The second stirring box 44 is communicated with the inside of the collecting box 45 through an outlet, and after the stirring of the slurry in the second stirring box 44 is completed, the valve is opened, and the slurry flows into the collecting box 45 through the connecting pipe 46, so that the pigment slurry is collected.

Example two: 130 parts of distilled water, 80 parts of pigment powder, 30 parts of polyacrylic acid, 25 parts of starch ether, 14 parts of ammonium bicarbonate, 10 parts of talcum powder, 8 parts of barium sulfate, 5 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 0.4 part of agar and 1 part of sodium citrate.
Example three: 160 parts of distilled water, 100 parts of pigment powder, 40 parts of polyacrylic acid, 30 parts of starch ether, 20 parts of ammonium bicarbonate, 20 parts of talcum powder, 10 parts of barium sulfate, 2 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 0.1 part of agar and 3 parts of sodium citrate.
