Abstract
The invention discloses a straddle type monorail stool type pillow and a straddle type monorail traffic system, which comprise: a pillow body; the connecting hole is formed in the upper end face of the sleeper block main body and used for connecting the track beam; a bottom support part connected with the bottom of the pillow block main body; and a lateral stopper connected to an end of the pillow body. The track beam and the tunnel can be conveniently connected through the prefabricated straddle type monorail stool-shaped sleeper, so that construction and later maintenance are facilitated, and the construction cost is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of rail transit, in particular to a straddle type monorail stool type pillow and a straddle type monorail transit system.
Background
The straddle type monorail system is a novel rail traffic mode for vehicles to straddle on a rail beam, has the advantages of low investment cost, short construction period, strong adaptability, small environmental impact and the like, and is particularly suitable for vast medium cities in China.
However, although the existing straddle-type monorail is mainly based on the viaduct structure, patent application No. 201710059416.4, the "straddle-type monorail transportation structure system based on assembly technology" discloses a straddle-type monorail transportation structure comprising assembled steel beam sections and assembled steel piers or assembled concrete piers.
However, due to the restriction of ground space, the straddle-type monorail system needs to enter an underground tunnel, and at the moment, the fabricated steel pier or fabricated concrete pier structure with higher height in the viaduct structure cannot be applied to the underground tunnel with relatively limited space. The design of structures such as sleepers, track beams and the like and the connection relation between the structures and the tunnel need to be comprehensively considered when the straddle type monorail is arranged in the underground tunnel, and the existing scheme is high in engineering cost, complex in construction process and maintenance process and not beneficial to popularization of a straddle type monorail system.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a straddle type monorail stool type pillow and a straddle type monorail transit system, which can conveniently connect a track beam and a tunnel through a prefabricated straddle type monorail stool type pillow, and are convenient for construction and later maintenance, so that the construction cost is reduced.

Preferably, the straddle type monorail stool-shaped sleepers are arranged along the extending direction of the track beam, and the distance is 1.2-1.5 m.

3. A straddle-type monorail stool-type pillow as defined in claim 1, wherein said pillow body, said bottom support portion and said transverse stopper are integrally preformed.
4. A straddle-type monorail stool-type pillow as defined in claim 1, further comprising: a pad plate connected to the bottom of the bottom support.
5. A straddle-type monorail stool-type sleeper as defined in claim 4, wherein said bolster is a concrete precast member.
6. The straddle-type monorail stool-type pillow as defined in claim 1, wherein the straddle-type monorail stool-type pillow has an overall length of 2000mm and an overall width of 200-300mm or 400-600 mm.
7. A straddle-type monorail transit system comprising: a tunnel; the straddle-type monorail stool-type pillow of any one of claims 1 to 6, which is disposed in the tunnel and is connected to the tunnel through the bottom support and/or the bottom surface of the pillow body; and the track beam is connected with the upper end surface of the straddle type monorail stool type pillow.
8. A straddle-type monorail transit system according to claim 7, wherein the straddle-type monorail stool-shaped sleepers are arranged along the extension direction of the track beam at a distance of 1.2-1.5 m.
9. A straddle type monorail transit system according to claim 7, wherein a straddle type monorail stool-shaped pillow is arranged in each ring of tunnel pipe sheets.
10. The straddle-type monorail transit system of claim 7, wherein a straddle-type monorail stool-shaped pillow with an overall width of 400-600mm is positioned below the rail beam joint.
