Claims (10)

1. The water-based adhesive for bonding building materials is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of barrier resin, 10-16 parts of a pre-polymerization agent, 1-5 parts of a nano inorganic substance, 4-8 parts of a leveling tackifier, 6-10 parts of alkyl phosphate modified polyvinyl alcohol, 8-12 parts of an inorganic filler, 12-16 parts of a thermosetting emulsion, 11-15 parts of a thermoplastic emulsion, 1-5 parts of a wetting agent, 2-6 parts of a dispersing agent, 1-5 parts of a mildew preventive, 10-20 parts of water, 4-8 parts of a soybean protein dispersion liquid and 5-11 parts of a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion.

A water-based adhesive for bonding building materials according to claim 1, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 22-28 parts of barrier resin, 12-14 parts of a pre-polymerization agent, 2-4 parts of a nano inorganic substance, 5-7 parts of a leveling tackifier, 7-9 parts of alkyl phosphate modified polyvinyl alcohol, 9-11 parts of an inorganic filler, 13-15 parts of a thermosetting emulsion, 12-14 parts of a thermoplastic emulsion, 2-4 parts of a wetting agent, 3-5 parts of a dispersing agent, 2-4 parts of a mildew preventive, 12-18 parts of water, 5-7 parts of a soybean protein dispersion liquid and 6-10 parts of a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion.

The aqueous adhesive for building material bonding according to claim 2, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15 parts of barrier resin, 13 parts of prepolymer, 3 parts of nano inorganic matter, 6 parts of leveling tackifier, 8 parts of alkyl phosphoric acid modified polyvinyl alcohol, 10 parts of inorganic filler, 14 parts of thermosetting emulsion, 13 parts of thermoplastic emulsion, 3 parts of wetting agent, 4 parts of dispersing agent, 3 parts of mildew preventive, 15 parts of water, 6 parts of soybean protein dispersion liquid and 8 parts of vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion.
4. A water-based adhesive for building adhesion as defined in claim 1, wherein the barrier resin is selected from the group consisting of: polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, and mixtures thereof.

An aqueous adhesive for building adhesion as defined in claim 1, wherein the prepolymer is selected from the group consisting of: epoxy resins, polyurethanes, saturated polyesters, ethylene aminated acrylic polymers, polyester resins, polyethyleneimines, urea, melamine resins, polyamide epichlorohydrin resins, ammonia-epichlorohydrin resins, water-soluble alkyd resins, kemp's resins, and any combination thereof.
6. The water-based adhesive for bonding building materials according to claim 1, wherein the nano-silica, nano-alumina, nano-titania, nano-zinc oxide, nano-silver oxide, graphene, nano-montmorillonite, nano-talc, nano-calcium carbonate, nano-clay, and any combination thereof.
7. An aqueous adhesive for building adhesion according to claim 1, wherein the flat adhesion promoter is selected from the group consisting of: ethanol, methanol, isopropanol, butanol, an ethylene glycol ether, a propylene glycol ether, vinyl pyrrolidone, a polyol, cellulose, chitosan, chitin, acrylamide, caprolactam, and any combination thereof.
8. An aqueous adhesive for building material bonding according to claim 1, wherein the thermosetting emulsion is a mixture of a thermosetting acrylic emulsion and a thermosetting polyurethane emulsion.
9. An aqueous adhesive for building adhesion as defined in claim 1, wherein the thermoplastic emulsion is a mixture of a thermoplastic polyurethane emulsion, a rosin emulsion and polyvinylpyrrolidone.
10. A process for preparing an aqueous adhesive for building material bonding according to any one of claims 1 to 9, which comprises the steps of:
1) weighing the raw materials according to the proportion;
2) mixing barrier resin, a pre-polymerization agent, a nano inorganic substance and alkyl phosphoric acid modified polyvinyl alcohol to obtain a mixture A;
3) mixing inorganic filler, thermosetting emulsion, thermoplastic emulsion and vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion to obtain a mixture B;
4) and mixing the mixture A and the mixture B, and then adding a leveling tackifier, a wetting agent, a dispersing agent, a mildew preventive, water and a soybean protein dispersion liquid to finally obtain the required water-based adhesive.
