According to the invention, the state safety unlocking is completed by pressing the middle bayonet pin 42 of the state safety bayonet pin component 4, and the unlocking knob 5 is rotated to realize the quick locking and releasing of the quick positioning and locking device based on the ground rail connecting piece, so that the operation is simple and convenient, the positioning and locking are reliable, and the time and the labor are saved.
The invention has the safety bayonet lock component 4 in an independent state, realizes double-layer locking protection, effectively avoids the phenomenon of self-unlocking and loosening in a vibration impact environment by only locking through a spring, and improves the locking reliability of the quick positioning locking device based on the ground rail connecting piece.
The state-safe bayonet lock component 4 can realize the fixation of a loosening and unlocking state and also provides convenience for the disassembly of equipment.
