Background
In the process of treating the muck in a factory, because the muck slurry needs to be washed, the slurry in the washing process can generate a large amount of waste water in the process of subsequently grading the muck slurry into novel building materials, wall materials and ceramic tiles, if the waste water is directly discharged, the waste of water resources is large, and because the requirement on the purity of the water in the washing process is low, the waste of the water is reduced by recycling the waste water.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects of the prior art, and provides the waste water recycling system in the muck treatment process, which is used for retreating waste water and then throwing the waste water into a new production line, so that the waste of water resources is reduced, and the production cost is reduced.

a wastewater recycling system in a muck treatment process comprises a water collecting mechanism and a filtering device, wherein the water collecting mechanism is connected with the filtering device;
the filtering device comprises a particulate matter filtering mechanism, a microorganism filtering mechanism, a stirring filtering mechanism and a recovery mechanism;
the lower part of the water collecting mechanism is connected with the particulate matter filtering mechanism, stones are stacked in the particulate matter filtering mechanism, the average particle size of the stones is gradually reduced from top to bottom along the vertical direction, and particles which are insoluble in water are removed from the wastewater through the particulate matter filtering mechanism;
the microorganism filtering mechanism is arranged below the particulate matter filtering mechanism, the microorganism filtering mechanism is connected with an ozone generator, ozone in the ozone generator enters the microorganism filtering mechanism through a pipeline, and wastewater enters the microorganism filtering mechanism from the particulate matter filtering mechanism under the action of self gravity and contacts with the ozone; the bottom of the microbial filtering mechanism is connected with a communicating pipe, the microbial filtering mechanism is communicated with the stirring filtering mechanism through the communicating pipe, a valve is arranged in the communicating pipe, and the valve is used for limiting wastewater which does not finish sterilization treatment in the microbial filtering mechanism to flow into the stirring filtering mechanism through the communicating pipe;
a rotating shaft is arranged in the stirring and filtering mechanism along the vertical direction, a plurality of stirring paddles are arranged on the surface of the rotating shaft along the circumferential direction of the rotating shaft, and the number of the stirring paddles is multiple; the stirring and filtering mechanism is provided with a medicine feeding port for feeding coagulant aids which enable water-soluble impurities to form floccules in the wastewater; one side wall of the stirring and filtering mechanism is set as a filtering wall, and the stirring and filtering mechanism is communicated with the recovery mechanism through the filtering wall; the recovery mechanism is connected with an air pump, the air pump enables the interior of the recovery mechanism to be in a negative pressure state, so that the water of the stirring and filtering mechanism flows to the recovery mechanism through the filtering wall, and the floccules in the filtering and stirring mechanism are retained in the filtering and stirring mechanism under the obstruction of the filtering wall.

As shown in fig. 1, a waste water recycling system in a muck treatment process comprises a water collecting mechanism 1 and a filtering device, wherein the water collecting mechanism 1 is connected with the filtering device;
the filtering device comprises a particulate matter filtering mechanism 2, a microorganism filtering mechanism 3, a stirring filtering mechanism 5 and a recovery mechanism 6;
the lower part of the water collecting mechanism 1 is connected with the particulate matter filtering mechanism 2, stones are stacked in the particulate matter filtering mechanism 2, the average particle size of the stones is gradually reduced from top to bottom along the vertical direction, and wastewater passes through the particulate matter filtering mechanism 2 to remove particles insoluble in water;
the microorganism filtering mechanism 3 is arranged below the particulate matter filtering mechanism 2, the microorganism filtering mechanism 3 is connected with an ozone generator (not shown), ozone in the ozone generator enters the microorganism filtering mechanism 3 through a pipeline, wastewater enters the microorganism filtering mechanism 3 from the particulate matter filtering mechanism 2 under the action of self gravity and contacts with the ozone, microorganisms in the wastewater are inactivated and killed in the contact with the ozone due to strong oxidizing property of the ozone, the wastewater is sterilized in the microorganism filtering mechanism 3, and the blockage in the pipeline caused by mass propagation of the microorganisms in the subsequent process of circulation in the pipeline is reduced;
the bottom of the microorganism filtering mechanism 3 is connected with a communicating pipe 4, the microorganism filtering mechanism 3 is communicated with the stirring filtering mechanism 5 through the communicating pipe 4, a valve is arranged in the communicating pipe 4, and the valve is used for limiting the wastewater which does not finish the sterilization treatment in the microorganism filtering mechanism 3 to flow into the stirring filtering mechanism 5 through the communicating pipe 4; a rotating shaft is arranged in the stirring and filtering mechanism 5 along the vertical direction, a plurality of stirring paddles are arranged on the surface of the rotating shaft along the circumferential direction of the rotating shaft, and the number of the stirring paddles is multiple; the stirring and filtering mechanism 5 is provided with a medicine feeding port for feeding coagulant aids which enable water-soluble impurities to form floccules in the wastewater; one side wall of the stirring and filtering mechanism 5 is provided with a filtering wall 7, and the stirring and filtering mechanism 5 is communicated with the recovery mechanism 6 through the filtering wall 7; the recovery mechanism 6 is connected with an air suction pump 8, the air suction pump 8 enables the interior of the recovery mechanism 6 to be in a negative pressure state, so that the water of the stirring and filtering mechanism 5 flows to the recovery mechanism 6 through the filtering wall 7, floccules in the filtering and stirring mechanism 5 are retained in the filtering and stirring mechanism 5 under the obstruction of the filtering wall 7, and therefore the filtering of the waste water is finally realized so as to be put into production again for recycling, and the waste of the water is reduced.
Further, the bottom of particulate matter filtering mechanism 2 is provided with the support frame of stone, the flat bed has the gauze in the support frame, the gauze restriction stone drops.
Further, a motor is arranged outside the stirring and filtering mechanism 5, and the output end of the motor is connected with the rotating shaft, so that the rotating shaft drives the stirring paddle to rotate to provide a power source.

According to the invention, the wastewater collecting and treating mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the residue soil treating plant, wastewater enters the wastewater collecting region under the action of self gravity in the residue soil treating process, and can be recycled to the washing process for continuous use after being recycled in the wastewater collecting region, so that the waste of water is reduced.
