Referring to fig. 8 and 9, in the present embodiment, the positioning groove 150 is formed on the mounting flange 170, and the positioning groove 150 includes a horizontal section 153 and a vertical section 155, the horizontal section 153 is disposed along the horizontal direction and has an opening, the vertical section 155 is disposed along the vertical direction and is connected to the horizontal section 153, and the horizontal section 153 and the vertical section 155 form a bending channel. Specifically, the vertical section 155 extends downward from the horizontal section 153, the positioning shaft 131 is finally assembled at the bottom of the vertical section 155, and the vertical section 155 serves as a horizontal limiting function.
In this embodiment, the lower portion of the vertical section 155 is also provided with a limit convex hull 151, which can limit the position shaft 131 in the vertical direction. Of course, the vertical section 155 may not be provided with the limit protrusion 151, and the positioning shaft 131 may be limited in the vertical direction by the gravity of the mounting plate 130.
When the installation is carried out, the positioning shaft 131 of the installation plate 130 is firstly installed into the transverse section 153, horizontally moves to the vertical section 155 along the transverse section 153, then vertically moves to the bottom along the vertical section 155, then the installation plate 130 is rotated by taking the positioning shaft 131 as a rotation center, and finally the clamping rod 181 is assembled in the clamping hole 191 to complete the positioning of the installation plate 130.
It should be noted that the shape of the positioning slot 150 is not limited to the shape exemplified in the first embodiment or the second embodiment, but any shape that can limit the positioning shaft 131 in the horizontal direction is within the protection scope of the present invention.
The wire passing cover plate 100 provided by the embodiment has the advantages that the positioning shaft 131 is assembled in the bent positioning groove 150, the positioning shaft 131 is effectively prevented from being disengaged from the positioning groove 150, and the assembly fixing effect is further improved.
Third embodiment
The present embodiment provides a wire passing cover plate 100, the basic structure and principle thereof and the technical effects thereof are the same as those of the first embodiment, and for the sake of brief description, no part of the present embodiment is mentioned, and reference may be made to the corresponding contents in the first embodiment.
Referring to fig. 10, in the present embodiment, each of the mounting bosses 170 includes two positioning portions 173 and two extending portions 171 connected to each other, the two positioning portions 173 are disposed at two sides of the wire passing hole 115, the two extending portions 171 are respectively disposed above the two positioning portions 173, and the two extending portions 171 are oppositely disposed and form a clamping passage for clamping the mounting plate 130.
The mounting plate 130 includes an upper end 133 and a lower end 135 connected to each other, the positioning shaft 131 is disposed between the upper end 133 and the lower end 135 and rotatably fitted in the positioning groove 150, the upper end 133 is adapted to abut against the first side surface 111, and the lower end 135 is adapted to shield the wire passing hole 115. In this embodiment, the upper end portion 133 is not provided with the locking member 180, and the cover body 110 is also not provided with the positioning structure 190, so that the upper end portion 133 is directly locked into the locking channel for positioning.
In the present embodiment, the distance between the two extending portions 171 is smaller than the distance between the two positioning portions 173, and matches the width of the upper end portion 133. Specifically, the catching channel is matched with the upper end portion 133, so that the upper end portion 133 can be in interference fit in the catching channel, and the fixed positioning of the upper end portion 133 is realized.
In other preferred embodiments, the opposite side walls of the extending portion 171 are further provided with elastic blocks, when the upper end portion 133 is clamped into the clamping channel, the elastic blocks at the two sides are extruded and deformed to provide an extrusion force for the upper end portion 133, thereby further improving the fixing effect of the upper end portion 133.
During actual assembly, the positioning shaft 131 on the mounting plate 130 is directly suspended and assembled in the positioning groove 150, then the mounting plate 130 is rotated by taking the positioning shaft 131 as a rotation center, and after the mounting plate is rotated to the upper end 133 to be close to the first side surface 111, the upper end 133 is pressed, so that the upper end 133 is clamped into the clamping channel for limiting, and the mounting plate 130 is fixed.
Fourth embodiment
The present embodiment provides an air conditioner, which includes an air conditioner housing and a wire passing cover plate 100, wherein the basic structure and principle of the wire passing cover plate 100 and the generated technical effects are the same as those of the first embodiment, and for the sake of brief description, corresponding contents in the first embodiment may be referred to where this embodiment is not mentioned in part.
The wire passing cover plate 100 comprises a cover plate body 110 and a mounting plate 130, wherein the cover plate body 110 is provided with a first side surface 111 and a second side surface 113 which are arranged oppositely, a wire passing hole 115 which penetrates through the first side surface 111 and the second side surface 113 is formed in the cover plate body 110, a positioning groove 150 is formed in the first side surface 111, a positioning shaft 131 is arranged on the mounting plate 130, the positioning shaft 131 is assembled in the positioning groove 150, the positioning groove 150 is used for limiting the positioning shaft 131 in the wiring direction of the wire passing hole 115, and the mounting plate 130 is used for at least partially shielding the wire passing hole 115. In the present embodiment, the cover plate body 110 is provided on the air-conditioning case.
The air conditioner provided by the invention has the advantages that the mounting plate 130 is assembled through the assembling structure of the positioning groove 150 and the positioning shaft 131, the assembly is very convenient, the assembly efficiency of the wire passing cover plate 100 is improved, and the assembly efficiency of the air conditioner is further improved.
It should be noted that in the present embodiment, the first side surface 111 faces the inside of the air conditioning casing to achieve the rat and insect prevention function.
