Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of road maintenance, in particular to asphalt pavement repairing equipment and a repairing method thereof.
Background
The asphalt pavement has low manufacturing cost, high flatness and short construction period, and is a pavement form widely applied in China. However, since the asphalt material has poor durability, the asphalt pavement has problems such as cracks and collapse after a period of use, and needs to be repaired. The Chinese patent 201810142259.8 discloses a maintenance repair device for asphalt pavement cracks, which realizes the repair of asphalt pavements through the processes of cutting, filling, rolling and the like. However, the parts repaired by the equipment have different mechanical properties of the new and old asphalt, so that the problems of secondary deformation and cracking are easy to occur.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide asphalt pavement repairing equipment and a repairing method thereof, which can overcome the defects of the prior art, have high integration level and improve the repairing effect of asphalt pavements.

B. cutting the part to be repaired by a cutting blade, and simultaneously injecting a binder into a cutting gap;
C. spraying the asphalt raw material on the part to be repaired through a second discharge pipe;
D. the hot air blower heats and solidifies the part to be repaired;
E. and compacting the asphalt raw material by a compression roller.

The arc-shaped flange is used for preventing the adhesive from directly seeping out of the gap, and the adhesive blocked by the arc-shaped flange flows to two sides and is uniformly distributed in the gap through the diversion trench. The tooth-shaped cutter head is used for carrying out secondary cutting and crushing on the asphalt at the binder spraying position, so that the binder and asphalt scraps can be fully mixed. The support frame has improved the rigidity of metal shrapnel installation end to make metal shrapnel's different positions have different elastic deformation ability, the one end that elastic deformation ability is strong at first contacts with the pitch surface, can avoid profile of tooth tool bit jamming to appear, the powerful cutting effect of profile of tooth tool bit to the pitch surface can be guaranteed to the one end of installing the support frame simultaneously. The blind holes on the cutting blade are used for temporarily storing asphalt scraps generated in the cutting process, and the shield is used for reducing the splashing of the asphalt scraps so as to ensure that the asphalt scraps are fully combined with the adhesive. In the process of compacting the asphalt, the traditional rolling mode is not adopted, but the impact pressing on the asphalt surface is realized through the periodic motion of the pressing head on the basis of rolling. Moreover, the impact pressing is realized through the rotating compression roller, and compared with the independent impact pressing, the pressing uniformity of the asphalt surface can be improved by utilizing the pressing roller. The buckle is used for realizing the regulation to pitch spraying angle.

The method for repairing the asphalt pavement repairing equipment comprises the following steps:
A. injecting a binder into the binder storage box 2, and injecting an asphalt raw material into the asphalt storage box 3;
the binder comprises 12wt% of diisooctyl phthalate, 0.5wt% of trioxymethylene, 25wt% of ethoxylated octadecylamine, 4wt% of cetylpyridinium bromide and the balance of coal tar pitch;
the asphalt raw material comprises 15wt% of styrene butadiene rubber, 2wt% of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 5wt% of polyurethane, 6wt% of mineral powder and the balance coal tar asphalt;
B. the cutting blade 4 cuts the part to be repaired, and simultaneously, the adhesive is injected into a cutting gap;
C. spraying the asphalt raw material on the part to be repaired through a second discharge pipe 13;
D. the hot air blower 6 heats and solidifies the part to be repaired;
E. the press roll 7 compacts the asphalt material.
Before the asphalt pavement is repaired, firstly, a repairing part is cut, and simultaneously, a binder is injected into a cutting gap by utilizing a discharge hole 10 on a cutting blade 4; and then spraying the asphalt raw material on the repaired part, and realizing good combination of the asphalt raw material and the repaired part through heating, curing and compacting while the asphalt raw material permeates into the cutting gap. Through the full combination of the binder, the cut asphalt fragments and the asphalt raw materials in the cutting gap, the combination degree of the repaired part and the new asphalt raw materials is effectively improved, and the stress and the deformation uniformity of the repaired part are improved.
The communication end of the discharge hole 10 and the surface of the cutting blade 4 is provided with an arc flange 14 close to the circle center of the cutting blade 4, and a diversion trench 15 is arranged between the adjacent arc flanges 14. The arc-shaped flanges 14 are used for preventing the adhesive from directly seeping out of the gap, and the adhesive blocked by the arc-shaped flanges 14 flows to both sides and is uniformly distributed in the gap through the diversion grooves 15. One side of the arc-shaped flange 14 close to the discharge hole 10 is connected with a tooth-shaped cutter head 17 through a metal elastic sheet 16, and one end of the metal elastic sheet 16, which is back to the rotating direction of the cutting blade 4, is fixed with a support frame 18. The outer edge of the cutting blade 4 is provided with a plurality of blind holes 19, and a shield 20 is arranged above the cutting blade 4. The blind holes 19 in the cutting blade 4 serve to temporarily store asphalt debris generated during the cutting process, and the shield 20 serves to reduce the splashing of the asphalt debris and to sufficiently bind the asphalt debris with the adhesive. One side of the compression roller 7 is connected with a rotating shaft 21, the rotating shaft 21 is connected with the vehicle body 1 through a hydraulic rod 22, the other side of the compression roller 7 is provided with a groove 23, a second motor 24 is arranged in the groove 23, the second motor 24 is connected with a pressure head 26 through an eccentric wheel 25, the pressure head 26 is periodically contacted with the inner wall of the groove 23, and the second motor 24 is fixedly connected with the vehicle body 1. A scraper 27 is arranged outside the press roll 7. In the process of compacting the asphalt, a traditional rolling mode is not adopted, and the impact pressing on the asphalt surface is realized through the periodic movement of the pressing head 26 on the basis of rolling. Moreover, the impact pressing is realized by the rotating compression roller 7, and compared with the single impact pressing, the pressing roller 7 can be utilized to improve the uniformity of the punching on the asphalt surface. The vehicle body 1 is connected with a buckle 29 through a universal joint 28, and the tail end of the second discharge pipe 13 is clamped on the buckle 29. The snap 29 is used to effect adjustment of the angle of the asphalt spray.
In addition, a notch 30 is arranged at the top edge of the blind hole 19, and the notch 30 is communicated with any one of the diversion trenches 15. Asphalt fragments temporarily stored in the blind holes 19 flow out through the gaps 30 and preferentially contact with the adhesive in the diversion trench 15, so that the asphalt fragments in the cutting gaps can be fully mixed with the adhesive.
