The inventor finds that the existing product provides a function of operating a doctor to preset parameters, the doctor is operated to set detection parameters of different blood vessels, and the corresponding detection parameters can be called through blood vessel configuration during examination. In the detection, the detection doctor needs to adjust the sampling depth and the sampling volume for collecting the blood flow according to the blood vessel blood flow information. Generally, a doctor adjusts the sampling depth by looking at a blood flow signal within a depth range including a preset depth to presume that the detected blood flow signal is a blood flow signal of a blood vessel to be examined, and then adjusts the sampling depth. And need operate the doctor and holding the probe and keeping detection angle in this adjustment process in one hand, operating equipment in one hand adjusts the sampling depth repeatedly and selects to accomplish, can lead to medical personnel detection inefficiency like this.
In order to solve the above problem, in the embodiment of the present invention, a sampling volume range mark and a sampling depth range mark are added in the M wave, a depth threshold corresponding to a blood flow signal can be acquired through the M wave, and whether adjustment of a preset depth is required is determined through the depth threshold. Therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, the blood flow signal is acquired based on the preset acquisition parameters; when the blood flow signal exists at the preset depth, determining a depth threshold corresponding to the acquisition parameter based on the M wave; the preset depth is adjusted according to the depth threshold value, automatic adjustment of the acquisition parameters is achieved, blood vessels can be located quickly by acquiring blood flow signals based on the adjusted acquisition parameters, and the problem that a transcranial Doppler TCD operation doctor is difficult to find the blood vessels slowly is solved.
The invention will be further explained by the description of the embodiments with reference to the drawings.
The embodiment provides a configuration method of acquisition parameters, which can be executed by a configuration device, wherein the device can be realized by software or hardware, and is applied to an ultrasonic device such as transcranial Doppler, or an intelligent terminal such as a PC (personal computer) connected with the ultrasonic device. Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the method for configuring the acquisition parameters provided in this embodiment includes:
s10, collecting blood flow signals based on preset collection parameters, wherein the collection parameters at least comprise preset depth.
Specifically, the acquisition parameters are preset and configured in the acquisition equipment for acquiring blood flow signals, so that the acquisition equipment acquires the blood flow signals based on the acquisition parameters. The blood flow signal can be a cerebral blood flow signal, and the acquisition device can be an ultrasonic device which can acquire the cerebral blood flow signal through transcranial Doppler, and the like. In an implementation manner of this embodiment, the blood flow signal is a cerebral blood flow signal, the acquisition device for acquiring the cerebral blood flow signal is a transcranial doppler device, and the transcranial doppler device has an M-mode function, where the M-mode function is to recover and display blood flow signals of all depths within a depth range through one-time ultrasonic transmission, and may display a red signal band when positive blood flow is detected and a blue signal band when negative blood flow is detected. It is understood that the cerebral blood flow signal is the cerebral blood flow signal of the cerebral blood vessels of all depths within a preset depth range. Furthermore, the acquisition parameters may include a blood vessel name, a blood flow direction, a preset depth, a sampling volume, an upper depth value, a lower depth value, and a lower sampling volume value, wherein the threshold depth value is between the upper depth value and the lower depth value, and the sampling volume is greater than the lower sampling volume value.
Further, when blood flow signal is gathered based on the collection parameter that predetermines, can show the blood flow signal that ultrasonic probe gathered in the M ripples to blood flow signal direction and intensity all can show in the M ripples, wherein, show blood flow signal direction through different colours in the M ripples, show the intensity degree of blood flow signal through the depth of colour. For example, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the forward blood flow signal is displayed in red, the reverse blood flow signal is displayed in blue, and the intensity of the color is positively correlated with the intensity of the blood flow signal, that is, when the blood flow signal with high intensity is displayed in dark color, the blood flow signal with low intensity is displayed in light color. As can be understood, based on the M wave corresponding to the blood flow signal, the blood flow direction of the blood flow signal and the signal strength of the blood flow signal can be determined.
Further, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, a sampling depth range mark corresponding to the blood flow signal is displayed in the M-wave, wherein the depth range may be represented by: with the M-wave depth mark line as the center and the depth value of the DOP window (blood flow spectrogram window) of 1/2 as the width, semi-transparent regions are drawn on the upper and lower sides of the M-wave depth mark line to identify the depth range corresponding to the blood flow signal. In addition, when the DOP window is adjusted, the M-wave depth mark line corresponding to the DOP window is set to the focus color, for example, the focus color is green, and when the M-wave depth mark line is displayed as green, it indicates that the degree range corresponding to the M-wave depth mark line is adjusted. Wherein the M-wave depth mark line is used to indicate the center depth of a given depth range of the DOP signal used by the DOP window. Of course, when the M-wave depth mark line is the focus color, the DOP window corresponding to the M-wave depth mark line is the currently focused DOP map.
Further, when there are a plurality of depth range marks having an M-wave depth mark line in the M-wave, the plurality of depth range marks are arranged to overlap. It will be appreciated that the overlapping display of the depth range bands of different DOP windows does not affect the observation of the M-wave flow signal. In addition, the depth range in the M wave can be synchronously changed along with the adjustment of the DOP window sampling volume, when the DOP window sampling volume is increased or decreased, the width of a color band of the depth range is increased or decreased, and the depth range corresponds to the DOP window sampling volume.
And S20, when the blood flow signal exists at the preset depth, determining a depth threshold corresponding to the blood flow signal based on the M wave.
Specifically, the preset depth is a collection depth collected in advance, and the blood flow signal existing at the preset depth refers to that a blood flow signal in the same blood flow direction as that corresponding to the preset depth is collected when the cerebral blood flow signal is collected by using the preset depth as the collection depth. It can be understood that, when the blood flow signal is acquired according to the preset acquisition parameters, a blood flow signal exists in the ultrasound signal acquired by the ultrasound probe, and the blood flow direction of the blood flow signal is the same as the blood flow direction corresponding to the preset depth, that is, the blood flow signal in the blood flow direction corresponding to the preset depth is acquired. Furthermore, the blood flow signal acquired at each sampling time based on the acquisition parameters is displayed in the M-wave, and thus the depth range of the blood flow signal in the same direction as the blood flow signal existing at a continuous depth within the M-wave can be determined based on the M-wave.
Further, in an implementation manner of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, when a blood flow signal exists at the preset depth, the determining, based on the M wave, a depth threshold corresponding to the blood flow signal specifically includes:
s21, when a blood flow signal exists in the preset depth, monitoring the existence duration of the cerebral blood flow signal continuously existing in the preset depth, wherein the blood flow direction of all the cerebral blood flow signals in the existence duration is the same as the blood flow direction corresponding to the preset depth;
and S22, when the existing duration is longer than or equal to the preset duration, determining a depth threshold corresponding to the blood flow signal based on the M wave.
Specifically, the preset time length is preset and is used for determining whether a depth threshold needs to be determined. The preset time length can be preset by default when the ultrasonic equipment leaves a factory, or can be set by a user according to the use requirement. The existence duration of the cerebral blood flow signals continuously existing at the preset depth refers to the duration of continuously detecting the blood flow signals at the preset depth, wherein the blood flow direction of each blood flow signal in the continuously detected blood flow signals is the same, and is the same as the blood flow direction corresponding to the preset depth.
Further, in an implementation manner of this embodiment, the determining, based on the M-wave, a depth threshold corresponding to the blood flow signal specifically includes:
determining the maximum depth and the minimum depth corresponding to the cerebral blood flow signal existing at the preset depth in the M wave,
and determining a depth threshold corresponding to the blood flow signal according to the maximum depth and the minimum depth.
Specifically, the maximum depth refers to a maximum depth corresponding to the blood flow signal when the blood flow signal in the blood flow direction corresponding to the preset depth does not exist at a boundary smaller than the M-wave depth, and the minimum value refers to a minimum depth corresponding to the blood flow signal when the blood flow signal in the blood flow direction corresponding to the preset depth does not exist at a boundary larger than the M-wave depth. In a possible implementation manner of this embodiment, the maximum depth obtaining process may be: and adding a first preset value to the preset depth to acquire a blood flow signal, determining whether a blood flow signal in a blood flow direction corresponding to the preset depth exists at a position smaller than the M wave depth boundary or not according to the acquired blood flow signal, if so, continuing to perform a blood flow signal acquisition operation after adding the first preset value to the preset depth, and if not, acquiring the maximum depth of the acquired blood flow signal, and taking the maximum depth as the maximum depth corresponding to the cerebral blood flow signal existing in the preset depth. Also, the minimum depth acquisition process may be: and subtracting a second preset value from the preset depth, then acquiring a blood flow signal, determining whether a blood flow signal in a blood flow direction corresponding to the preset depth exists at a boundary greater than the M wave depth according to the acquired blood flow signal, if so, continuing to acquire the blood flow signal after subtracting the second preset value from the preset depth, and if not, acquiring the minimum depth of the acquired blood flow signal, and taking the minimum depth as the minimum depth corresponding to the cerebral blood flow signal with the preset depth. The first predetermined value and the second predetermined value may be the same, for example, both are 1 mm, 2 mm, etc., and of course, the first predetermined value and the second predetermined value may also be different, for example, the first predetermined value is 1 mm, the second predetermined value is 2 mm, etc. Wherein, the depth range of the M wave is preset, for example, when the depth range of the ultrasonic probe acquisition is 5-105, the depth range corresponding to the M wave is 30mm-80 mm.
Further, after the maximum depth and the minimum depth are obtained, determining the depth threshold according to the maximum depth and the minimum depth may be to use an average value of the maximum depth and the minimum depth as the depth threshold, or may be to perform weighted average on the maximum depth and the minimum depth, and use a value obtained by the weighted average as the depth threshold, or the like. In this embodiment, the depth threshold is an average value of the maximum depth and the minimum depth.
And S30, adjusting the preset depth according to the depth threshold value to adjust the acquisition parameters.
Specifically, the adjusting the preset depth refers to adjusting the size of the preset depth so that the difference between the preset depth and the depth threshold satisfies a preset condition, for example, the difference between the preset depth and the depth threshold belongs to a predetermined interval, for example, [ -1,1], and the like. In one implementation manner of this embodiment, the preset condition is that the preset depth is equal to the depth threshold. Correspondingly, the adjusting the preset depth according to the depth threshold to adjust the acquisition parameter specifically includes:
s31, comparing the preset depth with the depth threshold value;
and S32, if the preset depth is not equal to the depth threshold, approaching the preset depth to the depth threshold by a preset distance at intervals of first preset time until the preset depth is equal to the depth threshold or the preset depth reaches the corresponding upper depth limit or lower depth limit.
Specifically, the preset depth not being equal to the depth threshold includes the preset depth being greater than the depth threshold, and the preset depth being less than the depth threshold. It is to be understood that when the preset depth is not equal to the depth threshold, the preset depth is greater than the depth threshold, or the preset depth is less than the depth threshold. Therefore, when the preset depth is greater than the depth threshold, the preset depth can be reduced by a preset distance every first preset time so that the preset depth approaches to the depth threshold by the preset distance; when the preset depth is less than the depth threshold, the preset depth may be increased by a preset distance every first preset time so that the preset depth approaches the depth threshold by the preset distance. The first preset time may be preset, may be default set when leaving a factory, or may be set by a user according to a use requirement, for example, the first preset time is 100 milliseconds; the preset distance may be preset, and may be default when leaving a factory, or may be set by a user according to a use requirement, for example, the preset distance is 1 mm.
Further, since the acquisition parameter includes an upper depth limit and a lower depth limit, when the preset depth is adjusted, it is necessary to determine whether the preset depth reaches the upper depth limit or the lower depth limit, and when the preset depth reaches the upper depth limit or the lower depth limit, the upper depth limit or the lower depth limit is used as the preset depth. In addition, the collected blood flow signals may include blood flow signals of different blood vessels. Therefore, in order to avoid the problem of wrong judgment of the relationship between the blood flow signal and the blood vessel caused by the blood flow signals of different blood vessels, when the preset depth is the upper depth limit value or the lower depth limit value, the adjusting the preset depth according to the depth threshold value to adjust the acquisition parameters comprises:
acquiring blood flow signals based on the adjusted acquisition parameters, and judging whether first blood flow signals exist in the acquired cerebral blood flow signals or not, wherein the blood flow direction of the first blood flow signals is different from the blood flow direction corresponding to the preset depth;
adjusting a sampling volume in the acquisition parameter to adjust the acquisition parameter if the first blood flow signal is present.
Specifically, the acquiring of the blood flow signal based on the adjusted acquisition parameter refers to setting a preset depth to the adjusted preset depth to adjust the acquisition parameter, and acquiring the blood flow signal based on the adjusted acquisition parameter, wherein the blood flow signal is all blood flow signals within a depth range determined according to the adjusted preset depth. After the blood flow signals are acquired, whether blood flow signals with different blood flow inverses corresponding to the preset depth exist in all the acquired blood flow signals is determined, and whether the blood flow signals cover the blood flow signals in different blood flow directions in the depth range corresponding to the adjusted preset depth is determined. When the first blood flow signal exists, it is indicated that the blood flow signals covering different blood flow directions are acquired in the depth range corresponding to the adjusted preset depth, and at this time, the acquisition volume in the acquisition parameters needs to be adjusted, so that the blood flow signals not covering different blood flow directions are acquired in the depth range.
Further, in an implementation manner of this embodiment, the adjusting the sampling volume in the acquisition parameter specifically includes:
adjusting the sampling volume to be smaller by a preset value every second preset time interval so as to adjust acquisition parameters;
and continuing to perform the step of acquiring the blood flow signal based on the adjusted acquisition parameter until the blood flow signal is acquired without the first blood flow signal or the acquisition volume reaches the lower limit value of the sampling volume.
Specifically, the second preset time may be preset, and may be default setting when the user leaves a factory, or may be set by the user according to a use requirement, for example, the second preset time is 100 milliseconds; the preset value may be preset, and may be default set when the user leaves a factory, or may be set by the user according to the use requirement, for example, the preset value may be 1 mm. In addition, when the collected blood flow signal does not have the first blood flow signal, which indicates that the blood flow signal which does not cover different blood flow directions is collected in the depth range corresponding to the adjusted preset depth, the collection parameter adjustment is completed; when the acquisition volume reaches the lower limit value of the sampling volume, the acquisition parameters are proved to reach the regulation limit, so that the acquisition parameter regulation is completed.
In summary, the present embodiment provides a method for configuring an acquisition parameter, where the method includes acquiring a blood flow signal based on a preset acquisition parameter; when the blood flow signal exists at the preset depth, determining a depth threshold corresponding to the blood flow signal based on the M wave; and adjusting the preset depth according to the depth threshold value so as to adjust the acquisition parameters. According to the invention, blood flow signal sampling is carried out based on the preset depth in the preset acquisition parameters, after the blood flow signal is acquired based on the preset depth, the actual depth (depth threshold value) of the blood vessel corresponding to the blood flow signal is determined according to the M wave corresponding to the blood flow signal, and the preset depth is adjusted according to the actual depth, so that the preset depth is close to the actual depth, and the actual depth of the blood vessel to be detected is taken as the sampling depth by the acquisition device for acquiring blood flow information, therefore, on one hand, the automatic adjustment of the acquisition parameters of the ultrasonic equipment is realized, and convenience is brought to the use of a user; on the other hand, the ultrasonic equipment and the actual depth can be used as sampling depths, so that the collected blood flow signals correspond to the blood vessels to be detected, a doctor can conveniently determine the blood vessels to be detected based on the collected blood flow signals, and the accuracy of judging the relation between the blood flow signals and the blood vessels is improved.
