Because of the relationship of structure and position, the axial direction of the motor of the prior electric inflator pump is generally vertical to the reciprocating motion direction of the piston, so that the motor and the cylinder are respectively positioned on two different axial directions and are distributed in a right angle, and correspondingly, the electric inflator pump has larger volume and larger occupied space. Moreover, the heat dissipation of the electric inflator pump is not good, which directly affects the service life of the motor and even burns out the motor.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an electric inflator 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a housing 10 and a driving mechanism 20 disposed in the housing 10; the housing 10 is provided with a heat dissipation port 130; the driving mechanism 20 comprises a power element 21 and a cylinder 22 connected with the power element 21; the power element 21 is arranged coaxially with the cylinder 22. The electric inflator 100 of the present invention realizes inflation by driving the cylinder 22 to reciprocate by the power element 21; the power element 21 and the cylinder 22 are coaxially arranged, so that the structure is compact; the heat is timely discharged through the heat-discharging opening 130, so that the normal operation of the power element 21 is ensured.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the housing 10 includes a shell 11, and a first end cap 12 and a second end cap 13 respectively connected to two ends of the shell 11; optionally, the shell 11 is of a gun type structure, the appearance and modeling are clear, the shape is fashionable and attractive, and the manual operation is convenient; the housing 11 includes a fixing portion 111, a grip portion 112, and an attachment portion 113 connected in this order. Further, the housing 11 further includes a clamping portion 114; the clamping portion 114 is connected to the outer side of the mounting portion 113. Both sides of the fixing portion 111 are respectively provided with a plurality of through holes (not shown) for heat dissipation and ventilation; the first end cap 12 and the second end cap 13 are respectively connected to two ends of the fixing portion 111 to form a heat dissipation air duct. For timely heat dissipation, the first end cap 12 is provided with an air inlet 120; the second end cap 13 is provided with a heat dissipation port 130; the air inlets 120 are arranged at intervals on the first end cover 12; the air inlets 120 are arranged radially; the heat dissipation openings 130 are spaced apart from each other in the second end cap 13. The housing 10 also includes a power key 14; the power button 14 is protruded from the grip 112.
Referring to fig. 3, the driving mechanism 20 includes a power element 21, a cylinder 22 connected to the power element 21, an air outlet pipe 23 connected to the cylinder 22, and a power switch 24 connected to the power element 21. The power element 21 is used for driving the cylinder 22 to operate; the power button 14 is used to control the operation of the power switch 24. Alternatively, the power element 21 is divided into a low pressure mode, a medium pressure mode and a high pressure mode, with different modes corresponding to different air pressures; the power element 21 is a motor. For realizing inflation, the driving mechanism 20 further comprises an air nozzle 26 connected with the air outlet pipe 23; the air nozzle 26 is used for connecting with an external part to be inflated; optionally, there are two air nozzles 26; when the air needs to be inflated, the air nozzle 26 is connected with the air outlet pipe 23; when the air inflation is not needed, the air nozzle 26 is fixed on the clamping portion 114, so as to avoid loss and achieve reasonable layout. When the air-charging device is used, the power element 21 drives the air cylinder 22 to reciprocate to realize air charging, meanwhile, the power element 21 drives the fan blades 25 to rotate to accelerate air flow, so that air flows through the power element 21 from the air inlet 120 and flows out from the heat radiating port 130, heat of the power element 21 is taken away, the power element 21 can work for a long time at a low temperature, and the service life is prolonged.
In one embodiment, the electric inflator 100 further includes a control mechanism 30; the control mechanism 30 comprises a PCB 31, a key 32 and a display 33; optionally, the PCB board 31 is built in the housing 11; the keys 32 and the display 33 are mounted on the housing 11. Furthermore, the key 32, the display 33 and the power element 21 are all in signal connection with the PCB 31; the buttons 32 are used to control the operation of the power element 21. The mode corresponding to the power element 21 is selected by means of the button 32, depending on the type of the piece to be inflated. The control mechanism 30 also includes a light switch 34; the illumination switch 34 is mounted on the housing 11. To facilitate use in dark environments, the electric inflator 100 further includes an illuminating member 40 coupled to the housing 11; the lighting switch 34 and the lighting element 40 are respectively in signal connection with the PCB 31; the illumination switch 34 is used to control the operation of the illumination member 40. When the electric inflator 100 is used, one end of the air tap 26 is connected with the air outlet pipe 23, and the other end is connected with a piece to be inflated; then, according to the type of the member to be inflated, the mode corresponding to the power element 21 is selected by the key 32, and then the power key 14 is pressed to trigger the power switch 24, so that the power element 21 operates, the power element 21 drives the cylinder 22 to reciprocate to realize inflation, meanwhile, the power element 21 drives the fan blades 25 to rotate to accelerate the air flow, so that the air flows out of the heat dissipation opening 130 after flowing through the power element 21 from the air inlet 120, and the heat of the power element 21 is taken away.
The electric inflator 100 of the present invention realizes inflation by driving the cylinder 22 to reciprocate by the power element 21; the power element 21 and the cylinder 22 are coaxially arranged, so that the structure is compact; heat is timely discharged through the heat-dissipating opening 130, so that the normal operation of the power element 21 is ensured; the electric inflator 100 has a small volume and a good heat dissipation effect.
