Alternatively, the ratchet wheel 9 has twelve teeth 10 of equal size. Preferably, a plurality of the ratchet wheels 9 are uniformly distributed along the outer edge of the roller 5. In this embodiment, the thickness of the ratchet wheel 9 is 1 mm.
