The food processing proofing chamber of the present embodiment, please refer to fig. 1-3, comprising:
a first vehicle room: the top of the first workshop is provided with a plurality of air blowers 2, the air blowers 2 are connected through first pipelines, and the bottom of the first workshop is provided with a radiator and a water tank which is arranged close to the radiator and used for water flow;
a second compartment for proofing food: a second pipeline 7 for steam delivery is arranged on the inner wall, close to the first workshop, in the second workshop, the second pipeline 7 is sequentially connected with a pneumatic valve 3 for automatic temperature closing and a bypass valve 4 for standby use, and the bypass valve is used for opening the bypass valve 4 when other valves are damaged so as to facilitate normal production; and
a temperature controller 1.

The temperature controller is controlled by an electromagnetic valve, and a commercially available temperature controller can be adopted. Pneumatic valves and bypass valves are commercially available.
In actual production, when food needs to be proofed, the pneumatic valve is started, after the temperature meets the requirement, the pneumatic valve is automatically closed, the temperature of a second workshop is adjusted through the steam conveying pipeline, the air blower is used for adjusting the indoor temperature in a matching mode, water flowing out of the heating radiator directly enters a sewer through the water tank, the characteristics of large space and low cost are ingeniously achieved, the pneumatic control system is practical, convenient and efficient, and the pictures 1-3 are related equipment in actual production.

a second compartment for proofing food: a second pipeline for steam delivery is arranged on the inner wall of the second workshop, which is close to the first workshop, and the second pipeline is sequentially connected with a pneumatic valve for automatic temperature closing and a bypass valve for standby; and
a temperature controller.
