Abstract
The invention discloses a magnifying lens mold structure which comprises an upper mold core, a first lower mold core and a second lower mold core, wherein a boss is arranged in the middle of the first lower mold core, a plurality of first grooves used for producing a handle are formed in the boss, a through hole communicated with the first grooves is formed in the first lower mold core, the through hole is formed in two sides of the boss, the second lower mold core is arranged below the first lower mold core, a mold core capable of being completely embedded into the first grooves is arranged on the second lower mold core, a second groove used for producing the handle is formed by matching the upper mold core with the first grooves, a third groove sleeved outside the mold core and used for producing a lens frame is formed, and the first groove and the second groove are communicated with the third groove. The parting surface is trapezoidal, so that the parting surface is positioned on two sides of the mirror frame, the mirror frame is prevented from forming flash, and the attractiveness of the magnifier is effectively improved.

When the existing magnifier is used for injection molding, the existing mode generally directly uses the middle position of the magnifier as a parting surface, but the design is easy to form flash, and the beauty of the magnifier is affected.

The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a magnifier mold structure which can eliminate flash.
The magnifying lens mold structure comprises an upper mold core, a first lower mold core and a second lower mold core, wherein a boss is arranged in the middle of the first lower mold core, a plurality of first grooves used for producing handles are formed in the boss, a through hole is formed in the first lower mold core and is formed in two sides of the boss, the second lower mold core is arranged below the first lower mold core, a mold core capable of being completely embedded into the first grooves is arranged on the second lower mold core, a second groove used for producing the handles is formed in the upper mold core in a matched mode with the first grooves, a third groove used for producing a mirror frame is formed in the outer portion of the mold core in a sleeved mode, and the first groove and the second groove are communicated with the third groove.
The magnifying glass mold structure provided by the embodiment of the invention at least has the following beneficial effects: the parting surface is trapezoidal, so that the parting surface is positioned on two sides of the mirror frame, the mirror frame is prevented from forming flash, and the attractiveness of the magnifier is effectively improved.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the core insert further comprises an upper mold plate, the upper mold plate is provided with a pouring gate, the boss is provided with a plurality of branch pouring channels, the branch pouring channels are communicated with the first groove, and main pouring channels penetrating into the branch pouring channels are arranged in the upper mold core and the upper mold plate. The mold can produce a plurality of products simultaneously.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the insert molding device further includes a top pillar and a push plate, the top pillar is inserted into the second lower mold core and can slide in the second lower mold core, the push plate fixes the top pillar, and one end of the top pillar, which is far away from the push plate, abuts against the bottom of the first lower mold core. According to some embodiments of the present invention, a plurality of guide pillars are connected between the first lower mold core and the second lower mold core. The guiding function is realized, so that the first lower die core and the second lower die core can move along the fixed direction when sliding relatively.

Referring to fig. 1, the magnifier mold structure includes an upper mold 100, a first lower mold 200 and a second lower mold 300, wherein a boss 210 is disposed in the middle of the first lower mold 200, the boss 210 is provided with a plurality of first grooves 220 for producing handles, the first lower mold 200 is provided with through holes 240, the through holes 240 are disposed on two sides of the boss 210, the second lower mold 300 is disposed below the first lower mold 200, the second lower mold 300 is provided with a mold core 310 capable of being completely embedded into the first grooves 220, the upper mold 100 is provided with a second groove 120 matched with the first grooves 220 to form handles, and a third groove 110 sleeved on the mold core 310 and externally used for producing a mirror frame, and the first groove 220 and the second groove 120 are communicated with the third groove 110.
In whole mould, the parting is personally submitted trapezoidally, and the die joint of handle still is in central line department, and the die joint of picture frame is located one of them side of picture frame to avoid the picture frame to form the overlap, effectively improve the aesthetic measure of magnifying glass.
In some embodiments, the core insert further comprises an upper mold plate 500, the upper mold plate 500 is provided with a sprue 510, the boss 210 is provided with a plurality of branch runners 230, the branch runners 230 are communicated with the first grooves 220, and a main runner penetrating into the branch runners 230 is disposed in the upper mold core 100 and the upper mold plate 500. Thereby realizing that one mould can produce a plurality of products at the same time. In this embodiment, a mold with four cavities is adopted, and molten plastic is poured into the main runner, and enters the first groove 220, the second groove 120 and the third groove 110 through the branch runner 230, so as to manufacture the magnifier.
In some embodiments, the insert further includes a top pillar 410 and a push plate 400, the top pillar 410 is inserted into the second lower mold core 300 and can slide in the second lower mold core 300, the push plate 400 fixes the top pillar 410, and an end of the top pillar 410 away from the push plate 400 abuts against the bottom of the first lower mold core 200. After the product is produced, the ejector pin 410 is pushed by the push plate 400, the ejector pin 410 pushes the first lower mold core 200 away from the second lower mold core 300, so that the product is released from the mold core 310, and after the product is released, the product drops under the action of gravity, and the demolding is completed.
In some embodiments, a plurality of guide pillars 600 are connected between the first lower mold core 200 and the second lower mold core 300. The guide post 600 plays a role in guiding, so that the first lower mold core 200 and the second lower mold core 300 can move along a fixed direction when sliding relatively, thereby preventing the first lower mold core 200 and the second lower mold core 300 from being staggered when the mold is opened or closed, and avoiding the damage to the product when the mold is closed or released.
In some embodiments, the upper mold plate 500 and the upper mold core 100 are fixedly connected by screws. The upper die plate 500 and the upper die core 100 are not separated in the using process, and the production safety is ensured.

The magnifier mold structure according to claim 1, further comprising a top pillar and a push plate, wherein the top pillar is inserted into the second lower mold core and can slide in the second lower mold core, the push plate fixes the top pillar, and one end of the top pillar, which is far away from the push plate, abuts against the bottom of the first lower mold core.
