Referring to fig. 3, the difference between the present embodiment and embodiment 1 is that the angle adjusting mechanism 5 is further provided with a detecting assembly 7 for detecting a current tilt state of the display screen, the detecting assembly 7 includes a first photosensor 71 and a second photosensor 72, the first photosensor 71 and the second photosensor 72 are respectively provided with a first shielding plate 73 and a second shielding plate 74 for shielding optical signals thereof, the first shielding plate 73 and the second shielding plate 74 are annular plates with a gap 75 and are concentrically arranged with the driving shaft 53, in the present embodiment, the first shielding plate 73 and the second shielding plate 74 are fixed by a fixing ring sleeved on the driving shaft 53 or the damping shaft 586, and the gaps 75 of the first shielding plate 73 and the second shielding plate 74 are not completely overlapped to ensure that only one photosensor is shielded; the inclined state includes a forward tilting state, a backward tilting state and a vertical state, when the display screen is in the vertical state, the optical signals of the first photoelectric sensor 71 and the second photoelectric sensor 72 are simultaneously shielded, when the display screen is in the forward tilting state, only the optical signal of the first photoelectric sensor 71 is shielded, and when the display screen is in the backward tilting state, only the optical signal of the second photoelectric sensor 72 is shielded.
Specifically, when the display screen is in a vertical state, the optical signals of the first photosensor 71 and the second photosensor 72 are simultaneously blocked; when the display screen is in a forward tilting state, the first photoelectric sensor 71 is shielded by the annular surface of the first shielding plate 73, the notch 75 of the second shielding plate 74 is just shifted to the second photoelectric sensor 72, and the optical signal of the second photoelectric sensor 72 is not shielded, that is, only the optical signal of the first photoelectric sensor 71 is shielded; when the display screen is in a backward leaning state, only the optical signal of the second photoelectric sensor 72 is shielded, the control program judges the current forward leaning state of the display screen through the condition that whether the optical signals of the first photoelectric sensor 71 and the second photoelectric sensor 72 are shielded, before the display screen is put into the shell 1, the control program judges the current leaning state of the display screen firstly, if the display screen is not in a vertical state, the drive shaft 53 is controlled to rotate to adjust the display screen to the vertical state (namely, the drive shaft 53 is controlled to rotate until the optical signals of the first photoelectric sensor 71 and the second photoelectric sensor 72 are shielded at the same time)
According to the invention, through the detection assembly 7, whether the display screen is in a vertical state before being stored can be judged, the display screen is reset to the vertical state through the judgment result, the angle is not required to be adjusted manually, meanwhile, the display screen is effectively prevented from colliding with the notch 81 and the opening 111 in the storage process, the storage of the display screen is more convenient and smooth, and the safety degree is higher.
Example 4
Referring to fig. 4 to 5, an installation structure of a frameless elevator, including a table top 8 disposed above the elevator, the upper end surface 11 includes an installation ring surface 113 disposed at an edge of the upper end surface 11, an inner side of the installation ring surface 113 extends upwards and bends to form a protruding wall 112 for installation and positioning and for the cover plate 2 to move, the inside of the protruding wall 112 is hollow, an opening 111 is disposed on an upper surface of the protruding wall 112, a groove 82 for accommodating the protruding wall 112 is disposed at the bottom of the table top 8, a notch 81 adapted to the opening 111 is disposed at the bottom of the groove 82 in a penetrating manner, and a size of the notch 81 can be set to be equal to or slightly larger than the opening 111.
The elevator can be applied to places such as training rooms, meeting rooms and the like, and as the table top 8 usually has a certain thickness, in order to avoid the collision between the cover plate 2 and the inner wall of the notch 81 when moving along the inclined slide rail 41, the bottom of the notch 81 is provided with the groove 82, and the elevator is correspondingly provided with the convex wall 112 so as to provide enough activity space for the cover plate 2 when moving along the inclined slide rail 41.
On the other hand, in the installation process of the invention, the opening 111 and the notch 81 can be quickly assembled and overlapped in a precise manner in the vertical direction by inserting the raised wall 112 into the groove 82, so that the quick installation and positioning of the lifter are realized, and then the lifter and the table top 8 are fixed.
According to the invention, only the notch 81 matched with the opening 111 in specification and size is formed in the table top 8, and the improvement of the upper end surface 11 of the elevator and the bottom of the table top 8 is combined, so that the mounting effects of small opening of the table top 8 and no frame in elevator mounting are effectively realized, the effective utilization of the space of the table top 8 is facilitated, and the table top 8 is neat and beautiful.
As a specific embodiment of the present invention, at least one inner wall of the raised wall 112 along the length direction is an inclined plane gradually extending from the opening 111 to the lower side, so that the outer diameter and width of the raised wall 112 are reduced, and the cover plate 2 is prevented from colliding with the inner wall of the raised wall 112 when moving along the inclined slide rail 41, thereby reducing the consumable material.

Claims (10)

1. A frameless elevator comprises a shell, wherein the upper end surface of the shell is provided with an opening, a cover plate is movably arranged at the opening, a lifting frame capable of performing lifting action is further arranged in the shell, the frameless elevator is characterized in that a linkage mechanism used for driving the cover plate to synchronously perform opening and closing movement along with the lifting of the lifting frame is arranged between the lifting frame and the cover plate, the linkage mechanism comprises an inclined slide rail arranged along the inclined direction and a sliding block arranged on the inclined slide rail in a sliding manner, the inclined slide rail is arranged at two sides in the shell, the sliding block is connected with a buffering power-assisted spring used for providing downward sliding tension for the sliding block and a traction rope used for providing upward sliding tension for the sliding block, the traction rope is sleeved with a limiting block, the lifting frame is provided with a synchronous pressing plate used for pressing the limiting block downwards to enable the traction, the traction rope is connected with the sliding block after being turned by the turning piece.

The frameless elevator defined in claim 1, wherein a fixed ear plate is provided below the housing, a limit ear plate is provided below the steering member, limit guide holes for limiting and guiding the pulling rope are respectively provided on the limit ear plate and the synchronous pressing plate, one end of the pulling rope is connected to the fixed ear plate, the other end of the pulling rope sequentially passes through the synchronous pressing plate and the limit guide holes on the limit ear plate and is connected to the upper end of the sliding block after being steered by the steering member, and the limit block is provided between the fixed ear plate and the synchronous pressing plate.
3. The frameless elevator defined in claim 2, wherein an auxiliary spring is disposed above the fixed ear plate, the auxiliary spring being sleeved outside the pulling rope.

The frameless elevator defined in claim 2, wherein the inclined rails are laterally provided with sliding grooves, the sliding blocks comprise sliding ends that slide along the inclined rails and connecting ends for connecting cover plates, transition sections that pass through the sliding grooves are provided between the sliding ends and the connecting ends, and cover plate support arms are provided between the connecting ends and the cover plates in a vertical direction.

The frameless elevator defined in claim 1, wherein the axis of the buffer booster spring is parallel to the inclined slide rail, a fixing block for fixing the buffer booster spring is disposed beside the inclined slide rail, and both ends of the buffer booster spring are respectively connected to the fixing block and the slide block.

The frameless elevator of claim 1, wherein the elevating frame is rotatably connected with a display screen, an angle adjusting mechanism for adjusting the inclination angle of the display screen is arranged between the elevating frame and the display screen, the angle adjusting mechanism comprises a fixing frame, a screen rotating shaft and a driving shaft for driving the screen rotating shaft to rotate, the screen rotating shaft and the driving shaft are rotatably arranged on the fixing frame, the screen rotating shaft and the driving shaft are respectively sleeved with a driven fixed wheel and a driving fixed wheel, a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod which are parallel to each other are connected between the driven fixed wheel and the driving fixed wheel, two ends of the first connecting rod and two ends of the second connecting rod are respectively hinged to the driven fixed wheel and the driving fixed wheel, and the driving shaft is connected with a driving component for driving the driving shaft to rotate.

The frameless elevator defined in claim 6, wherein the drive assembly comprises a first speed reducer and a second speed reducer respectively connected with a drive motor, the first speed reducer and the second speed reducer are both double-shaft worm gear and worm speed reducers, the first speed reducer and the second speed reducer are connected through an elastic coupling, output shafts of the first speed reducer and the second speed reducer, which are far away from each other, are respectively connected with a rigid coupling, and the drive shaft and the rigid coupling are connected with each other through a damping shaft.

The frameless elevator defined in claim 6, wherein the angle adjustment mechanism further comprises a detection assembly for detecting the current tilt state of the display screen, the detection assembly comprises a first photoelectric sensor and a second photoelectric sensor, the first photoelectric sensor and the second photoelectric sensor are respectively provided with a first shielding plate and a second shielding plate for shielding the optical signals thereof, the first shielding plate and the second shielding plate are annular plates with notches and are arranged concentrically with the drive shaft, and the notches of the first shielding plate and the second shielding plate are not completely overlapped; the inclined state comprises a forward tilting state, a backward tilting state and a vertical state, when the display screen is in the vertical state, optical signals of the first photoelectric sensor and the second photoelectric sensor are simultaneously shielded, when the display screen is in the forward tilting state, only the optical signal of the first photoelectric sensor is shielded, and when the display screen is in the backward tilting state, only the optical signal of the second photoelectric sensor is shielded.

The frameless elevator defined in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the elevator frame is connected to an elevator mechanism, the elevator mechanism comprises an elevator motor and a pulley transmission assembly, the pulley transmission assembly comprises a driving wheel, a synchronizing wheel and a conveyor belt sleeved between the driving wheel and the synchronizing wheel, the driving wheel is sleeved on an output shaft of the elevator motor, and the conveyor belt is connected to the elevator frame through a conveyor belt press block.

The mounting structure of a frameless elevator as defined in any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising a table top disposed above the elevator, wherein the upper end face comprises a mounting ring surface disposed at the edge of the upper end face, the inner side of the mounting ring surface extends and bends upward to form a raised wall for mounting, positioning and moving the cover plate, the raised wall is hollow inside, the opening is disposed on the upper surface of the raised wall, the bottom of the table top is provided with a groove for accommodating the raised wall, and the bottom of the groove is provided with a notch adapted to the opening.
