Detailed Description
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a massage device according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a massage device according to the present embodiment, and fig. 2 is a sectional view of fig. 1. For convenience of explanation, the following description will be made with reference to directions in the drawings of the respective drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the specification of this direction.
< 1. summary of massage device
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the massage apparatus is an apparatus for massaging the neck and the vicinity of the shoulder, and includes an apparatus main body 10 (see fig. 3 and the like) and 1 st and 2 nd mask portions 200 and 300 covering the entire outer surface of the apparatus main body 10.
Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the device main body, fig. 4 is a plan view of fig. 3, and fig. 5 is a side view of fig. 3. As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the apparatus main body 10 includes: a 1 st seat 1 having a rectangular shape in plan view; and a 2 nd seat part 2 which is connected to the rear end part of the 1 st seat part 1 and has a trapezoidal shape in plan view, and which is integrally formed of an elastically deformable material such as urethane. Further, a plate-like support member 3 is attached to the lower surface of the 1 st seat part 1, and the lower surface of the support member 3 coincides with the lower surface of the 2 nd seat part 2. Therefore, the lower surface of the apparatus main body 10 is mainly constituted by the lower surface of the 2 nd seat portion 2 and the lower surface of the support member 3. In the apparatus main body 10, the 1 st air bag 4 is disposed on the 1 st seat portion 1, and the 2 nd air bag 5 is disposed on the 2 nd seat portion 2. Further, a compressor 6 for controlling the expansion and contraction of the airbags 4 and 5, injection pipes 7 and 8 for sending air, and a controller 9 are provided. These components will be described in detail below.
< 2. seat and support part >
Both side surfaces of the 1 st seat 1 are formed in an arc shape, and a front end surface 11 is formed so as to connect them. The front end surface 11 is formed in an arc shape recessed toward the rear end side. The upper surface of the first seat 1 is formed to be substantially flat, but a rectangular region from the center to the front end edge in the front-rear direction is slightly recessed and becomes low in height. Hereinafter, this region is referred to as a 2 nd site 102, and a region other than this region is referred to as a 1 st site 101. The width of the 2 nd portion 102 in the left-right direction is slightly smaller than the width of the upper surface of the apparatus main body 10.
The 2 nd seat part 2 is formed lower than the 1 st seat part 1 and has a rear end side projecting in an arc shape. The upper surface of the 2 nd seat part 2 is inclined gradually from the front end part connected to the 1 st seat part 1 toward the rear end part. With this structure, a step is formed at the boundary between the 1 st seat part 1 and the 2 nd seat part 2. The 2 nd seat part 2 is approximately half the height of the 1 st seat part 1, and is located lower than the 2 nd portion 102 of the 1 st seat part 1. Further, the height of the 1 st seat part 1 can be about 40 to 230mm, and the height of the 2 nd seat part 2 can be about 20 to 150 mm. However, the above cases are only examples, and their heights may be changed as appropriate.
With the above configuration, the neck of the user can be mainly disposed at the 1 st portion 101 and the head can be disposed at the 2 nd portion 102 of the 1 st seat portion 1. Further, the 2 nd sitting portion 2 is disposed below the neck (upper portion of the back, shoulders, etc.).
The support member 3 disposed on the lower surface of the 1 st seat 1 is formed of an elastically deformable material, but may be formed of a material harder than the 1 st seat 1.
< 3. the 1 st airbag
Fig. 6 to 8 are sectional views of the 1 st airbag. As shown in fig. 6, the 1 st air bag 4 is disposed in the vicinity of the step on the upper surface of the 1 st seat portion 1, and the neck of the user is placed on the 1 st air bag 4. The 1 st airbag 4 includes a pair of side airbags 41 arranged in the left-right direction and a connecting portion 42 connecting the pair of side airbags. The coupling portion 42 is formed of a rectangular sheet and fixed to the upper surface of the 1 st seat portion 1 by an adhesive or the like. A passage 421 extending in the left-right direction is formed inside the connecting portion 42, and both end portions of the passage 421 communicate with the side airbag 41. An injection port 422 is formed near the center of the connection portion 42, and a 1 st injection pipe 7 described later is inserted into the injection port 422.
Since the 2 side airbags 41 have the same structure that is bilaterally symmetric, the left side airbag 41 will be described below. The side airbag 41 is formed by overlapping bag-shaped sachets 411 and 412 formed by 2 sheets on the 1 st seat portion 1, and the right end edge is connected to the connecting portion 42. Therefore, each of the 2 sachets 411 and 412 can swing in the vertical direction around the right end edge. Here, the lower pouch is referred to as a 1 st pouch 411, and the upper pouch is referred to as a 2 nd pouch 412. The 2 sachets 411 and 412 are joined near the right end edge, and a communication hole 414 for communicating the sachets is formed in the joined portion 413. Therefore, the internal spaces of the 2 small bags 411, 412 are configured to be able to communicate with each other via the communication hole 414.
The passage 421 formed in the connecting portion 42 is connected to the right end edge of the 2 nd cell 412, and the air injected into the passage 421 from the 1 st injection pipe 7 can be injected into the 2 nd cell 412. Thus, first, the 2 nd pouch 412 is inflated. The right end edge of the 2 nd cell 412 is joined to the connection portion 42, and therefore swings around the right end edge by inflation. Then, during this inflation, air also flows into the 1 st cell 411 via the communication hole 414, and therefore the 1 st cell 411 inflates later than the 2 nd cell 412. At this time, since the right end edge of the 1 st cell 411 is also joined to the connection portion 42, the bag swings around the right end edge by inflation.
Since the side airbags 41 are disposed symmetrically in the left-right direction as described above, when air is injected through the 1 st injection tube 7 as shown in fig. 7, first, the two 2 nd cells 412 swing while inflating. That is, the neck of the user positioned on the connection portion 42 is sandwiched therebetween. Then, as shown in fig. 8, the 1 st cell 411 inflates later than the 2 nd cell 412, and therefore the 2 nd cell 412 is lifted upward by the 1 st cell 411. At this time, since the two 1 st cells 411 also swing while inflating, the two 2 nd cells 412 swing while being lifted upward so as to sandwich the neck of the user.
When the inflation of the side airbag 41 is completed in this way, the pressure reducing valve (not shown) provided in the 1 st injection tube 7 is opened after a predetermined time has elapsed, and the air injected into the side airbags 41 leaks. As described above, the 1 st airbag 4 is formed of a sheet material, and therefore, when air leaks, the 1 st airbag 4 is restored to a flat initial state.
< 4. 2 nd airbag
Fig. 9 and 10 are sectional views of the 2 nd balloon. As shown in fig. 9, the 2 nd airbag 5 is an airbag in which the peripheral edges of 2 sheets formed in a rectangular shape are sewn together, and is disposed on the 2 nd seat portion 2. Then, the sheet is fixed to the 2 nd seat part 2 by an adhesive or the like. Therefore, in the initial state, the 2 nd airbag 5 is formed flat along the upper surface of the 2 nd seat portion 2. Further, an injection port 51 is formed in the sheet joined to the 2 nd seat portion 2, and a 2 nd injection tube 8 described later is inserted into the injection port. As shown in fig. 10, the 2 nd balloon 5 is inflated by injecting air through the 2 nd injection tube 8.
When the inflation of the 2 nd airbag 5 is completed in this way, after a predetermined time has elapsed, the pressure reducing valve (not shown) provided in the 2 nd filling pipe 8 is opened, so that the air filled in the 2 nd airbag leaks, and the 2 nd airbag returns to the flat initial state.
< 5. compressor, injection pipe and controller
A housing space is formed inside the 1 st seat 1, and a compressor 6 is disposed in the housing space. The compressor 6 is connected to the 1 st and 2 nd injection pipes 7 and 8 described above, and can send air to the airbags 4 and 5. The compressor 6 is provided with a control valve (not shown) by which air can be caused to flow to at least one of the 1 st injection pipe 7 and the 2 nd injection pipe 8. Therefore, the control valves can control (i) the injection of air only into the 1 st injection pipe 7, (ii) the injection of air only into the 2 nd injection pipe 8, and (iii) the injection of air into the two injection pipes 7 and 8.
The controller 9 includes: a rectangular parallelepiped case 91; a control unit (not shown) housed inside the case 91; a plurality of operation buttons 93 disposed on the surface of the housing 91; and a cable 92 connecting the control unit to the compressor 6, the control valve, and the pressure reducing valve. The control unit is constituted by a computer such as a PLC, and can control the driving of the compressor 6, the opening and closing of the control valve, and the opening and closing of the pressure reducing valve.
In the present embodiment, the following 3 kinds of massage programs are shown in the housing 91 of the controller 9, and when any one of the programs is selected, the LED lamp 94 provided beside the mark of the selected program is turned on.
(a) Neck and shoulder procedure with 1 st and 2 nd airbags 4, 5
(b) Neck concentration procedure with the 1 st airbag 4
(c) Shoulder concentration procedure with No. 2 airbag 5
The operation buttons 93 can select the above-described 3 programs of massage. Namely, the following are set: when the operation button 93 is pressed 1 time, (a) the program is selected, (b) the program is selected when 2 times, and (c) the program is selected when 3 times, and when 4 times, the massage is forcibly ended, and the power is turned off.
For example, when the program (a) is selected, the control unit can perform control as follows, for example.
(1) The 2 nd balloon 5 is inflated by injecting air into the 2 nd injection tube 8. Then, the pressure reducing valve is opened to contract the 2 nd airbag 5. This expansion and contraction is repeated a plurality of times.
(2) After the step (1), air is injected into the two injection pipes 7 and 8 to inflate the two airbags 4 and 5. Then, the respective pressure reducing valves are opened to contract the respective airbags 4 and 5. This expansion and contraction is repeated a plurality of times.
(3) After the step (2), the 1 st air cell 4 is inflated by injecting air into the 1 st injection tube 7. After that, the pressure reducing valve is opened to contract the 1 st airbag 4. This expansion and contraction is repeated a plurality of times.
(4) The above step (2)
(5) The above step (1)
However, the above steps are an example, and various sequences may be combined to constitute the program.
Further, when the procedure (b) or the procedure (c) is selected, the inflation and the deflation of only one of the bladders 4, 5 are repeated.
< 6. cover part
As shown in fig. 2, the 1 st cover part 200 is made of woven fabric and covers the entire outer surface of the device body 10. The 1 st cover part 200 is provided with a fastener (not shown) so that the 1 st cover part 200 can be detached from the apparatus body 10. The 2 nd cover part 300 is also formed of a spun fabric covering the entire 1 st cover part 200, and can be detached by a zipper (not shown). In addition, in the 2 nd cover portion 300, a pair of pad members 301 extending in the front-rear direction are provided on the upper surface of the 1 st seat portion 1 so as to sandwich the 1 st air bag 4. The pad member 301 is made of an elastically deformable material such as urethane, and is disposed so as to rise from the 1 st seat portion 1. This can restrict the head placed on the 1 st seat part 1 from shifting left and right.
< 7. method for using massage device
Next, a method of using the massage device configured as described above will be described. First, as shown in fig. 11, the user places the head on the 1 st seat 1 so that the neck is disposed on the 1 st airbag 4. Thus, the head portion is arranged at the 2 nd site 102 of the 1 st seat portion 1, and therefore, the head portion is supported at a position lower than the neck. Further, the vicinity of the shoulder below the neck is supported by the 2 nd sitting portion 2. With the above arrangement, the lower part of the main cervical vertebrae is lifted upward by the 1 st portion 101 of the 1 st seat portion 1, and the head is arranged at the 2 nd portion 102 lower than the 1 st portion 101, so that the upper part of the cervical vertebrae is lowered downward. Thus, the cervical vertebrae are configured in a forward-curved manner. In addition, since the upper portion of the thoracic vertebrae is disposed in the 2 nd seat portion 2 lower than the 1 st seat portion 1, the thoracic vertebrae is disposed so as to curve backward. Therefore, by arranging the head, neck, and shoulder in the 1 st sitting part 1 and the 2 nd sitting part 2, the curvature of the spine can be bent in an S-shape, and correction of the straight neck is expected (ストレートネック).
Next, when the operation button 93 is pressed, for example, when the program (a) is selected, the 2 nd air bag 5 is inflated first, so that the upper portion of the thoracic vertebrae is lifted up, and the massage is performed by repeating this operation, whereby the mobility of the upper portion of the thoracic vertebrae is improved. Then, the first air bag 4 is inflated to raise the neck, and the massage is performed by repeating this operation, whereby the mobility of the lower part of the cervical spine is improved. The inventors considered that when the mobility of the thoracic vertebrae is thus increased first, the effect of improving the mobility of the cervical vertebrae is increased.
Then, after the above steps (1) to (5) are performed in this order, the driving of the apparatus is completed. The massage device can also be used as a pillow, so that the user can sleep directly.
< 8. feature >
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) Since the 2 air cells 4 and 5 are flat when they are contracted, the air cells 4 and 5 do not interfere with each other when the massage is completed. Therefore, the massage device can be used as a pillow, and can be used for direct sleeping. In particular, it is beneficial for the user to get a trouble when receiving a massage and thus be able to use it directly as a pillow after the massage is finished. Further, since the massage device is shaped to make the curvature of the spine into an S-shaped curve as described above, it is considered that an effect of correcting the straight neck during sleep can be obtained.
(2) In the present embodiment, since the 2 airbags 4 and 5 can be used and the expansion and contraction thereof can be repeated, a massage effect of stimulating the neck and the vicinity of the shoulder can be obtained. In particular, in a state where correction of a straight neck is performed by 2 seat units 1 and 2 having different heights, the airbags 4 and 5 are inflated to lift the neck and the vicinity of the shoulder, and therefore, improvement of the correction effect is expected. Further, since the air bags 4 and 5 are used instead of the massage beads as in the conventional example, the structure for driving is simple, and the beads are flattened when contracted, and therefore, a space for accommodating the beads is not required.
(3) Since the neck is thinner than the body on the lower side, the neck is shifted to the left and right in the shape of the 2 nd airbag 5, for example, and it is difficult to lift the neck. Therefore, the 1 st airbag 4 of the present embodiment sandwiches the neck with the pair of side airbags 41. More specifically, first, the two No. 2 cells 412 are inflated to sandwich the neck, thereby restricting the lateral displacement of the neck. In this state, when the 1 st cell 411 is inflated, the 2 nd cell 412 sandwiching the neck is lifted by the 1 st cell 411. Therefore, the neck can be reliably raised, and the massage effect can be effectively exerted.
(4) Since the 1 st seat 1 is made of a soft material such as urethane, when the 1 st air bag 4 is inflated, the 1 st air bag 4 may be pushed down by the weight of the neck and may sink into the 1 st seat 1. Therefore, in the present embodiment, since the support member 3 having high hardness is disposed below the 1 st seat portion 1, the 1 st airbag 4 can be prevented from sinking into the 1 st seat portion 1.
< 9. variation
Although one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various changes can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. The following modifications can also be combined as appropriate.
