s4: reacting a modifier with rock salt powder at a certain temperature, grinding the rock salt powder for a certain time by a dry ball milling process at a certain rotating speed by using a planetary ball mill to obtain superfine rock salt powder;
s5: superfine rock salt powder adds into feed arrangement, and feed arrangement carries superfine rock salt powder among the comminution device, stirs superfine rock salt powder through the comminution device, and superfine rock salt powder carries discharging device after the comminution, and through discharging device's screening will meet the requirements rock salt granule through the air-blower and carry the treatment room, and the rock salt granule that does not meet the requirements returns to and stirs the breakage once more in the device and handles.
