Description

Novel flat plate gate device capable of eliminating vortex in front of gate
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of water conservancy and hydropower, and relates to a novel flat gate device capable of eliminating vortex in front of a gate, which can effectively eliminate harmful vortex in front of the gate, can not introduce new harmful vortex, can not generate additional surface vortex lines and surface sunken vortex, can improve the flow state of water flow, can ensure the flow capacity, can avoid damage caused by strong flow-induced vibration of hydraulic structures such as the gate, a gate pier and the like due to the generation of the harmful vortex, can reduce the cavitation and erosion phenomenon caused by air carried by the vortex of downstream hydraulic structures or hydraulic machines, and can ensure the engineering safety.
Background
In the prior art, the research of the current vortex-eliminating device is mostly concentrated on water inlets of power stations, flood discharging tunnels and the like, the submergence degree of the water inlets is large, and the structural form is fixed. In some water and power engineering projects that have been completed and are in progress, it has been found that with varying water levels at different gate openings, either strong or weak vortices are found in front of the gate. The vortex of the air suction funnel generated in front of the gate can cause serious hazards of deteriorating the flow state of a water inlet of the gate hole, reducing the inflow rate of the gate hole, influencing the discharge, generating huge sound, causing the vibration of the gate, threatening the safety of a hydraulic building and the like. In order to reduce or avoid the harm of harmful vortexes, ensure the safe operation of hydraulic engineering and bring the maximum benefit into play, it is necessary to eliminate vortexes formed in front of the gate. The research on the vortex eliminating device for vortex in front of the flood discharge gate is mainly aimed at a specific project. The existing vortex-eliminating buildings are mostly used for water inlets of flood discharging tunnels, power stations and the like with large submergence and fixed and unchangeable structural forms. For example, the vortex-eliminating floating mat is not fixed, when the water level fluctuation in front of the gate is large, the vortex-eliminating floating mat can impact the gate, so that the floating mat and the gate are damaged, and the problems of maintenance and repair are caused; the vortex eliminating frame is huge in size, so that the overflowing capacity of the water inlet is reduced; the vortex elimination grating is fixed on the structure and can only eliminate the vortex in a specific water level range. The vortex eliminating buildings are difficult to arrange in front of the gate, the variation of the depth range of the submerged water in front of the gate is large, and the effective water level range of the vortex eliminating structure fixed at a certain elevation is difficult to guarantee. The flat gate also has the requirements on downstream flow when the flat gate is opened and closed and has different opening degrees, and the vortex-eliminating buildings have complex structures and large sizes and are easy to influence the flow passing capacity, so the vortex-eliminating buildings are not suitable for eliminating the vortex in front of the gate.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the novel flat plate gate device which is simple in design, uniform in stress and reasonable in structure and can eliminate the vortex in front of the gate. The vortex eliminating measures are guaranteed to eliminate vortexes, and meanwhile the flow state and the flow passing capacity of water flow in front of the gate are not affected. The curved barrier arranged on the upstream surface of the flat gate can play a role of vortex elimination at different submerging water depths and different gate opening degrees.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a new flat gate device capable of eliminating vortex in front of gate comprises a flat gate 1 and a curved barrier 2; the height of the curved barrier 2 is the same as that of the flat gate 1, and the two curved barriers 2 are vertically and symmetrically fixed on the upstream surface of the flat gate 1; the curved barrier 2 is flush with the top and the bottom of the flat gate 1, the distance between the two curved barriers 2 and the two sides of the flat gate 1 is the same, and the curved line type rotating direction of the curved barrier 2 is opposite to the vortex rotating direction when the curved barrier 2 is arranged;
the curve shape of the curve-shaped barrier 2 is a sine curve of one period, the period is the height of the flat gate 1, the width of the curve-shaped barrier 2 is set as A, and the amplitude is 0.3-0.8A; wherein the amplitude is preferably 0.5A; width selection range of the curved barrier 2: among all the vortexes, the vortexes which are farthest away from the flat gate 1 have a distance L from the center of the vortexes to the flat gate 1, and the value range of A is more than 0 and less than or equal to 0.5L, preferably 0.3L; the ratio of the distance between the middle line of the curved barrier 2 and the side wall of the adjacent gate pier to the width of the flat gate 1 is 0.114-0.171, preferably 0.143; the thickness of the curved grid 2 has no effect on the eddy current and can therefore be chosen according to the specific structure.
The principle is as follows: the water flow before the gate, namely the tangential flow velocity outside the vortex, impacts the curved barrier 2 for vortex elimination, and then the circulation of the vortex is destroyed, so that the effect of eliminating the vortex is achieved; the curved barrier 2 is arranged in the vortex area, so that an incoming flow rotary route is blocked, and the water surface vortex circulation quantity is reduced; meanwhile, the development area of the vortex is reduced, and the structure of the vortex is damaged, so that the vortex prevention and elimination effects are achieved.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the structure is simple, the cost is low, the installation is convenient, and the maintenance is easy;
(2) other functions such as the flow state of water flow in front of the gate, the gate overflowing capacity, the normal operation of the flat gate, the maintenance and the like are not influenced;
(3) the vortex generated when the gate is partially opened in different water depths before the gate can be effectively eliminated, and new harmful vortex can not be introduced, and additional surface vortex grains and surface sunken vortex can not be generated;
(4) the damage caused by the strong flow-induced vibration phenomenon of hydraulic structures such as gates, gate piers and the like due to the generation of harmful vortexes is avoided;
(5) noise generated by the vortex is reduced;
(6) the cavitation and cavitation phenomena caused by the air carried by the vortex in the downstream hydraulic structure or hydraulic machine are reduced, and the engineering safety is ensured.

Detailed Description
The following further describes a specific embodiment of the present invention with reference to the drawings and technical solutions.
A new flat gate structure for eliminating the vortex in front of the gate as shown in fig. 1 comprises a flat gate 1 and a curved barrier 2. The structure of the curved barrier 2 is shown in fig. 2, 3(a), 3(b) and 3 (c).
In the embodiment, the gate height of a certain flood discharge gate is 16m, the gate width is 7m, model tests show that the difference of the transverse positions of vortexes is small under the conditions that the vortexes in front of the gate are at different opening degrees and different water depths in front of the gate, and the center of each vortex moves near 1.0m away from the side wall of the gate pier; the gate is replaced by the flat gate which can eliminate the vortex in front of the gate, or the curved barrier 2 is arranged on the upstream surface of the gate, so that the novel flat gate device which can eliminate the vortex in front of the gate is formed; selecting the curved barrier 2 to be arranged at the position with the ratio of the distance from the side wall of the gate pier to the width of the flat gate 2 of 0.143, wherein the distance from the side wall of the curved center gate pier of the curved barrier 2 is 1.0 m; width range of the curved barrier 2: the center of the vortex farthest from the gate is 2.10m closest to the gate, and the closest distance is 0.5 times the closest distance, namely 1.05m, so the width range selected by the curved barrier 2 is 0-1.05 m, and 0.6m is selected in the embodiment. The amplitude of the curved louvres 2 is 0.5 times the width, i.e. 0.3m is chosen. The thickness is chosen to be 0.04m according to the structural requirements. The curve of the selected curve-shaped barrier 2 is similar to a sine curve with the period of 16m, the height of the curve-shaped barrier 2 is 1 period, the height of the curve-shaped barrier is the same as that of the flat gate 1, 16m is selected, the two curve-shaped barriers 2 are symmetrically fixed on the upstream surface of the flat gate 1, the top and the bottom of the curve-shaped barrier 2 and the bottom of the flat gate 1 are flush, the distances between the two curve-shaped barriers 2 and two side edges of the flat gate 1 are the same, the curve-shaped barriers are symmetrically arranged, the rotation direction of the curve is opposite to the rotation direction of a vortex when the curve-shaped barrier is arranged, namely the curve-shaped barrier on the left side of the gate is arranged like's'; the curved barrier 2 is arranged on the upstream surface of the flat gate and is vertically arranged and clings to the surface of the flat gate. The curved barrier 2 is arranged in front of the flat gate 1, so that the front vortex of the gate can be effectively eliminated in front of the gate under the water level in front of any gate, and construction and later maintenance are facilitated. The hyperbolic barrier breaks the incoming flow circulation quantity formed by the vortex, blocks the incoming flow rotation route and reduces the water surface vortex circulation quantity; meanwhile, the development range of the vortex is reduced, and the vortex structure is damaged, so that the vortex prevention and elimination effects are achieved.
In the experiment, when the curved barrier 2 is not arranged in front of the flat gate 1, 1.25 pairs of vortexes are evenly generated in the front of the flat gate 1 every minute, and the vortexes are intermittent air suction vortexes or through air suction vortexes; under the condition of different gate apertures, the lower water depth before the gate can appear through-type vortex of breathing in always in gate both sides, and the air intake is big, and the radius that the vortex formed is great, and the frequency that the vortex appears is fast, and duration is long, and the vortex can also arouse flat gate 1 vibration. After the curved barrier 2 is symmetrically arranged on the flat gate 1, intermittent air suction vortex and through air suction vortex cannot be generated in front of the gate, and new surface vortex and surface sunken vortex cannot be introduced.
