The hanging rod is rod-shaped, the length of the hanging rod is the same as the inner diameter of the air outlet pipe 14, and the hanging rod is horizontally and fixedly arranged in one end of the air outlet pipe 14. The reciprocating screw 18 is vertically and fixedly arranged at the middle point of the suspension rod, the nut 19 is sleeved on the reciprocating screw 18, and the nut 19 is matched with the reciprocating screw 18.
The length of the dust scraping rods 20 is greater than the distance from the longitudinal support rods 12 to the circle center of the hanging support plate 8, two dust scraping rods 20 are arranged, and one ends of the dust scraping rods 20 are horizontally and fixedly arranged on the nuts 19.
The dust scraping ring 21 is in a circular ring shape, and the inner diameter of the dust scraping ring 21 is larger than the distance from the longitudinal support rod 12 to the circle center of the hanging support plate 8. The dust scraping ring 21 is sleeved on the supporting cage, the dust scraping ring 21 is fixedly arranged on the dust scraping rod 20, and meanwhile the dust scraping ring 21 is positioned in the cloth bag 10. When the nut 19 rotates up and down around the reciprocating screw 18, the nut 19 drives the dust scraping ring 21 to move up and down along the supporting cage through the dust scraping rod 20, so as to scrape the dust attached to the cloth bag 10.
The friction reducing rings 22 are in a circular ring shape, at least eight friction reducing rings 22 are arranged, the friction reducing rings 22 are uniformly sleeved on the dust scraping rings 21, so that the contact between the dust scraping rings 21 and the cloth bag 10 is converted from sliding friction to rolling friction, the friction of the dust scraping rings 21 on the cloth bag 10 when the dust on the cloth bag 10 is scraped is reduced, the service life of the cloth bag 10 is prolonged, and the dust removing quality of the cloth bag 10 is maintained.
The dustproof friction piece comprises a dustproof friction cover 23 and a wing plate 24, wherein the dustproof friction cover 23 is arranged on the hanging support plate 8, and the wing plate 24 is arranged on the dustproof friction cover 23.
The dustproof friction cover 23 is generally cylindrical, the length of the dustproof friction cover 23 is not smaller than the length of the supporting cage, the inner diameter of the dustproof friction cover 23 is larger than the outer diameter of the dust scraping ring 21, the side wall of the dustproof friction cover 23 is provided with at least fifty dust removing through holes which are uniformly distributed, and the diameter of each dust removing through hole is not larger than 10mm. One end of the dustproof friction cover 23 is fixedly arranged on the hanging support plate 8, the axis of the dustproof friction cover 23 coincides with the axis of the hanging support plate 8, and meanwhile the dustproof friction cover 23 is sleeved outside the supporting cage. The wing plates 24 are rectangular plates, the four wing plates 24 are arranged, and the side edges of the wing plates 24 are uniformly distributed and fixedly arranged on the side wall of the dustproof friction cover 23 along the axial direction of the dustproof friction cover 23.
When the waste gas in the cyclone straight cylinder 1 moves in a high-speed spiral mode, the wing plates 24 are pushed to enable the dustproof friction cover 23 to rotate in the circumferential direction, the dustproof friction cover 23 enables the supporting cage to rotate in the circumferential direction through the hanging supporting plate 8, the supporting cage enables the nut 19 to rotate in the circumferential direction on the reciprocating screw 18 through the dust scraping rod 20, and further the nut 19 moves up and down along the reciprocating screw 18 in a reciprocating mode, and the purpose that dust on the cloth bag 10 is removed by the dust scraping ring 21 is achieved. And because the cloth bag 10 is always in a rotating state in the secondary dust removal process and is relatively static relative to the spirally-moving waste gas, the friction of dust in the process of the waste to the outer surface of the cloth bag 10 can be reduced, the service life of the cloth bag 10 is prolonged, and the dust removal efficiency is maintained.

1. An industrial waste gas integrated dust collector, characterized by comprising:
the cyclone dust removing part comprises a cyclone straight cylinder (1), a support column (2), a cyclone cone cylinder (3) and a dust discharging piece, wherein the cyclone straight cylinder (1) is arranged on the support column (2), the cyclone cone cylinder (3) is arranged on the cyclone straight cylinder (1), and the dust discharging piece is arranged on the cyclone cone cylinder (3); the dust discharging piece comprises a dust discharging pipe (5), a butterfly valve (6) and a dust collecting box (7), wherein the dust discharging pipe (5) is arranged on the cyclone cone (3), and the butterfly valve (6) and the dust collecting box (7) are both arranged on the dust discharging pipe (5); the cyclone straight cylinder (1) is cylindrical, an exhaust gas inlet pipe (4) is fixedly and penetratingly arranged on one end side wall of the cyclone straight cylinder (1), and the exhaust gas inlet pipe (4) is tangential to the cyclone straight cylinder (1) so that exhaust gas enters the cyclone straight cylinder (1) from the exhaust gas inlet pipe (4) to form a high-speed cyclone;
the bag type dust removing part is arranged on the cyclone dust removing part and comprises a bag cage, a dust scraping piece and a dustproof friction piece, wherein the bag cage is arranged on the cyclone straight cylinder (1), and the dust scraping piece and the dustproof friction piece are both arranged on the bag cage; the dustproof friction piece rotates along the circumferential direction under the action of high-speed cyclone;
one end face of the cyclone straight cylinder (1) is closed, the other end face of the cyclone straight cylinder is open, and a rotary through hole is formed in the center of one end face of the cyclone straight cylinder (1); the cloth bag cage comprises a hanging support plate (8), a supporting cage and a cloth bag (10), wherein the hanging support plate (8) is arranged on the cyclone straight cylinder (1), the supporting cage is arranged on the hanging support plate (8), and the cloth bag (10) is arranged on the supporting cage; the hanging support plate (8) is plate-shaped, an exhaust through hole is formed in the center of the hanging support plate (8), the diameter of the outer ring of the hanging support plate (8) is larger than that of the rotary through hole, and the diameter of the exhaust through hole is smaller than that of the rotary through hole; the lower surface of the suspension supporting plate (8) is provided with a first thrust ball bearing (11), and the suspension supporting plate (8) is overlapped with the first thrust ball bearing (11) in an axial line; the diameter of the outer ring of the first thrust ball bearing (11) is larger than that of the outer ring of the suspension supporting plate (8), and the diameter of the inner ring of the first thrust ball bearing (11) is larger than that of the exhaust through hole; the suspension supporting plate (8) is arranged on one end face of the cyclone straight cylinder (1) through the first thrust ball bearing (11), and the suspension supporting plate (8) is overlapped with the axis of the rotary through hole;
the support cage is cylindrical and comprises a longitudinal support rod (12) and a connecting rod (13), the longitudinal support rod (12) is arranged on the suspension supporting plate (8), and the connecting rod (13) is arranged on the longitudinal support rod (12); the longitudinal support rod (12) is in a rod shape, and the length of the longitudinal support rod (12) is longer than that of the cyclone straight cylinder (1); the plurality of longitudinal support rods (12) are arranged, one end of each longitudinal support rod (12) is uniformly and fixedly arranged on the corresponding hanging support plate (8) around the circle center of the corresponding hanging support plate (8), and the distance between the longitudinal support rods (12) and the circle center of the corresponding hanging support plate (8) is smaller than the radius of the inner ring of the first thrust ball bearing (11); the connecting rods (13) are provided with a plurality of connecting rods, and the connecting rods (13) are respectively and correspondingly arranged at the other ends of the longitudinal supporting rods (12); the cloth bag (10) is an exhaust gas dust removing cloth bag, and the cloth bag (10) is sleeved on the supporting cage;
the dust scraping piece comprises an air outlet pipe (14) and a reciprocating dust scraping piece, wherein the air outlet pipe (14) is arranged on the hanging support plate (8), and the reciprocating dust scraping piece is arranged on the air outlet pipe (14); the air outlet pipe (14) is tubular, and the outer diameter of the air outlet pipe (14) is smaller than the diameter of the exhaust through hole; one end of the air outlet pipe (14) is sleeved with a supporting plate (15); the supporting plate (15) is plate-shaped, a supporting through hole is formed in the center of the supporting plate (15), the inner diameter of the supporting through hole is identical to the outer diameter of the air outlet pipe (14), and the supporting plate (15) is fixedly sleeved on the air outlet pipe (14) through the supporting through hole; one surface of the supporting plate (15) is provided with a second thrust ball bearing (16), the diameter of the inner ring of the second thrust ball bearing (16) is larger than the outer diameter of the air outlet pipe (14), and the diameter of the inner ring of the second thrust ball bearing (16) is smaller than the diameter of the outer ring of the supporting plate (15); one end of the air outlet pipe (14) is inserted into the air outlet through hole and is supported on the suspension pallet (8) through the second thrust ball bearing (16);
the reciprocating dust scraping piece comprises a hanging rod, a reciprocating screw (18), a nut (19), a dust scraping rod (20), a dust scraping ring (21) and a friction reducing ring (22), wherein the hanging rod is arranged on the air discharging pipe (14), the reciprocating screw (18) is arranged on the hanging rod, the nut (19) is arranged on the reciprocating screw (18), the dust scraping rod (20) is arranged on the nut (19), the dust scraping ring (21) is arranged on the dust scraping rod (20), and the friction reducing ring (22) is arranged on the dust scraping ring (21); the hanging rod is in a rod shape and is horizontally and fixedly arranged in one end pipe of the air outlet pipe (14); the reciprocating screw (18) is vertically and fixedly arranged at the middle point of the suspension rod, the nut (19) is sleeved on the reciprocating screw (18), and the nut (19) is matched with the reciprocating screw (18); the length of the dust scraping rods (20) is longer than the distance from the longitudinal support rods (12) to the center of the circle of the hanging support plate (8), the number of the dust scraping rods (20) is multiple, and one ends of the dust scraping rods (20) are horizontally and fixedly arranged on the nuts (19);
the dustproof friction piece comprises a dustproof friction cover (23) and a wing plate (24), the dustproof friction cover (23) is arranged on the hanging support plate (8), and the wing plate (24) is arranged on the dustproof friction cover (23); the dustproof friction cover (23) is generally cylindrical, the length of the dustproof friction cover (23) is not smaller than that of the supporting cage, the inner diameter of the dustproof friction cover (23) is larger than the outer diameter of the dust scraping ring (21), and a plurality of uniformly distributed dust removing through holes are formed in the side wall of the dustproof friction cover (23); one end of the dustproof friction cover (23) is fixedly arranged on the hanging support plate (8), the axis of the dustproof friction cover (23) is coincident with the axis of the hanging support plate (8), and meanwhile the dustproof friction cover (23) is sleeved outside the supporting cage; the wing plates (24) are rectangular plates, the wing plates (24) are provided with a plurality of pieces, and the side edges of the wing plates (24) are uniformly distributed and fixedly arranged on the side wall of the dustproof friction cover (23) along the axial direction of the dustproof friction cover (23).
