The wood heat insulation layer 12 prevents the temperature in the cabinet body 1 from conducting outwards, reduces energy loss and improves the utilization rate of heat energy. On the other hand, the wood board has better processing performance, and the outer edge surface of the heat insulation layer 12 can be painted or pasted with paper, so that the appearance of the drying wardrobe is consistent with the decoration style of a room.
Example 2
Fig. 15 and 16 schematically show a drying wardrobe according to another embodiment of the present invention. The difference from example 1 is that:
the air deflector is conical, the conical air deflector is fixed on the through hole 113 of the water leakage plate 110, and the conical air deflector is made of waterproof and corrosion-resistant PVC materials. The conical air deflector comprises a circular panel 210 positioned at the top and an air guiding curved surface 220 connected with the panel 210, wherein 3 supporting legs 221 are uniformly arranged on the air guiding curved surface 220, and the whole air guiding curved surface is of an inverted circular cone structure. The through hole 113 is provided with 3 small holes, and 3 support legs 221 can be embedded into the small holes, so that the conical air deflector is fixed. 3 stabilizer blades 221 evenly distributed can guarantee that the toper aviation baffle atress is even, strengthens the steadiness, prevents that the toper aviation baffle from removing or toppling over.
The hot air formed in the heating area 10 enters the drying area 20 through the through hole 113, and changes the flow direction under the action of the air guiding curved surface 220 when passing through the tapered air guiding plate. The hot air is blocked by the air guide curved surface 220, and then is uniformly dispersed to the periphery from the gap between the conical air guide plate and the through hole 113, and is rapidly diffused to the whole space of the drying area 20, so that the temperature difference between different positions of the drying area 20 is not large. The conical air deflector can prevent the hot air from directly blowing the clothes, reduce the temperature difference between the hot air and the air in the drying area 20 and prevent the clothes from being damaged due to local heating. The air guide curved surface 220 is a smooth and uniform vertebral body side surface, has small resistance to rising hot air, can reduce the influence on wind power, and improves the clothes drying efficiency.
The support leg 221 includes a first support column 223 and a second support column 222, one end of the first support column 223 is connected with the air guiding curved surface 220, and the other end of the first support column 223 is connected with the second support column 222; the first support column 223 has a larger diameter than the second support column 222, and the second support column 222 can be extended or retracted into the interior of the first support column 223. Also, the length of the second support pole 222 extending beyond the first support pole 223 can be controlled, similar to the support pole structure of a folding umbrella. Therefore, the height of the supporting leg 221 can be adjusted by pulling out or pushing in the second supporting column 222 from the first supporting column 223, and further, the distance between the panel 210 of the tapered air deflector and the water leakage plate 110 can be adjusted, so that the flow rate of the hot air in the heating zone 10 entering the drying zone 20 can be controlled as required. When the humidity of the clothes to be dried is high or the amount of the clothes to be dried is large, the hot air with a large flow rate can be used for drying, and at this time, the height of the supporting legs 221 can be increased. When the humidity of the clothes to be dried is small or the amount of the clothes to be dried is small, the hot air with a small flow rate can be used for drying, and at this time, the height of the supporting legs 221 can be adjusted to be small.
The top panel 210 is a downwardly concave arc with some receiving capacity. If the humidity of the laundry to be dried is high, the dropped water drops may be temporarily stored on the panel 210 and evaporated by the hot air, and discharged out of the wardrobe together with the air of the drying zone 20.
What has been described above are merely some embodiments of the present invention. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept thereof, and these changes and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
