In one embodiment, the radius of the first sub-cylinder is larger than that of the second sub-cylinder, the radius of the running wheel on the first sub-cylinder is larger than that of the running wheel on the second sub-cylinder, the inner side surface of the running wheel on the first sub-cylinder and the inner side surface of the running wheel on the second sub-cylinder are on the same circle, a plurality of driving motors are arranged on the first sub-cylinder, the plurality of driving motors on the first sub-cylinder are in one-to-one corresponding driving connection with the plurality of running wheels on the first sub-cylinder, in the embodiment, by setting the radius of the first sub-cylinder to be larger, the radius of the second sub-drum is set to be smaller, the driving motor drives the driving wheel on the first sub-drum, the driving wheel on the second sub-drum moves along with the movement of the first sub-drum, therefore, the resistance on the second sub-cylinder is reduced, the overall resistance in the running process is reduced, and the pipeline leakage online detection device 10 runs more smoothly along the pipeline. It should be understood that although the radii of the first sub-cylinder and the second sub-cylinder are different, since both are concentric with the pipeline, or both are concentric, the length of the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion is set according to the radius difference between the two, so that the two can be connected.
In order to enable the motion cylinder 310 to better match the shape of the pipeline and be sleeved outside the pipeline, in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the pipeline leakage online detection device 10 further includes a support frame 150, the support frame 150 includes a connection frame 160 and an arc plate 170, a cross section of the arc plate 170 is configured to be an arc, two sides of one surface of the arc plate 170 are respectively connected with the housing through the connection frame 160, and in this embodiment, the number of the connection frames is two. One side of the arc plate 170 is connected to one side of the housing through one connecting frame 160, and the other side of the arc plate 170 is connected to the other side of the housing through the other connecting frame 160.
The middle of the arc plate 170 is provided with a through hole 171, and the telescopic rod 412 movably passes through the through hole, so that the adsorption component 420 can pass through the through hole 171 to abut against the surface of the pipeline and be connected with the outer side surface of the pipeline. In this embodiment, the arc plate 170 is spaced from the housing, one side of the arc plate 170 is hinged to the first side of the first sub-cylinder 311, the other side of the arc plate 170 is hinged to the first side of the second sub-cylinder 312, and the first sub-cylinder 311, the arc plate 170 and the second sub-cylinder 312 are connected to form the moving cylinder 310. In this embodiment, the first sub-cylinder 311 and the second sub-cylinder 312 are connected by the arc plate 170, so that the shape of the moving cylinder 310 is more matched with the shape of the pipeline, and the rotation of the first sub-cylinder 311 and the second sub-cylinder 312 is realized, so that the rotation of the first sub-cylinder 311 and the second sub-cylinder 312 is not limited by the housing, and the rotation of the first sub-cylinder 311 and the second sub-cylinder 312 is more flexible, and can be more flexibly fixed or detached on the pipeline.
In one embodiment, the arc-shaped plate 170 is provided with a driving wheel, and the moving cylinder can be further supported outside the pipeline by arranging the driving wheel on the arc-shaped plate 170, so that the pipeline leakage online detection device can move more stably.
In order to better drive the traveling wheels 320 to move, in one embodiment, the number of the driving motors is multiple, and each driving motor is in driving connection with one traveling wheel 320. Each of the driving motors is electrically connected to the control processing module 230. Each driving motor is respectively arranged on the moving cylinder 310, and each driving motor is arranged on the moving cylinder 310 and close to the driving wheel, so that the driving motors respectively drive the running wheels 320, the transmission structure is simpler, and the cost is reduced.
In order to further improve the detection precision, in one embodiment, the pipeline leakage online detection device further comprises a flange detection module, the flange detection module comprises an optical fiber imaging sub-module and a transmission sub-module, the optical fiber imaging sub-module is arranged at the joint of the flanges of the two pipelines, and the optical fiber imaging sub-module is electrically connected with the transmission sub-module.
Specifically, the pipelines are connected through flanges, flanges are arranged at two ends of each pipeline respectively, and adjacent pipelines are connected through the flanges, so that the optical fiber imaging sub-modules of the flange over-detection modules are arranged at the joints of the flanges of the two adjacent pipelines. Therefore, the leakage condition of the joint of the adjacent flanges can be obtained through the optical fiber imaging sub-module, and the flange image is formed by the optical fiber imaging sub-module through imaging the joint of the flanges.
Specifically, when leakage is detected, the optical fiber imaging submodule sends the flange image subjected to optical fiber imaging to the control processing module through the transmission submodule, and sends the image to the remote server through the control processing module, so that a user of the remote server can accurately know the leakage condition and the leakage position. It is worth mentioning that, because the pipeline leakage on-line detection device can detect the occurrence of leakage, thereby triggering the optical fiber imaging submodule of the flange detection module to image the optical fiber at the pipeline joint, in addition, because the pipeline leakage on-line detection device checks back and forth, the occurrence and the position of leakage can be measured, but the specific image of leakage can not be obtained, and after the leakage position is determined, the leakage condition at the pipeline joint can be imaged by the flange detection module closest to the leakage position, the condition of leakage in the pipeline is obtained particularly by the optical fiber imaging technology, so that the monitoring personnel can know the leakage condition and the position more timely and more accurately.
In order to install the optical fiber imaging sub-module and the transmission sub-module, in one embodiment, the flange detection module comprises a flange sub-module, one side of the flange sub-module is connected with a flange of an adjacent pipeline, the other side of the flange sub-module is connected with a flange of another adjacent pipeline, and the optical fiber imaging sub-module and the transmission sub-module are arranged on the flange sub-module, in the embodiment, the flange sub-module is used for connecting flanges of two adjacent pipelines, the flange sub-module adopts the same structure as the existing flange on the connection structure, the difference is that the thickness of the flange sub-module is larger, the flange sub-module can be respectively connected with other flanges on two sides, the flange sub-module is thicker, the optical fiber imaging sub-module and the transmission sub-module are favorably installed, in the embodiment, the optical fiber imaging sub-module is arranged at the connection part of the, the flange sub-module is provided with a power supply module for supplying power to the optical fiber imaging sub-module and the transmission sub-module, and in addition, in order to protect the optical fiber imaging sub-module and the transmission sub-module, in some embodiments, the flange sub-module can be further provided with an installation shell, the optical fiber imaging sub-module and the transmission sub-module are arranged in the installation shell, and the optical fiber imaging sub-module and the transmission sub-module are protected by the installation shell, so that the optical fiber imaging sub-module and the transmission sub-module can. In this embodiment, the flange sub-module is used for connecting two pipelines, so that adjacent pipelines are connected, the optical fiber imaging sub-module is connected with the flange sub-module, the transmission sub-module is arranged on the flange sub-module, and the optical fiber imaging sub-module is used for imaging the leakage condition of the joint of the pipelines to form a flange image.
In one embodiment, a transmission module is further arranged in the shell, the transmission module is electrically connected with the control processing module, and the transmission module is used for receiving information sent by the transmission submodule, so that the control processing module can receive data, detected by the optical fiber imaging submodule, sent by the transmission submodule through the transmission module, and send the data detected by the optical fiber imaging submodule to the remote server through the communication module. In order to realize the communication between the transmission submodule and the transmission module, in one embodiment, the transmission submodule and the transmission module are bluetooth modules, and the connection between the transmission submodule and the transmission module can be realized through bluetooth, so that the communication between the transmission submodule and the transmission module is realized. In one embodiment, the transmission sub-module and the transmission module are mobile communication modules, for example, the mobile communication modules are 4G or 5G modules. In one embodiment, the transmission submodule is connected to a remote server, and is configured to send the image imaged by the optical fiber in the pipeline to the remote server through a mobile communication network.
In order to save electric energy of the flange detection module and enable the flange detection module to detect and obtain a flange image only when leakage occurs, in one embodiment, the control processing module is used for obtaining operation data of the detection module, when the variation amplitude of the operation data is larger than a preset amplitude threshold value within a preset time, the control processing module controls the driving motor to work, a trigger signal is sent to the transmission sub-module through the transmission module, the transmission sub-module is used for sending the trigger signal to the optical fiber imaging sub-module, the optical fiber imaging sub-module is used for imaging the flange connection part after the trigger signal is obtained to form a flange image, and the flange image is sent to the transmission module through the transmission sub-module. In this embodiment, when detecting that there is leakage in the pipeline, the control processing module not only controls the shell to move along the pipeline, but also sends a trigger signal to two adjacent flange detection modules, thereby obtaining the flange images on the two nearest connection flanges, and feeds back the flange images to the remote server, thereby detecting whether there is leakage in the joint of the pipeline, and simultaneously, the flange detection module is not required to maintain real-time detection, and the flange images are obtained only when the control processing module detects leakage, thereby effectively reducing the working time of the optical fiber imaging submodule, and saving the electric energy consumed by the optical fiber imaging submodule.
In one embodiment, the transmission submodule is a wired transmission submodule and is electrically connected with the control processing module through a communication cable, in this embodiment, a main board is arranged in the shell, the control processing module is arranged on the main board, and the main board is provided with a wired communication port, so that the transmission submodule is connected with the wired communication port of the main board through the cable, and thus, the electric connection with the control processing module is realized, and thus, the control processing module can receive data detected by the optical fiber imaging submodule sent by the transmission submodule and send the data detected by the optical fiber imaging submodule to the remote server through the communication module.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

1. An online pipeline leakage detection device, comprising: the device comprises a detection module, a communication module, a control processing module, a shell, a movement mechanism and a fixing mechanism;
an installation cavity is formed in the shell, the detection module, the communication module and the control processing module are arranged in the installation cavity, and the detection module is electrically connected with the communication module and the control processing module respectively;
the moving mechanism comprises a moving cylinder, a plurality of traveling wheels and a driving motor, the cross section of the moving cylinder is circular, the moving cylinder is sleeved outside the pipeline, the moving cylinder is sequentially provided with a plurality of moving grooves along the circumferential direction, each moving groove is internally provided with one traveling wheel in a rotating mode, the driving motor is in driving connection with the traveling wheels, and the shell is fixedly connected with the moving cylinder;
the fixing mechanism is connected with the shell and is used for being connected with the outer side surface of the pipeline;
the fixing mechanism comprises a telescopic assembly and an adsorption assembly, the telescopic assembly comprises an electric cylinder and a supporting rod, the supporting rod is connected to the outer side of the shell, a telescopic cavity is formed in the supporting rod along the axial direction, a telescopic hole is formed in the shell, the telescopic cavity is communicated with the installation cavity through the telescopic hole, the electric cylinder is arranged in the installation cavity, the electric cylinder is driven to be connected with a telescopic rod, the telescopic rod is movably arranged in the supporting rod, one end, far away from the electric cylinder, of the telescopic rod is connected with the adsorption assembly, and the adsorption assembly comprises a magnet.

The online pipe leakage detection device according to claim 1, wherein the movable cylinder includes a first sub-cylinder and a second sub-cylinder, the first sub-cylinder and the second sub-cylinder are respectively rotatably connected to two sides of the housing, the first sub-cylinder and the second sub-cylinder rotate relative to the housing, and the first sub-cylinder and the second sub-cylinder are opened in opposite directions, so that the movable cylinder is opened.
3. The online pipeline leakage detection device according to claim 2, wherein a side of the first sub-cylinder away from the housing and a side of the second sub-cylinder away from the housing are connected in a snap-fit manner.
4. The on-line pipe leakage detection device according to claim 3, wherein the number of the driving motors is plural, and each driving motor is connected with one driving wheel.
5. The pipeline leakage online detection device according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the detection module comprises an ultrasonic detection module.

The pipeline leakage online detection device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a flange detection module, wherein the flange detection module comprises an optical fiber imaging sub-module and a transmission sub-module, the optical fiber imaging sub-module is arranged at the joint of the flanges of the two pipelines, and the optical fiber imaging sub-module is electrically connected with the transmission sub-module.
