The existing crude oil tank has certain disadvantages when in use, the existing oil tanker heats fuel oil by a steam heating system of a boiler, the system mainly utilizes the steam boiler to burn the fuel oil to heat the water to form water vapor, and the heat is brought to an oil storage tank through a pipeline to heat the fuel oil. However, the heating efficiency of the system is low, a large part of heat is consumed in a heat radiation mode when the pipeline is used for heating the fuel, and more fuel needs to be consumed to sufficiently heat the fuel, so that the cost required by the conventional heating system is high, the heating system is inconvenient, and certain influence is brought in the using process.
