In some embodiments, the outer mounting openings 101 of the first outer frame 11 and the second outer frame 12 may further include at least one outer longitudinal beam 132 or at least one outer transverse beam, which may not only divide the outer mounting opening 101 into a plurality of mounting openings to facilitate the mounting of the outer filter, but also improve the structural strength of the first outer frame 11 and the second outer frame 12.
Similarly, the inner mounting openings of the first inner frame 21 and the second inner frame 22 may also include at least one inner longitudinal beam 232 or at least one inner transverse beam, which may not only divide the inner mounting openings into a plurality of moustache openings to facilitate the mounting of the inner filter screen, but also improve the structural strength of the first inner frame 21 and the second inner frame 22.
In some embodiments, one of the outer frame of the first outer filtering portion and the inner frame of the first inner filtering portion is provided with a guide groove 15 and the other is provided with a guide post 25 which is slidably engaged with the guide groove 15.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the first outer frame 11 has two oppositely disposed outer side plates 111, each outer side plate 111 is provided with a guide slot 15 extending in the left-right direction, that is, the first outer frame 11 is provided with two oppositely disposed guide slots 15, the first inner frame 21 has two oppositely disposed inner side plates 211, each inner side plate 211 is provided with a guide post 25 slidably fitted with the corresponding guide slot 15, that is, the first inner frame 21 is provided with two oppositely disposed guide posts 25, so as to ensure the stability and reliability of the sliding of the first inner filter portion relative to the first outer filter portion, further ensure the continuity and stability of the switching of the inner filter member 20 between the closed state and the expanded state, improve the quality of the filter 100, and ensure the reliability of the use of the filter 100.
In some examples, the guide groove 15 is provided at a position of the outer frame of the first outer filtering portion away from the outer connecting portion 14, the guide post 25 is provided at a position of the inner frame of the first inner filtering portion away from the inner connecting portion 24, that is, the guide groove 15 is provided at a position of the first outer frame 11 away from the outer connecting portion 14, and the guide post 25 is provided at a position of the first inner frame 21 away from the inner connecting portion 24, thereby preventing the first inner frame 21 from popping up suddenly and ensuring the reliability of the fit of the first outer frame 11 and the first inner frame 21.
In some embodiments, one of the outer frame of the second outer filter portion and the inner frame of the second inner filter portion is provided with the retaining projection 16 and the other is provided with the retaining groove 26 to be fitted with the retaining projection 16.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the retaining projection 16 is formed on the second outer frame 12, and the retaining groove 26 is formed on the second inner frame 22 to ensure the second outer frame 12 and the second inner frame 22 to be detachably engaged with each other.
When the outer filter member 10 and the inner filter member 20 are switched between the closed state and the expanded state, respectively, the second outer frame 12 and the second inner frame 22 are engaged with each other through the anti-disengaging protrusion 16 and the anti-disengaging groove 26, and the first outer frame 11 and the first inner frame 21 are engaged with each other through the guide post 25 and the guide groove 15, so that the connection reliability of the two is ensured.
When the external filtering member 10 and the internal filtering member 20 are required to be cleaned, the second inner frame 22 can be lifted, the anti-falling groove 26 of the second inner frame 22 is disengaged from the anti-falling protrusion 16 of the second outer frame 12, so that the second internal filtering portion is separated from the second external filtering portion, the operation is simple, and the cleaning is convenient.
In some examples, the retaining protrusion 16 is disposed on the outer frame of the second outer filter portion at a position far from the outer connection portion 14, the retaining groove 26 is disposed on the inner frame of the second inner filter portion at a position far from the inner connection portion 24, that is, the retaining protrusion 16 is disposed on the outer frame 12 at a position far from the outer connection portion 14, and the retaining groove 26 is disposed on the inner frame 22 at a position far from the inner connection portion 24, so as to ensure the reliability of the fit between the second outer frame 12 and the second inner frame 22.
According to a further embodiment of the present invention, the outer frame of the first outer filter portion, the outer frame of the second outer filter portion, and the outer connection portion 14 are integrally formed, and the inner frame of the first inner filter portion, the frame of the second inner filter portion, and the inner connection portion 24 are integrally formed, i.e., the first outer frame 11, the second outer frame 12, and the outer connection portion 14 are integrally formed using an elastic material, and the first inner frame 21, the second inner frame 22, and the inner connection portion 24 are integrally formed using an elastic material.
Thereby, when the outer filter member 10 and the inner filter member 20 are in the closed state, the first outer frame 11, the second outer frame 12, and the outer connecting portion 14 are elastically deformed, and the first inner frame 21, the second inner frame 22, and the inner connecting portion 24 are elastically deformed; when it is necessary to open the outer filter member 10 and the inner filter member 20, the first outer frame 11, the second outer frame 12, and the outer connecting portion 14 can be restored, and the first inner frame 21, the second inner frame 22, and the inner connecting portion 24 can be restored. In addition, the integrated into one piece's structure can improve the structural strength and the stability of external filter piece 10 and internal filter piece 20, saves the connecting piece, improves production efficiency.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, a handle 221 is provided on a side of the second inner filter portion remote from the inner connection portion 24, so that it is suitable for a human hand to disengage the second inner filter portion from the second outer filter portion.
Specifically, when needing to clean external filter element 10 and internal filter element 20, can lift up the second internal filter portion through handle 221, make the anticreep recess 26 of second internal filter portion break away from the cooperation with the anticreep arch 16 of second external filter portion, make separation of second internal filter portion and second external filter portion, easy operation, it is clean convenient.
In some examples, the side of the second inner frame 22 of the second inner filter portion facing away from the second outer filter portion is provided with a handle 221 to accommodate a human hand to disengage the anti-slip groove 26 from the anti-slip protrusion 16. Further, a handle 221 is provided on a side of the second inner frame 22 of the second inner filter portion away from the inner connection portion 24.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the first outer filter portion is provided with a first latching portion 171 at a position far from the outer connecting portion 14, and the second outer filter portion is provided with a second latching portion 172 at a position far from the outer connecting portion 14, so that the side of the first outer filter portion far from the outer connecting portion 14 and the side of the second outer filter portion far from the outer connecting portion 14 are latched by the first latching portion 171 and the second latching portion 172, and the outer filter member 10 and the inner filter member 20 are locked in the closed state.
And, when the outer filter member 10 is in the closed state, the position of the outer filter member 10 where the first and second catching portions 171 and 172 are provided forms the top of the filter 100, the first and second inner filter portions define the passage 202 therebetween, and the top of the filter 100 is provided with a plurality of ventilation holes 102 arranged at intervals. When the filter 100 is in use, air enters through the plurality of air vents 102, and air entering the channel 202 is sequentially filtered by the inner filter screen and the outer filter screen and finally discharged to the outside, so that the filtering effect is good.
In some examples, the first catching portion 171 is provided at a position of the outer frame of the first outer filter portion (i.e., the first outer frame 11) away from the outer connection portion 14, and the second catching portion 172 is provided at a position of the outer frame of the second outer filter portion (i.e., the second outer frame 12) away from the outer connection portion 14.
In some examples, the first positioning portion 171 and the second positioning portion 172 may form a mutually-matched protrusion, which is simple in structure and reliable in matching, and when the filter 100 needs to be opened, the first positioning portion 171 and the second positioning portion 172 can be separated only by slightly pulling the filter by a human hand.
One specific embodiment of a filter 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described in detail below.
As shown in fig. 1, the filter 100 includes an outer filter member 10 and an inner filter member 20, the outer filter member 10 including a first outer filter portion and a second outer filter portion, the first outer filter portion being connected by an outer connecting portion 14 made of a flexible elastic material and the second outer filter portion, and the inner filter member 20 including a first inner filter portion and a second inner filter portion, the first inner filter portion being connected by an inner connecting portion 24 made of a flexible elastic material and the second inner filter portion.
When the filter 100 needs to be opened to clean the burrs, the outer filter element 10 and the inner filter element 20 can be opened simultaneously, specifically, the first inner filter portion of the inner filter element 20 slides in the guide groove 15 of the first outer filter portion through the guide post 25, so that the phenomenon that the burrs fly due to the fact that the inner filter element 20 suddenly bounces under the effect of the inner connecting portion 24 when the filter 100 is opened to clean the burrs is avoided.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, after the filter 100 is completely opened to clean the inner filter screen, the anti-falling protrusion 16 of the second outer filter portion is separated from the anti-falling groove 26 of the second inner filter portion, and then the inner filter member 20 is turned inside the guide groove 15 by the guide post 25, and the inner filter member 20 is turned to one side, so that the outer filter member 10 can be cleaned.
As shown in fig. 5-7, the second inner filtering portion of the inner filtering member 20 is provided with an anti-falling protrusion 16, the second outer filtering portion of the outer filtering member 10 is provided with an anti-falling groove 26 engaged with the anti-falling protrusion 16, and when the filter 100 is closed, the anti-falling protrusion 16 is engaged with the anti-falling groove 26, so that the inner filtering member 20 and the outer filtering member 10 are tightly attached to increase the sealing performance between the inner zero-crossing outer filtering member 10; the engagement of the retaining projection 16 and the retaining groove 26 prevents the second inner filter portion of the inner filter member 20 from being separated from the second outer filter portion when the filter 100 is opened.
The laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the filter 100 according to the above-described embodiment. The clothes treatment device can be a clothes dryer and can also be a washing and drying integrated machine.
Since the filter 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention has the above technical effects, the laundry treatment apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention also has the above technical effects, that is, by using the above filter 100, the filter 100 can be conveniently cleaned, and the user experience can be improved.

Claims (13)

1. A filter (100), comprising:
an openable outer filter element (10), the outer filter element (10) comprising a first outer filter portion and a second outer filter portion connected;
an inner openable filter element (20), the inner filter element (20) being adapted to fit within the outer filter element (10) and comprising a first inner filter portion and a second inner filter portion connected;
the holding assembly is suitable for enabling the first outer filtering portion and the first inner filtering portion and the second outer filtering portion and the second inner filtering portion not to rotate and displace in the unfolding process of the outer filtering portion (10) and the inner filtering portion (20), the holding assembly comprises a sliding fit structure and a clamping structure, the first inner filtering portion and the first outer filtering portion are in sliding fit through the sliding fit structure, and the second inner filtering portion and the second outer filtering portion are in clamping connection through the clamping structure.
2. A filter (100) according to claim 1, wherein the retaining assembly is provided between the outer filter element (10) and the inner filter element (20),
the first outer filter portion is connected to the first inner filter portion by the holding member, and the second outer filter portion is connected to the second inner filter portion by the holding member.
3. Filter (100) according to claim 1, wherein the sliding engagement structure comprises a guide groove (15) and a guide post (25) sliding engaged with the guide groove (15),
the guide groove (15) is arranged on the first outer filtering part and extends along the sliding direction of the first inner filtering part, and the guide post (25) is arranged on the first inner filtering part.
4. A filter (100), according to claim 3, characterised in that said first outer filter house has two oppositely arranged outer side plates (111) and said first inner filter house has two oppositely arranged inner side plates (211),
the guide grooves (15) and the guide columns (25) respectively comprise at least two, the two guide grooves (15) are correspondingly arranged on the two outer side plates (111) one by one, and the two guide columns (25) are correspondingly arranged on the two inner side plates (211) one by one.
5. A filter (100), according to claim 3, characterised in that said first outer filtering portion and said second outer filtering portion are connected by an outer connection portion (14) and said first inner filtering portion and said second inner filtering portion are connected by an inner connection portion (24),
the guide groove (15) is arranged on one side of the first outer filtering part far away from the outer connecting part (14), and the guide post (25) is arranged on one side of the first inner filtering part far away from the inner connecting part.

A filter (100), according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that said retaining assembly comprises an inner connecting portion (24) made of elastic material, said inner connecting portion (24) being provided on said inner filtering element (20) and said first and second inner filtering portions being connected therebetween by said inner connecting portion (24),
wherein, in the process of unfolding the outer filter element (10) and the inner filter element (20), the inner filter element (20) is jointed with the outer filter element (10) under the elastic action of the inner connecting part (24).
7. The filter (100) of claim 1, wherein each of the first and second outer filter portions comprises an outer frame and an outer filter mesh laid over the outer frame, and the outer frame of the first outer filter portion is connected to the outer frame of the second outer filter portion by an outer connecting portion (14);
each of the first and second inner filtering portions includes an inner frame and an inner filtering mesh laid on the inner frame, and the inner frame of the first inner filtering portion is connected with the inner frame of the second inner filtering portion by an inner connecting portion (24).

The filter (100) according to claim 7, characterised in that one of the outer frame of the first outer filtering portion and the inner frame of the first inner filtering portion is provided with a guide slot (15) and the other with a guide post (25) which is in slide engagement with the guide slot (15).
9. The filter (100) according to claim 8, wherein the guide groove (15) is provided at a position of an outer frame of the first outer filtering portion distant from the outer connecting portion (14), and the guide post (25) is provided at a position of an inner frame of the first inner filtering portion distant from the inner connecting portion (24).
10. The filter (100) of any of claims 7-9, wherein the outer frame of the first outer filter portion, the outer frame of the second outer filter portion and the outer connection portion (14) are integrally formed, and the inner frame of the first inner filter portion, the frame of the second inner filter portion and the inner connection portion (24) are integrally formed.
11. The filter (100) according to any of claims 7-9, wherein the outer frame of the first outer filter portion is provided with a first detent portion (171) at a position away from the outer connecting portion (14), and the outer frame of the second outer filter portion is provided with a second detent portion (172) cooperating with the first detent portion (171) at a position away from the outer connecting portion (14).
12. A filter (100) according to any one of claims 7-9, wherein the outer connecting portion (14) is an elastic material piece to make the outer filter element (10) openable and closable; and/or the inner connecting part (24) is an elastic material piece so that the inner filter piece (20) can be opened and closed.
13. A laundry treatment apparatus, characterized in that it comprises a filter (100) according to any one of claims 1-12.
