatively according to the task process, and the execution order is not limited in the present application.
S50122, obtaining the device information of each data source in the at least one room lan according to the response information and/or the feedback information.
Here, the user terminal obtains the device information of the data source according to the response information and/or the feedback information returned by the data source obtained in the foregoing step S50121 and/or step S50121'. The device information of the data source comprises address information, electronic tag information and the like of the data source. That is, the device information of the data source includes, but is not limited to: IP address, MAC address, UUID, IMEI, SN, model, manufacturer, brand, etc. of the data source.
It should be understood that, during the process of the user terminal executing the aforementioned step S50121 or step S50121' to step S50122, the user terminal may always maintain a communication connection with the server, or may obtain the device information of each data source in the local area network of the room and then transmit the device information and the like to the server.
It should be noted that, the method for the user terminal to obtain the user detection data by performing the camera device detection on the at least one room lan is not limited to this, for example, the step of the user terminal obtaining the merchant detection data is executed by calling a user detection model from the server. In some embodiments, the user detection model may be a detection model trained by machine learning. In some embodiments, the user detection model is not limited to a fixed model, and may be some preset steps or flows, so that the ue can perform detection according to the preset steps or flows, such as the flows described in the foregoing step S50121 or step S50121' to step S50122.
S502, judging whether a camera device exists in each data source in the at least one room local area network according to the user detection data, obtaining camera device detection data, and comparing the camera device detection data with the basic data of the at least one room local area network corresponding to the database to obtain a user detection result. And S503, sending the user detection result to the user terminal.
Here, when the user terminal does not detect that the camera device exists in the local area network, the user terminal sends the user detection data to the server, and the server records that the camera device does not exist in the local area network. If the user terminal detects that the camera shooting device exists, the user terminal sends the detection data to the server, and the server does not find relevant basic data matched with the camera shooting device after comparison in the database, and then the camera shooting device is judged to be newly added. Therefore, the server transmits a prompt message to the user terminal to prompt the presence of a suspicious image pickup apparatus.
In some embodiments, the server sends the user detection result to the merchant terminal when the user detection result indicates that an abnormal camera device exists after comparing the camera device detection data with the basic data of the at least one room local area network corresponding to the database, so that the merchant terminal sets security attribute information for the abnormal camera device according to the user detection result. And the merchant terminal sends the security attribute information set for the abnormal camera device to a server, and the server receives the setting result of the security attribute information sent by the merchant terminal and updates, modifies or deletes the corresponding basic data in the database.
In some embodiments, the server sends the user detection result to the merchant terminal regardless of whether the user terminal detects the presence of an abnormal camera. Therefore, the local area network of the room can be checked by supervising the merchant, and the omission of the local area network by the merchant is prevented to a certain extent.
In some scenarios, the merchant terminal may not detect all local area networks of the merchant, or add a new local area network after detection, or have missed detection. Therefore, in some embodiments, the server further sends the user detection result to the merchant terminal when the user detection result indicates that an unknown room lan exists in the camera detection data, so that the merchant terminal performs camera detection on the unknown room lan according to the user detection result and sets security attribute information for the detected camera. And after the merchant terminal is set, the server receives a merchant detection result obtained by the camera device detection and a setting result of the security attribute information thereof sent by the merchant terminal, and updates the database according to the merchant detection result and the setting result.
For example, when the user terminal performs detection, it is likely to connect to the missed local area network, perform camera detection on the missed local area network, and send camera detection data to the server. The server compares the detection data of the camera device with the basic data in the database to obtain the user detection result. And the server sends the user detection result to the merchant terminal so that the merchant terminal can detect the camera device of the unknown room local area network according to the user detection result, and sets security attribute information for the camera device obtained by detection, thereby completing the operation of the missed local area network.
In some embodiments, the basic data in the database is obtained by the following steps (not shown) of S511-S514; please refer to the foregoing embodiments for the execution flow and principle of steps S511-S514, which are not described herein again. The steps include: and S511, receiving merchant dimension data submitted by a merchant terminal and merchant detection data obtained by carrying out camera device detection on at least one room local area network. The merchant terminal detects a camera device for at least one room local area network to obtain merchant detection data, and the merchant detection data acquisition method comprises the following steps: acquiring network information of at least one room local area network to be detected; and under the state of accessing the at least one room local area network to be detected, carrying out camera device detection on the at least one room local area network to be detected, and acquiring equipment information of each data source in the at least one room local area network. In some embodiments, the step of obtaining device information for each data source in the at least one room area network is performed by invoking a merchant detection model from a server. In some embodiments, the step of obtaining the device information of each data source in the at least one room local area network comprises: sending broadcast data packets to the detection ports of the data sources of the at least one room local area network to be detected, and collecting response information returned by the data sources; and/or sending detection instruction information according to a corresponding data source in the effective address list of the at least one room local area network to be detected, and collecting feedback information returned by each data source; and acquiring the equipment information of each data source in the at least one room local area network according to the response information and/or the feedback information.
S512, judging whether the camera device exists in each data source in the local area network of the at least one room or not according to the merchant detection data, obtaining a merchant detection result, and sending the merchant detection result to the merchant terminal.
S513, receiving security attribute information related to the camera device and submitted by the merchant terminal, where the security attribute information is set by the merchant terminal according to the merchant detection data for at least one camera device in at least one room lan. In some embodiments, the security attribute information is used to characterize a security level corresponding to the image capturing apparatus, where the security level includes a white list, a gray list, and a black list; or a white list and a black list.
And S514, associating the security attribute information of each camera device in the at least one room local area network with the detection result of the merchant and storing the security attribute information and the detection result of the merchant in a database as basic data.
Here, the server associates the received security attribute information of the camera devices with the merchant detection result, and stores the security attribute information of each camera device in a database.
In a practical scenario, taking the merchant as a hotel as an example, the restaurant may have a dishonest problem. For example, the hotel staff does not connect (with the merchant terminal) to the local area network of the hotel, but connects to the local area network irrelevant to the hotel, and takes the detection data of the irrelevant local area network as the detection data of the hotel; in this case, the server takes the detection result of the unrelated local area network as the detection result of the hotel. However, if the checked-in user performs detection, because the detection result of the hotel is not a true result, the camera device in the local area network of the hotel is not recorded and stored in the database, and the server may possibly misjudge the camera device (e.g., the security camera legally installed in the hotel) that is originally normally installed as a suspicious camera device, thereby causing a negative effect of the hotel. Therefore, by adopting the detection framework provided by the application, the situation that the false detection data is uploaded by the shop side can be avoided, and the privacy safety of the user is further guaranteed.
Also taking this scenario as an example, after the server determines that the hotel does not have a suspicious camera device, when a checked-in user performs detection, the server receives correct hotel detection data sent by the user terminal, and according to a review of historical hotel detection events, the server may determine that a dishonest behavior exists in the restaurant, so that the server may take corresponding measures, such as performing stricter detection on merchant detection data submitted by the hotel (for example, increasing the number of checks), or listing the hotel in a distrusted list, or sending a prompt message to a merchant terminal at a higher frequency (for example, every day, every week, etc.) to request regular detection by the restaurant, and so on. The corresponding measures can be made by people, and the application is not limited.
The application also provides another detection device of the room camera device, which is applied to a detection framework comprising a server, at least one merchant terminal and at least one user terminal; in the following description of the embodiments, the application network environment of the detection apparatus of the room camera and the hardware device in the network environment are similar to the detection method of the room camera in the embodiment shown in fig. 5, and similar technical effects are achieved, so that detailed description is omitted.
Referring to fig. 6, a block diagram of a detection device of a room camera according to another embodiment of the present invention is shown. As shown, the detection apparatus 6 includes a receiving module 601, a matching module 602, and a transmitting module 603. The receiving module 601 is configured to receive merchant dimension data submitted by a user terminal and user detection data obtained by performing camera device detection on at least one room local area network; the matching module 602 is configured to determine, according to the user detection data, whether a camera device exists in each data source in the at least one room lan and obtain camera device detection data, and compare the camera device detection data with basic data of the at least one room lan corresponding to the database to obtain a user detection result; and the sending module 603 is configured to send the user detection result to the user terminal.
In the embodiment, for simplicity of description, the receiving module 601, the matching module 602, and the sending module 603 in the detection apparatus 6 may be implemented by a dedicated hardware-based system that performs a specified function or operation, or the steps of the detection method of the room imaging apparatus in the embodiment shown in fig. 5 may be implemented by a combination of dedicated hardware and computer instructions.
5, and similar technical effects are achieved, so that no further description is given.
Please refer to fig. 7, which is a schematic structural diagram of a detection apparatus according to another embodiment of the present application. As shown, the detection device 7 includes at least one memory 701 for storing at least one program; and at least one processor 702, connected to the memory 701, for executing and implementing the steps of the detection method of the room camera shown in the embodiment shown in fig. 5 when the at least one program is run.
Wherein, the at least one memory 701 is used for storing at least one program; in an embodiment, the memory 701 comprises a storage server or memory, which may comprise high speed random access memory, and may also comprise non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic disk storage devices, flash memory devices, or other non-volatile solid state storage devices.
The at least one processor 702 is connected to the memory 701, and is configured to execute and implement at least one embodiment described in the detection method of the room image capturing apparatus in the embodiment shown in fig. 5 when the at least one program is executed.
The following embodiments will be described in terms of a merchant terminal as the enforcement agent. Please refer to fig. 8, which is a flowchart illustrating a management method of a room camera according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in the figure, the management method includes: s801, detecting at least one room local area network of a merchant by using a camera device to obtain merchant detection data; s802, sending the merchant dimension data and the merchant detection data to a server, so that the server can judge whether a camera device exists in the at least one room local area network according to the merchant detection data to obtain a merchant detection result, and storing the merchant dimension data and the merchant detection result corresponding to the merchant dimension data in a database.
The method comprises the steps that a merchant terminal is firstly accessed into a room local area network, merchant dimension data and merchant detection data are obtained and sent to a server, and the server stores the merchant dimension data and the merchant detection data. Meanwhile, the server also judges whether the camera device exists in the room local area network or not according to the merchant detection data and obtains a judgment result as a merchant detection result. The server is further used for storing the merchant detection result in a database in a mode of being associated with the merchant dimension data and the merchant detection data. In some embodiments, the server may further determine, according to the merchant detection data, whether a camera device existing in the room lan is a suspicious/illegal camera device, which will be described later.
In some embodiments, the merchant dimension data includes, but is not limited to, data such as unique identification information, information related to the PMS, a merchant name, and a merchant location (e.g., hotel location). The unique identification information is used for representing the identity of the merchant and can be numbers, letters, symbols and the like or a combination of the numbers, the letters and the symbols; in some embodiments, the unique identification information includes, but is not limited to, a merchant ID, POIID, and the like. The merchant ID is, for example: the unique identification information of merchant A is 00000001, and the unique identification information of merchant B is 00000002. In some embodiments, the information that the POI can represent includes at least one of, but is not limited to: the information of the merchant is the name of the position point, the category of the position point, the longitude and latitude information of the position point, the traffic information, the consumption level information, the tour guide information, the commodity information, the comment information, the recommendation index information, the landmark information of the range near the position point, the merchant information of the range near the position point, and the like.
In some embodiments, during the detection, before the merchant terminal sends the merchant dimension data to the server, the merchant dimension data may be stored in a local memory space of the merchant terminal, a storage medium of a cache space, or a cache area on the storage medium.
In some embodiments, during the detection, part or all of the merchant dimension data may be stored in a database in association with the merchant terminal before the merchant terminal sends the merchant dimension data to the server. When the server receives one or more of merchant dimension data sent by the merchant terminal or receives newly added merchant dimension data sent by the merchant terminal, the server can obtain all dimension data of the merchant according to the association relationship. The association relationship may be directory information/list information when the data is stored, or a mapping relationship between the data and the data. In some embodiments, the association relationship is, for example, primary key information or the like.
In some embodiments, the merchant detection data is obtained by the merchant terminal through camera detection on one or more local area networks of the merchant. Wherein the merchant detection data includes, but is not limited to, network information of at least one local area network and device information of at least one data source in the local area network.
In some embodiments, the step of performing camera detection on at least one local area network of a merchant to obtain merchant detection data (not shown) includes: s8011, network information of at least one room local area network to be detected is obtained; s8012, in a state of accessing the at least one room local area network to be detected, performing camera device detection on the at least one room local area network to be detected, and acquiring device information of each data source in the at least one room local area network.
Here, the merchant terminal first establishes a communication connection with the local area network to be detected, and acquires network information of the local area network. The network information includes, but is not limited to, the name of the current local area network, the network provider, and the routing device information. Correspondingly, the routing device information includes, but is not limited to, a serial number, an IP address, a MAC address, a PIN, a manufacturer, a model number, and the like of the routing device. For example, the routing device information is: the IP address is: 192.168.0.0, having the sequence number: 1001011000, the physical address is: D10D1C00D1C1, manufacturer: XX-Link, etc. The network provider refers to a network service provider providing the network, such as china telecommunications, china mobile, or chinese federation.
After the network information is acquired, the merchant terminal detects one or more local area networks of the merchant in an online detection or offline detection (or local detection) mode so as to check whether the camera device exists or not. Whether the camera device is detected or not, the merchant terminal sends the detection result to the server for the server to record. The online detection mode refers to a mode in which the merchant terminal can establish a continuous communication connection with a server during detection so as to transmit the obtained data such as network information, device information and the like to the server in real time. The offline detection mode refers to a mode in which, during detection, the merchant terminal may establish communication connection with the server after completing detection of the camera device, so as to send the obtained detection result and data to the server.
For example, the step of acquiring device information of each data source in the at least one room lan (not shown) may include: s80121, a broadcast data packet is sent to the detection port of each data source of the at least one room LAN to be detected, and response information returned by each data source is collected. Here, the merchant terminal may send a broadcast data packet to a detection port of each data source of the at least one room lan to be detected, and collect response information returned by each data source. In this case, the webcam would use a specific port (e.g., port number 554) for transmission. Therefore, when the merchant terminal broadcasts the specific port, if a data source responds, the data source is judged to be a network camera, and the merchant terminal stores or records the data.
Alternatively, the merchant terminal may also execute step S80121' (not shown) to obtain device information of each data source in the at least one room lan. In some embodiments, step S80121' comprises: and sending detection instruction information according to the corresponding data source in the effective address list of the at least one room local area network to be detected so as to collect feedback information returned by each data source. The detection instruction information comprises one or more of an address detection instruction, a name detection instruction, a field detection instruction and the like.
Here, the merchant terminal first obtains an effective address list of the local area network according to the network address information and the network mask information of the local area network. The network address information and the network mask information of the local area network may be obtained by the merchant terminal performing the step S8011.
The detection instruction information includes, but is not limited to, a ping instruction, a traceroute instruction, or an ARP instruction, etc.
For example, the merchant terminal may send a name detection instruction (e.g., an mDNS instruction, etc.) to each data source according to the IP address to obtain a host name corresponding to the data source. Further, it is also possible to acquire keyword information included therein, for example, a character string indicating "camera" of the image pickup apparatus, by analyzing name information returned from the data source. For another example, the merchant terminal may sequentially send field detection instructions (e.g., GET instructions, POST instructions, etc.) to each data source according to the IP address by using an HTTP protocol, so as to obtain data information returned by the data source, and obtain device name information of the data source by analyzing the data information. For another example, the merchant terminal may obtain the electronic tag information of the data source by using an instruction (e.g., an adb command, a display device management fo instruction, etc.) for obtaining the electronic tag information of the device. The electronic label information includes but is not limited to IMEI, serial number, model, manufacturer, UUID, etc.
It should be noted that, step S80121 and step S80121' may only execute one of them; alternatively, in order to increase the accuracy of the result, step S80121 and step S80121 'may be executed together, and the results obtained after step S80121 and step S80121' may be executed in combination, so as to reduce the misjudgment rate of the image capturing apparatus. The steps S80121 and S80121' may be executed independently and synchronously or alternatively according to the task process, and the execution order is not limited in the present application.
S80122, obtain the device information of each data source in the at least one room lan according to the response information and/or the feedback information.
Here, the merchant terminal obtains the device information of the data source according to the response information and/or the feedback information returned by the data source obtained in the foregoing step S80121 and/or step S80121'. The device information of the data source comprises address information, electronic tag information and the like of the data source. That is, the device information of the data source includes, but is not limited to: IP address, MAC address, UUID, IMEI, SN, model, manufacturer, brand, etc. of the data source.
It should be understood that, in the process that the merchant terminal executes the foregoing step S80121 or step S80121' to step S80122, the merchant terminal may maintain a communication connection with the server all the time, or may obtain the device information of each data source in the room lan, and then send the device information and the like to the server.
In some embodiments, the merchant detection model is not limited to a fixed model, and may also be some preset steps or flows, so that the merchant terminal may perform detection according to the preset steps or flows, for example, the flows described in step S80121 or step S80121' to step S80122.
In some embodiments, the management method further comprises the following steps (not shown): s811, receiving the merchant detection result sent by the server; s812, setting security attribute information for at least one camera device in at least one room local area network according to the detection result of the merchant; s813 is to send the security attribute information of each camera device in the at least one room lan to the server, so that the server associates the security attribute information of each camera device in the at least one room lan with the merchant detection result and stores the security attribute information and the merchant detection result in a database as basic data.
The server sends the merchant detection result to the merchant terminal after obtaining the merchant detection result according to the merchant detection data, and the merchant terminal receives the merchant detection result and sets security attribute information for each detected camera device according to the merchant detection result. In some embodiments, in order to ensure the accuracy of detection and to check for illegal cameras as reliably as possible, the merchant terminal sets a gray list for cameras with uncertain security attributes, so as to perform repeated detection and the like on the cameras in the gray list during the next detection, thereby determining whether the camera is an illegal camera.
After the security attribute information of each camera device is set, the merchant terminal sends the security attribute information to the server, and the server executes the following steps: and associating the security attribute information of each camera device in the at least one room local area network with the detection result of the merchant and storing the security attribute information and the detection result of the merchant in a database as basic data.
When the user terminal detects, the merchant terminal may further perform the following steps: and receiving a user detection result obtained by the server performing data comparison on user detection data submitted by the user terminal. The user detection data is obtained by the user terminal through the detection of a camera device for at least one room local area network, and the user detection result is obtained through the following mode: and the server judges whether a camera device exists in the at least one room local area network or not according to the user detection data and obtains camera device detection data, and compares the camera device detection data with the basic data of the at least one room local area network corresponding to the database to obtain a user detection result. For the specific processes and steps, reference is made to the foregoing embodiments, which are not repeated herein.
After the user terminal completes detection, the server sends a user detection result to a merchant terminal; and when the user detection result received by the merchant terminal indicates that an abnormal camera device exists, the merchant terminal also sets safety attribute information for the abnormal camera device according to the user detection result. For example, the abnormal image pickup device is set to a blacklist or the like. Meanwhile, after the security attribute information of the abnormal camera device is set, the merchant terminal also sends the setting result of the security attribute information to the server so that the server can update the related security attribute information in the database.
The application also provides a management device of the room camera device, which is applied to a detection framework comprising a server, at least one merchant terminal and at least one user terminal; in the following description of the embodiments, the application network environment of the management apparatus of the room camera and the hardware device in the network environment are similar to the management method of the room camera in the embodiment shown in fig. 8, and similar technical effects are achieved, so that detailed description is omitted.

Referring to fig. 10, a block diagram of modules of a merchant terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. As shown, the merchant terminal 10 includes at least one memory 1001 for storing at least one program; and at least one processor 1002, connected to the memory 1001, for executing and implementing the steps of the management method of the room camera shown in the embodiment of fig. 8 when running the at least one program.

The following embodiments will be explained in terms of the user terminal as the execution subject. Please refer to fig. 11, which is a flowchart illustrating a method for detecting a room camera according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in the figure, the detection method comprises the following steps: s1101, detecting a camera device aiming at least one room local area network of a merchant to obtain user detection data; s1102, sending the user detection data to a server, so that the server can judge whether a camera device exists in the at least one room local area network according to the user detection data to obtain camera device detection data, and comparing the camera device detection data with basic data of the at least one room local area network corresponding to a database to obtain a user detection result; s1103, receiving the user detection result.
Here, the user terminal first accesses a room lan, and performs camera detection on the room lan to acquire user detection data. And the user terminal sends the user detection data to a server, and the server searches the basic data of the merchant corresponding to the user detection data in a database according to the user detection data, so as to judge whether a camera device exists in the room local area network and obtain a judgment result as a user detection result. In some embodiments, the user detection result further includes security attribute information of the camera. And the server sends the user detection result to a user terminal, and the user terminal receives the user detection result.
In some embodiments, the step of camera detection for at least one room area network of a merchant comprises: s11011, obtaining network information of at least one room local area network to be detected; s11012, in the state of accessing the at least one room local area network to be detected, carrying out camera device detection on the at least one room local area network to be detected, and acquiring equipment information of each data source in the at least one room local area network.
Here, the user terminal first establishes a communication connection with the local area network to be detected, and acquires network information of the local area network. The network information includes, but is not limited to, the name of the current local area network, the network provider, and the routing device information.
After acquiring the network information, the user terminal detects one or more local area networks of the merchant by using an online detection or offline detection (or called local detection) mode so as to check whether a camera device exists. Whether the camera device is detected or not, the user terminal sends the detection result to the server for the server to record. The online detection mode refers to a mode in which the user terminal can establish a continuous communication connection with a server during detection so as to transmit the obtained data, such as network information and equipment information, to the server in real time. The off-line detection mode refers to a mode in which, during detection, the user terminal may establish a communication connection with the server after completing the detection of the camera device, so as to send the obtained detection result and data to the server.
For example, the step of acquiring device information of each data source in the at least one room lan (not shown) may include: step a 1: and sending broadcast data packets to the detection ports of the data sources of the at least one room local area network to be detected, and collecting response information returned by the data sources.
Here, the merchant terminal may send a broadcast data packet to a detection port of each data source of the at least one room lan to be detected, and collect response information returned by each data source. In this case, the webcam would use a specific port (e.g., port number 554) for transmission. Therefore, when the merchant terminal broadcasts the specific port, if a data source responds, the data source is judged to be a network camera, and the merchant terminal stores or records the data.
Alternatively, the merchant terminal may also perform step a 1' to obtain device information of each data source in the at least one room lan. In some embodiments, step a 1' includes: and sending detection instruction information according to the corresponding data source in the effective address list of the at least one room local area network to be detected so as to collect feedback information returned by each data source. The detection instruction information comprises one or more of an address detection instruction, a name detection instruction, a field detection instruction and the like.
Here, the merchant terminal first obtains an effective address list of the local area network according to the network address information and the network mask information of the local area network. The network address information and the network mask information of the local area network may be obtained by the merchant terminal performing the foregoing step S11011.
It should be noted that, the step a1 and the step a 1' may be performed only one of them; alternatively, in order to increase the accuracy of the result, the step a1 and the step a1 'may be executed together, and the results obtained after the step a1 and the step a 1' are executed in combination, so as to reduce the misjudgment rate of the image capturing apparatus. The steps a1 and a 1' may be executed independently and synchronously or alternatively according to the task process, and the execution order is not limited in the present application.
Step a2, acquiring the device information of each data source in the at least one room local area network according to the response information and/or the feedback information.
Here, the merchant terminal obtains the device information of the data source according to the response information and/or the feedback information returned by the data source obtained in the foregoing step a1 and/or step a 1'. The device information of the data source comprises address information, electronic tag information and the like of the data source. That is, the device information of the data source includes, but is not limited to: IP address, MAC address, UUID, IMEI, SN, model, manufacturer, brand, etc. of the data source.
It should be understood that, during the process of the merchant terminal executing the aforementioned step a1 or step a 1' to step a2, the merchant terminal may always maintain a communication connection with the server, or may obtain the device information of each data source in the room lan and then send the device information to the server.
In some embodiments, the merchant detection model is not limited to a fixed model, but may be some preset steps or procedures, so that the merchant terminal may perform detection according to the preset steps or procedures, such as the procedures described in the foregoing step a1 or step a 1' to step a 2.
In some embodiments, the basic data in the database is obtained by the following steps (not shown): step b1, receiving merchant dimension data submitted by a merchant terminal and merchant detection data obtained by detecting a camera device aiming at least one room local area network; b2, judging whether a camera device exists in the at least one room local area network according to the merchant detection data, obtaining a merchant detection result, and sending the merchant detection result to the merchant terminal; b3, receiving security attribute information which is submitted by the merchant terminal and is related to a camera device, wherein the security attribute information is set by the merchant terminal for at least one camera device in at least one room local area network according to merchant detection data; and b4, associating the security attribute information of each camera device in the at least one room local area network with the merchant detection result and storing the security attribute information and the merchant detection result in a database as basic data.
The merchant terminal sends merchant dimension data and merchant detection data of a merchant to the server, and the server obtains a merchant detection result according to the merchant detection data and then sends the merchant detection result to the merchant terminal. Meanwhile, the server stores the data sent by the merchant terminal into the database. And the merchant terminal sets the security attribute information of each camera device in the room local area network according to the merchant detection data and/or the merchant detection result, sends the set security attribute information to the server, and the server stores the security attribute information into a storage list/directory corresponding to the merchant detection data in the database. Therefore, the merchant dimension data, the detection result and the security attribute information corresponding to the merchant are associated and serve as basic data of the merchant, so that data sent by the user terminal is compared/matched with the basic data when the user side detects the data, and the detection result of the merchant is provided for the user.
11, and similar technical effects are achieved, so that detailed description is omitted.

In the embodiment, for simplicity of description, the acquiring module 1201, the detecting module 1202, and the receiving module 1203 in the detecting device 12 may be implemented by a dedicated hardware-based system for performing a specified function or operation, or may be implemented by a combination of dedicated hardware and computer instructions to implement the steps of the detecting method of the room imaging device in the embodiment shown in fig. 11.
