Abstract

本发明一种满金星竹钮扣的加工方法,挑选新挖的早圆竹竹兜,经去除杂质、清洗晾干后送入干燥窑干燥,剪去竹兜根须,将根须端头截平磨光;确定适合加工竹钮扣的竹兜部位,用横截锯截断;利用台式砂轮机将竹兜盘的两端面磨光后,配制磨光砂,倒入磨光机磨光,期间倒入200g茶子油,直至竹兜盘两表面及四周光滑圆润为止;取出竹兜盘,清洗晾干后,确定竹兜盘的圆心和4个打孔点,钻通孔,制成竹钮扣坯料;取出愚人金矿石,粉碎后按比例配制金粉漆,涂刷在竹钮扣坯料两表面,晾干后,制成满金星竹钮扣。本发明方法生产出的满金星竹钮扣美观大方,能够广泛用于服装、玩具、鞋帽和工艺品使用,本发明方法使早圆竹竹兜变废为宝,给山区竹兜利用探索了一条新的途径。

技术领域
本发明属于竹材加工技术领域,具体涉及一种满金星竹钮扣的加工方法。
背景技术
竹兜是山区毛竹砍伐后留下的剩余物,如果不及时清理,会影响竹子的生长和竹笋的发育。同时,传统的竹兜都是作为废料在山场上烧掉的,没有太大的使用价值。
本发明利用竹兜废料制造满金星竹钮扣,具有外观新颖别致,美观大方的特点,能够广泛用于服装、玩具、鞋帽和工艺品使用,变废为宝,给山区竹兜利用探索了一条新的途径。同时,还能够全面提升竹制品产业的科技含量和产品附加值,因此,具有广阔的发展前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对传统的山区废料竹兜利用存在的问题,提供一种满金星竹钮扣的加工方法,利用该方法制造的满金星竹钮扣,具有外观美丽自然,具有外观新颖别致,美观大方的特点,能够广泛用于服装、玩具、鞋帽和工艺品使用,使废料竹兜变废为宝,给山区竹兜利用探索了一条新的途径。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明提供了一种满金星竹钮扣的加工方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤1:挑选新挖的早圆竹竹兜,去除竹兜表面附着的泥土砂石,清洗晾干后送入干燥窑低温干燥,备用;
步骤2:剪去竹兜侧面生长着的长根须,利用手砂轮将每根根须端头截平磨光;
步骤3:观察整个竹兜的外观形态,找出适合加工竹钮扣的竹兜部位,用色笔标出;
步骤4:利用横截锯将竹兜上色笔标出的部位锯下,备用;
步骤5:利用台式砂轮机将步骤4制成的竹兜盘的两端面磨光后,按竹兜盘:海砂=10:1(质量比)的比例混合后,倒入摇摆式磨光机磨光,在竹兜盘开始磨光一小时后,往磨光机内倒入200g茶子油,继续磨光直到竹兜盘两表面及四周光滑圆润为止;
步骤6:取出磨光后的竹兜盘,用清水清洗后晾干,找出每个竹兜盘的圆心,用铅笔画出过圆心的交叉十字线,再用圆规过圆心,半径10mm画圆,与过圆心的交叉十字线交于4个点,在以这4个点为中心,用手动钻头钻4个直径5mm的通孔,制成竹钮扣坯料,备用;
步骤7:取愚人金矿石(黄铁矿FeS2),粉碎后过200目筛子,按愚人金粉:外购聚氨脂漆=5:100(质量比)混合,搅拌均匀后,备用;
步骤8:用毛刷蘸取聚氨脂金粉漆,均匀涂刷在竹钮扣坯料两表面,晾干后,制成满金星竹钮扣。
所述步骤1中早圆竹竹兜,必须满足杆形通直,外皮无损伤,且直径在35~40mm之间。
所述步骤2中在利用手砂轮给竹兜根须截平磨光的过程中,应小心操作,防止手砂轮损伤竹兜外壳。
所述步骤3中适合加工竹钮扣的竹兜部位,应具有竹节生长匀称,圆弧完美,竹须分布均匀且大小相当,竹兜外皮无虫害和其它人为损伤。
所述步骤4中利用横截锯将竹兜上色笔标出的竹兜部位锯下,为了保证制成品的对称美观,以竹节中间的根须环为基准,每个竹兜盘的截断厚度为8mm。
所述步骤5中在利用台式砂轮机将竹兜盘的两端面磨光的过程中,必须两端面同时按比例磨光,防止出现单面磨光影响整体视觉效果,磨削后的竹兜盘厚度为5.5mm。
所述步骤5中在调配磨光料的过程中所述的海砂,为天然海砂,经清水冲洗干燥后,过20目筛子。
所述步骤5中在竹兜盘磨光一小时后,往磨光机内倒入200g茶子油的目的是提高竹兜盘表面的油性,让后续产品竹钮扣的手感更加光滑圆润。
所述步骤6中找出每个竹兜盘圆心的方法,可采用在竹兜盘圆弧边任取3点,任意连接两点的垂直平分线的交点就是该竹兜盘的圆心。
所述步骤7中为保证愚人金粉与聚氨脂漆混合均匀,应采用超声波搅拌器来搅拌,且超声波搅拌器的转速不得低于4000转/分钟。
本发明的优点在于:提供一种满金星竹钮扣的加工方法,利用该方法制造的满金星竹钮扣,具有外观美丽自然,具有外观新颖别致,美观大方的特点,能够广泛用于服装、玩具、鞋帽和工艺品使用,使废料竹兜变废为宝,给山区竹兜利用探索了一条新的途径。

具体实施方式
一种满金星竹钮扣的加工方法的具体步骤为:
步骤1:挑选新挖的早圆竹竹兜,去除竹兜表面附着的泥土砂石,清洗晾干后送入干燥窑低温干燥,备用;
步骤2:剪去竹兜侧面生长着的长根须,利用手砂轮将每根根须端头截平磨光;
步骤3:观察整个竹兜的外观形态,找出适合加工竹钮扣的竹兜部位,用色笔标出;
步骤4:利用横截锯将竹兜上色笔标出的部位锯下,备用;

Claims (10)

1.一种满金星竹钮扣的加工方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:挑选新挖的早圆竹竹兜,去除竹兜表面附着的泥土砂石,清洗晾干后送入干燥窑低温干燥,备用;
步骤2:剪去竹兜侧面生长着的长根须,利用手砂轮将每根根须端头截平磨光;
步骤3:观察整个竹兜的外观形态,找出适合加工竹钮扣的竹兜部位,用色笔标出;
步骤4:利用横截锯将竹兜上色笔标出的部位锯下,备用;
步骤5:利用台式砂轮机将步骤4制成的竹兜盘的两端面磨光后,按竹兜盘:海砂=10:1(质量比)的比例混合后,倒入摇摆式磨光机磨光,在竹兜盘开始磨光一小时后,往磨光机内倒入200g茶子油,继续磨光直到竹兜盘两表面及四周光滑圆润为止;
