In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 2, a sleeper includes a sleeper body and an externally-mounted ladder 100 of any of the above embodiments, and a frame main body 110 is mounted on the sleeper body.
The sleeping berth adopts the externally-hung ladder 100, takes the frame main body 110 as a supporting main body, is arranged on the sleeping berth body and provides enough supporting force for a user to climb; then, a mounting groove 111 is formed on the frame body 110, and a pedal assembly 120 is mounted in the mounting groove 111 to form a stepping level; finally, the first connecting part 121 is connected with the second connecting part 112, so that the footrest assembly 120 is stably connected to the frame body 110, thereby completing the assembly of the externally-hung ladder 100, thus reducing the assembly difficulty and greatly improving the assembly efficiency of the externally-hung ladder 100. Because the pedal assembly 120 and the frame body 110 are two independent structures, and the first connecting portion 121 and the second connecting portion 112 are detachably connected, when the pedal portion is broken or worn, the pedal portion on the pedal assembly 120 can be independently maintained only by disconnecting the first connecting portion 121 and the second connecting portion 112, so that the later maintenance work of the externally-hung ladder 100 is facilitated. Meanwhile, the pedal assembly 120 of the present embodiment is located in the mounting groove 111, so as to effectively prevent the treading part from protruding out of the external hanging ladder 100, so that the external hanging ladder 100 is consistent in structure in the overall appearance, and the appearance effect of the external hanging ladder 100 is greatly improved.
Further, referring to fig. 8, the frame main body 110 is provided with a vertical column 140, the vertical column 140 is provided with a first mounting hole 141, and the sleeper body is provided with a second mounting hole opposite to the first mounting hole 141, so that the vertical column 140 and the sleeper body are stably connected by inserting the fixing member into the first mounting hole 141 and the second mounting hole, respectively. The fixing piece can be a bolt, a screw, a pin, a rivet or other fixing parts.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 7, the sleeping berth body includes a first berth and a second berth spaced from each other at an upper portion and a lower portion, the frame body 110 is provided with a bayonet 117, the frame body 110 is connected to the first berth, and the bayonet 117 is clamped into a bed edge of the second berth, so that the externally-hung ladder 100 is tightly combined with the sleeping berth body, which is beneficial to reducing the occupied space of the externally-hung ladder 100.
Further, referring to fig. 7, a third mounting hole 1171 is formed on an inner wall of the bayonet 117, and a fourth mounting hole opposite to the third mounting hole 1171 is formed on the second bunk.
In one embodiment, please refer to fig. 1 and 2, a car body includes a car body and the above sleeping berths, and the sleeping berth body is installed in the car body.
The carriage adopts the externally-hung ladder 100, and the frame main body 110 is used as a support main body and is arranged on the sleeper body to provide enough support force for a user to climb; then, a mounting groove 111 is formed on the frame body 110, and a pedal assembly 120 is mounted in the mounting groove 111 to form a stepping level; finally, the first connecting part 121 is connected with the second connecting part 112, so that the footrest assembly 120 is stably connected to the frame body 110, thereby completing the assembly of the externally-hung ladder 100, thus reducing the assembly difficulty and greatly improving the assembly efficiency of the externally-hung ladder 100. Because the pedal assembly 120 and the frame body 110 are two independent structures, and the first connecting portion 121 and the second connecting portion 112 are detachably connected, when the pedal portion is broken or worn, the pedal portion on the pedal assembly 120 can be independently maintained only by disconnecting the first connecting portion 121 and the second connecting portion 112, so that the later maintenance work of the externally-hung ladder 100 is facilitated. Meanwhile, the pedal assembly 120 of the present embodiment is located in the mounting groove 111, so as to effectively prevent the treading part from protruding out of the external hanging ladder 100, so that the external hanging ladder 100 is consistent in structure in the overall appearance, and the appearance effect of the external hanging ladder 100 is greatly improved.

Claims (11)

1. An externally hung ladder, comprising:
the frame comprises a frame main body, wherein a mounting groove is formed in the frame main body; and
the pedal assembly is of a frame structure, a pedal part is arranged on the pedal assembly, the pedal assembly is integrally positioned in the mounting groove so as to prevent the pedal part from protruding out of the externally-hung ladder, the periphery of the frame structure is matched with a notch of the mounting groove, a first connecting part is arranged on the pedal assembly, and a second connecting part detachably connected with the first connecting part is arranged on the frame main body;
the frame main part includes first casing and the second casing of mutually supporting, the second casing cooperation is in on the first casing, the mounting groove runs through first casing with the second casing sets up, just first casing with all be equipped with on the second casing second connecting portion, be equipped with the draw-in groove on the second connecting portion, first casing with when the second casing cooperation, draw-in groove on one of them second connecting portion and the draw-in groove on another second connecting portion are to each other to make pedal subassembly joint in the frame main part.

The externally-hung ladder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the frame body is provided therein with a receiving cavity communicating with the mounting groove, the second connecting portion is provided on the wall of the receiving cavity, and the first connecting portion can extend into the receiving cavity from the mounting groove and is detachably connected to the second connecting portion.
3. The externally-hung ladder according to claim 2, wherein the first connecting portion comprises a clamping block and a protrusion arranged on the clamping block, the second connecting portion is provided with a clamping groove, the clamping block is clamped in the clamping groove, and the protrusion abuts against a side surface of the second connecting portion, which faces away from the pedal assembly.

The hanging ladder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first connecting portions are two or more, the two or more first connecting portions are spaced apart from each other at a side of the footrest assembly, and the second connecting portions are disposed along a circumferential direction of the mounting groove.
5. The hanging ladder as claimed in claim 2, wherein the wall of the accommodating cavity is provided with a mounting spigot, the mounting spigot is arranged along the circumferential direction of the mounting groove, and the pedal assembly is clamped into the mounting spigot.
6. The hanging ladder of claim 2, further comprising a stiffener connected between the wall of the containment chamber and the second connection.

An externally-hung ladder according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the pedal assembly comprises a pedal framework and a flexible sleeve wrapped outside the pedal framework, the first connecting portion is arranged on the pedal framework, and the pedal portion is arranged on the flexible sleeve.

The extension ladder of claim 7 wherein said foot pedal framework includes a first support frame, a second support frame, and a first load bearing member and a second load bearing member spaced apart from and connected between said first support frame and said second support frame, said first load bearing member, said second support frame, and said second load bearing member defining a frame structure.
9. An extension ladder according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the width W of said foot rest portions increases from the ends of the foot rest portions to the middle of the foot rest portions.
10. A sleeper comprising a sleeper body and an externally-hanging ladder as defined in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein said frame body is mounted on said sleeper body.
11. A carriage comprising a carriage body and the sleeper of claim 10, the sleeper body being mounted within the carriage body.
