Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the fabric treatment technology, and particularly relates to a polyester desizing liquid and a desizing and dyeing process flow thereof.
Background
In order to improve the air permeability and the moisture absorption of the polyester fabric, alkali deweighting treatment is usually required to be carried out on the polyester fabric, the alkali deweighting refers to the process of treating the polyester fabric in high-temperature and concentrated caustic soda solution, after the surface of the polyester fabric is etched by alkali, the quality of the polyester fabric is reduced, the diameter of the fiber is reduced, pits are formed on the surface of the polyester fabric, the shearing rigidity of the fiber is reduced, the aurora of polyester yarns is eliminated, gaps of fabric interweaving points are increased, the fabric is soft in hand feeling and soft in luster, the moisture absorption and sweat releasing performance is improved, the fabric has the common style of silk, and the alkali deweighting. The dyeing process is carried out after the polyester alkali deweighting process, the pH value of the polyester fabric in the polyester alkali deweighting process is usually above 15, and the polyester fabric cannot be directly dyed, the desizing and alkali deweighting are carried out by the conventional treatment method through a three-time hot washing method, large-particle fiber substances generated in the previous process flow can exist in a dyeing vat, the direct dyeing can be attached to the surface of the polyester fabric to influence the dyeing effect, so that the direct dyeing cannot be realized after single hot washing, and in order to ensure the concentration of a dyeing agent, an organic solvent is usually adopted for dilution configuration when the dyeing agent is configured.
The existing desizing and dyeing process comprises the steps of feeding white cloth into a cylinder, heating up to 130 ℃ (25 min), keeping the temperature for 30min, cooling down to 80 ℃ (15 min), draining, feeding water, heating up and washing to 80 ℃ (15 min), draining, feeding water, heating up and washing to 60 ℃ (10 min), draining, feeding water, heating up and washing to 40 ℃ (8 min), draining and feeding water for dyeing, the process flow can be completed within about two hours, the process flow consumes too long time, and the working efficiency of desizing and dyeing is seriously influenced, but in the prior art, the dyeing effect cannot be influenced by cleaning fiber substances on the surface of the terylene by single washing.
