The invention relates to a high-pressure fuel oil distributor for a double-fuel-supply-pump fuel oil system, which comprises a distributor body, a pipe joint and a distributor adapter, wherein the distributor body is provided with a plurality of oil passages; the middle part in the distributor body is provided with a horizontally arranged main oil duct, pipe joints are connected with pipe joints at pipe joint orifices at two ends of the main oil duct, and the two distributor pipe joints are connected with a left common rail pipe and a right common rail pipe of an engine through high-pressure oil pipes; the central axis of the main oil gallery and the central axis of the pipe joint oil hole are on the same horizontal line; the distributor is characterized in that distributor adapter orifices are connected to the upper side and the lower side of the distributor body, and the distributor adapter orifices are communicated with the main oil duct. The high-pressure fuel oil distributor for the double-fuel-supply-pump fuel oil system can effectively reduce pressure fluctuation in the fuel oil injection system, and improve the consistency of the injection pressure of each cylinder of the common rail system and the accuracy of fuel injection quantity control.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of fuel supply systems of engines, and particularly relates to a high-pressure fuel distributor for a double-fuel-supply-pump fuel system for improving pressure fluctuation of a high-pressure fuel supply system.
Background
Along with the stricter emission regulations, the oil supply quantity, the oil supply rate and the oil injection pressure required by the diesel engine continuously rise, higher requirements are provided for the injection consistency and the stability of the high-pressure common rail system, and in addition, the pressure fluctuation in the common rail can influence the oil injection quantity and the combustion characteristic of each cylinder, so that the pressure stability of the system becomes another key index of the common rail system.
The generation and propagation of pressure fluctuation is a complex process, not only influenced by the oil supply and injection processes, but also closely related to the system structure and pressure control. The pressure stability of the fuel system is always the key and difficult point of the research and development of the high-pressure common rail system at home and abroad. The problem that the pressure fluctuation amplitude of the common rail system is large can be solved to a certain extent through structural optimization of the high-pressure pipeline system, oil pipe vibration caused by hydraulic fluctuation in the high-pressure oil pipe is weakened, and therefore reliability and service life of the fuel supply system are improved.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the present invention provides a high pressure fuel oil distributor for a dual fuel pump fuel oil system, which is used to reduce pressure fluctuation in a fuel oil injection system and improve consistency of injection pressure and accuracy of fuel injection amount control of cylinders in a common rail system.

(1) according to the high-pressure fuel oil distributor for the double-fuel-supply-pump fuel oil system, the number of the fuel supply pumps is two, so that the fuel supply amount of the fuel supply pumps is effectively increased, meanwhile, the fuel supply pressure balance of the upper fuel supply pump and the lower fuel supply pump is realized, and the injection pressure consistency of each cylinder of the common rail system is improved.
(2) According to the high-pressure fuel distributor for the fuel system with the double fuel supply pumps, the pressure limiting valve is provided with a proper starting pressure, and when the fuel pressure in the distributor is higher than the starting pressure, the pressure limiting valve is opened to return the fuel in the common rail to the fuel tank, so that the control of the fuel pressure in the main oil passage of the distributor is realized, and the oil pressure in the fuel injection system is prevented from being overhigh.
(3) The high-pressure fuel oil distributor for the fuel oil system with the double fuel oil supply pumps increases the high-pressure volume in the common rail system to a certain extent, is favorable for reducing the pressure fluctuation of a high-pressure fuel oil injection system, and improves the control precision of the fuel injection quantity.
(4) The high-pressure fuel distributor for the fuel system with the double fuel supply pumps is simple and reasonable in structural design, low in processing difficulty and easy to machine, form and install.

The pressure limiting valve 5 comprises a pressure limiting valve body 7, a hollow bolt 8 and a sealing washer 9, the pressure limiting valve body 7 is installed at a pressure limiting valve hole 51 through threaded connection, the sealing washer 9 is arranged between the hollow bolt 8 and the pressure limiting valve body 7, and the sealing washer 9 is a copper washer for improving the sealing performance and the service performance; the pressure limiting valve body 7 conveys the return oil of the pressure limiting valve to an oil return way of the engine through the hollow bolt 8. The pressure limiting valve 5 effectively prevents the fuel pressure in the common rail system from being too high, thereby improving the operation safety of the high-pressure fuel system.
The rail pressure sensor 6 is used to measure the fuel pressure in the common rail, which may be model 5093112AA from belief.
The dispenser is used as follows: high-pressure fuel oil is pumped by an upper high-pressure fuel supply pump and a lower high-pressure fuel supply pump, flows through the distributor adapters 4 on the upper side and the lower side, is converged and flows into the distributor body 1, and then flows into left and right common rail pipes of an engine from pipe joints 2 on the left end and the right end through a main oil duct 10 of the distributor body 1.
High-pressure fuel oil provided by an upper oil supply pump and a lower oil supply pump is uniformly mixed in a main oil duct 10 of the distributor body 1 and then uniformly supplied to the left common rail pipe and the right common rail pipe, so that the difference of the oil supply of the upper oil supply pump and the lower oil supply pump is effectively eliminated, the consistency of oil pressure in the left common rail pipe and the right common rail pipe of an engine is ensured, and the consistency of the injection pressure of each cylinder of the common rail system is further improved.

4. A high-pressure fuel distributor for a dual-feed pump fuel system as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that said sealing gasket (9) is a copper gasket.
5. The high-pressure fuel distributor for a dual-feed pump fuel system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the nipple openings (2) at both ends of the main gallery (10) are threadedly connected to the nipples (21).
6. A high pressure fuel distributor for a dual feed pump fuel system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the distributor adapter ports (41) on the upper and lower sides of the distributor body (1) are in threaded connection with the distributor adapter (4).
