Abstract

The invention discloses a bowl basket and a dishwasher, wherein the bowl basket comprises: the bowl basket base is provided with a plurality of mounting positions arranged at intervals along a first direction; and at least one movable row is arranged, and the movable row is detachably connected with the installation positions so as to be selectively connected with any installation position. The technical scheme of the invention can improve the applicability of the bowl basket so as to meet the placing requirements of users on tableware.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of household appliances, in particular to a bowl basket and a dish washing machine.

Background

In dishwashers, a basket is usually provided. At present, a limiting part is usually fixedly arranged in a common bowl basket so as to divide the bowl basket into a plurality of limiting grooves with fixed sizes and positions, and a user can place tableware. However, different users may have different tableware placing habits, the sizes and specifications of the tableware themselves are more and more, the applicability of common bowl baskets is poor, and the placing requirements of the users on the tableware are difficult to meet.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a bowl basket, aiming at improving the applicability of the bowl basket so as to meet the placing requirements of users on tableware.

In order to achieve the above object, the bowl basket of the present invention comprises:

the bowl basket base is provided with a plurality of mounting positions arranged at intervals along a first direction; and

at least one movable row is arranged, and the movable row is detachably connected with the installation positions so as to be selectively connected with any installation position.

Optionally, each of the mounting positions includes a pair of insertion holes respectively formed at two opposite sides of the bowl basket base; the bottom of each movable row is provided with an inserting column corresponding to the two inserting holes.

Optionally, a jack post is arranged on the bowl basket base, and the jack is arranged on the jack post.

According to the technical scheme, the plurality of mounting positions 11 for the movable rows 20 to be selectively connected are arranged on the bowl basket base 10, so that a user can selectively mount one or more movable rows 20 to the proper mounting positions 11 according to the placing habits of the user and the size of tableware, and the tableware placing grooves formed by separating the mounted one or more movable rows 20 on the bowl basket can meet the placing habits of the user and the size suitable for the placed tableware, so that the applicability of the bowl basket is improved; that is, the bowl basket provided by the technical scheme of the invention can provide more independent placing spaces for users, and the distance between the movable rows 20 can be adjusted according to the use requirements of different users, so that the purpose of improving the placing experience of the users is achieved.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, further, each mounting position 11 includes a pair of insertion holes 110 respectively disposed at two opposite sides of the bowl basket base 10; the bottom of each movable row 20 is provided with a plugging column 23 corresponding to each of the two plugging holes 110. In this embodiment, the movable row 20 and the mounting position 11 are detachably mounted in an inserting manner, so that the inserting operation is convenient, and no additional auxiliary tool (such as a screwdriver or the like) is required; however, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the movable row 20 and the mounting position 11 may be mounted by, but not limited to, a detachable connection manner such as a snap connection, a screw lock attachment connection, and the like. In addition, in this embodiment, each mounting position 11 includes a pair of insertion holes 110, so that the movable row 20 cannot rotate after being assembled on the mounting position 11, and the mounting is stable; furthermore, the insertion holes 110 are located at the side of the bowl basket base 10, so that the insertion holes 110 that are not selected to be inserted at the middle position of the bowl basket base 10 can be prevented from interfering with the placement of the tableware.

Furthermore, jack posts 111 are arranged on the bowl basket base 10, and the jack holes 110 are arranged on the jack posts 111; therefore, the inserting hole 110 can have a larger depth, so that the inserting column 23 of the movable row 20 is not easy to be separated from the inserting hole 110 after being inserted into the inserting hole 110, the movable row 20 is more reliably mounted with the mounting position 11, and the movable row 20 can provide more reliable support for the tableware. In this embodiment, the receptacle column 111 and the bowl and basket base 10 may be connected and fixed by, but not limited to, screwing, welding, etc.

Further, the movable row 20 includes a support rod 21 and a plurality of position-limiting rods 22 disposed at intervals on the support rod 21. Without loss of generality, a limiting groove for limiting and placing one or more stacked tableware is formed between any two adjacent limiting rods 22. Optionally, on the same movable row 20, the distance between any two adjacent limiting rods 22 is the same, so that the user can neatly place the tableware of the same type on the same movable row 20; of course, on the same movable row 20, the distance between at least one adjacent two limiting rods 22 may be different from the distance between another adjacent two limiting rods 22, so that the users can place tableware of different types on the same movable row 20, thereby meeting the requirements of different users having different tableware placing habits. It can be understood that, in the present embodiment, the insertion column 23 is connected to a side of the support rod 21 away from the limiting rod 22.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, further, at least two movable rows 20 are provided.

In this embodiment, optionally, the number of the limiting rods 22 of at least two different movable rows 20 is different; it can be understood that the two movable rows 20 have different numbers of spacing grooves separated by the spacing rod 22, so that the user can select the movable row 20 with the matching number of spacing grooves for use according to the requirement of the user for placing the tableware.

Further optionally, the stop bars 22 of at least two different movable rows 20 are of different heights; it can be understood that the tableware is usually placed on the side, the height of the limiting rod 22 corresponds to the width of the tableware, and the height of the limiting rod 22 is different, so that the width of the tableware suitable for being supported by the limiting rods 22 of the two movable rows 20 is different, and thus a user can select the movable row 20 with the height matched with the height of the limiting rod 22 according to the width of the tableware to be placed by the user.

Further optionally, the inclination of the stop rods 22 of at least two different movable rows 20 is different; it can be understood that the two movable rows 20 have different inclined extending directions of the spacing grooves separated by the spacing rods 22, so that the user can select the movable row 20 with the matching inclined extending direction of the spacing groove according to the requirement of placing the inclined degree of the tableware. In addition, in this embodiment, on the same movable row 20, some of the limiting rows may extend obliquely toward one direction, and other limiting rods 22 may extend obliquely toward the opposite direction, so that on the same movable row 20, at least two oblique extending directions of the limiting grooves separated by the limiting rods 22 can exist.

Further optionally, the spacing between two adjacent limiting rods 22 on at least two different movable rows 20 is different; it can be understood that the tableware is usually placed on the side, the spacing between the limiting rods 22 corresponds to the height of the tableware, and the spacing between the limiting rods 22 is different, so that the heights of the tableware suitable for being supported by the limiting rods 22 of the two movable rows 20 are different, and therefore, a user can select the movable row 20 with the spacing matching between the limiting rods 22 for use according to the requirement of the height of the user for placing the tableware.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, further, the bowl and basket base 10 is further provided with a plurality of mounting positions 11 arranged at intervals along the second direction; wherein the second direction is different from the first direction; therefore, the bowl basket can provide more tableware placing options for users, and the users can arrange the movable rows 20 along the first direction or the second direction according to the tableware placing requirements. In the present embodiment, the direction of the door of the dishwasher is the front, and the first direction is the front-back direction and the second direction is the left-right direction, but the first direction and the second direction may be interchanged, that is, the first direction is the left-right direction and the second direction is the front-back direction. In addition, when necessary, the first direction may be set to be inclined with respect to the front-back direction or the left-right direction, which is not limited in the present invention. Furthermore, considering that the width of the bowl basket in the first direction and the second direction is usually different, at least two movable rows 20 can be provided which can be adapted to the two widths, and the length of the support bars 21 of the two movable rows 20 is different.

Further, in the same direction, the distance between any two adjacent mounting positions 11 is the same, so that the standardization of the bowl basket is facilitated. For the bowl basket, the distance between two adjacent mounting positions 11 is usually smaller, so that a user has more mounting positions 11 to select, and the user can adjust the distance between adjacent movable rows 20 by selecting different mounting positions 11 to meet the placing requirements of tableware in different sizes.

However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the distance between at least one two adjacent mounting locations 11 is different from the distance between another two adjacent mounting locations 11 in the same direction. Generally, the cup holder bracket 31 has at least two legs 311 adapted to be inserted into the insertion holes 110, and the two legs 311 are respectively inserted into two insertion holes 110 belonging to different mounting positions 11 on the same side (which may be a side extending in the front-back direction or a side extending in the left-right direction) of the bowl basket base 10. Of course, in other embodiments, the two legs 311 of the cup holder bracket 31 can be inserted into the pair of insertion holes 110 belonging to the same mounting position 11, so that the supporting function of the cup holder bracket 31 on the cup holder 32 is not affected. In addition, in the present embodiment, the cup holder 32 is optionally rotatably connected to the cup holder bracket 31 to have a parallel bearing position relative to the basket base 10 and a vertical storage position relative to the basket base 10.

Referring to fig. 8 to 10, further, the bowl basket further comprises a supporting bottom net 40, and the supporting bottom net 40 is detachably connected to at least one mounting position 11. It will be appreciated that the supporting bottom net 40 is disposed parallel to the basket base 10, and is of a relatively flat configuration suitable for holding large pieces of cookware or tableware; when a user desires to place a pot or other larger sized cookware or tableware in the basket, the user may directly select the supporting bottom net 40 for placement. In this embodiment, the supporting bottom net 40 generally has at least three supporting legs 41 which are not in the same straight line and are adapted to be inserted into the insertion holes 110, so as to realize stable support for the supporting bottom net 40; of course, the three sockets 110 are usually assigned to three different mounting positions 11; however, the design is not limited thereto, in other embodiments, when the annular mounting position 11 is disposed in the middle of the bowl and basket base 10, the bottom of the supporting bottom net 40 may also be only provided with a connecting portion suitable for connecting the annular mounting position 11, so that the supporting bottom net 40 can be stably supported only by detachably connecting to one mounting position 11.

That is, with the bowl basket provided by the technical scheme of the present invention, a user can selectively load the movable row 20 or the supporting bottom net 40, and also selectively load the cup holder bracket 31 and the cup holder 32 according to the requirement of placing tableware, thereby realizing the satisfaction of different tableware placing habits and different sizes of bowls, dishes, cups, cookers, etc.

The invention also provides a dishwasher, which comprises a bowl basket, wherein the specific structure of the bowl basket refers to the embodiments, and the dishwasher adopts all the technical schemes of all the embodiments, so that the dishwasher at least has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical schemes of the embodiments, and the detailed description is omitted.

Further, the basket base 10 of the basket is a bottom wall of the inner container 11 of the dishwasher (see fig. 1); that is, the mounting position 11 for detachably connecting the movable row 20, the cup holder bracket and the supporting bottom net is directly configured on the bottom wall of the inner container 1, so that the bowl basket base 10 independent from the inner container 1 is not required to be arranged, and the cost is reduced; in addition, the movable row 20, the cup stand bracket and the supporting bottom net can not displace relative to the bottom wall of the inner container 1, so that the shaking of the tableware is reduced in the process of washing the tableware by the dish washer, and the collision probability of the tableware is reduced.

Further, the mounting position 11 of the bowl basket avoids the spray arm on the inner container 1; for example, when the mounting position 11 is configured as a jack post, the position and height of the jack post can avoid the spray arm, so as to avoid the jack post from limiting the rotation of the spray arm, and ensure that the dish washing machine can wash tableware well.
