The industrial wastewater treatment plant according to claim 1, characterized in that: the filter plate is characterized in that the first filter plate (2) and the second filter plate (3) are identical, two sides of the first filter plate (2) are of an elastic structure with a concave arc surface, two symmetrical adjusting structures (18) are arranged in the first filter plate (2), each adjusting structure (18) comprises an adjusting plate (1801), an adjusting cavity (1802) is formed in each adjusting plate (1801), a bearing plate (1803) is fixedly connected in each adjusting cavity (1802), two symmetrical first springs (1804) are fixedly connected to two side walls of the bearing plate (1803), the other end of each first spring (1804) is fixedly connected with an inserting plate (1805), the inserting plate (1805) is far away from a connecting plate (1806) fixedly connected to the side wall of the first spring (1804), two symmetrical first clamping grooves (1807), second clamping grooves (1808) and a third clamping groove (1809) are formed in two side walls of the adjusting cavity (1802), the two side walls of the inserting plate (1805) are fixedly connected with symmetrical clamping rods (1810), the inserting plate (1805) is further fixedly connected with a push rod (1811), the other end of the push rod (1811) extends out of the first filter plate (2), and the two side walls, far away from the inserting plate (1805), of the connecting plates (1806) are connected with the two inner walls of the first filter plate (2).

7. A method for treating industrial wastewater is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) discharging industrial wastewater into a regulating reservoir for preliminary sedimentation and separation, and regulating the water quality and the water quantity of the wastewater;
(2) the wastewater is discharged into a neutralization tank from an adjusting tank, and an alkaline or acidic medicament is added before the wastewater enters the neutralization tank to enable the acidic wastewater or the alkaline wastewater and the medicament to be uniformly mixed in the tank and then to be subjected to neutralization reaction treatment;
(3) the wastewater enters an aeration oxidation tank, a manual aeration device is used for filling oxygen into the wastewater, and a stirring device is used for stirring the wastewater to obtain enough dissolved oxygen, so that the purpose of contact of organic matters in the tank with microorganisms and the dissolved oxygen is enhanced, and the microorganisms in the tank have oxidative decomposition effect on the organic matters in the wastewater under the condition of sufficient dissolved oxygen;
(4) then introducing the wastewater into a coagulation sedimentation tank, adding a certain medicament into the water to ensure that particles which are difficult to precipitate in the water can be mutually polymerized to form colloid, and then combining with impurities in a water body to form a larger flocculating constituent, thereby precipitating and removing the particles which are difficult to precipitate in the wastewater;
(5) introducing the wastewater into a filtering tank, and filtering fine suspended matters and colloidal substances in the wastewater to discharge.
