The user terminal can be, but is not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers and portable wearable devices; the pico base station may be an integrated pico base station or a distributed pico base station.
The neighbor cell switching method, the neighbor cell switching device, the pico-base station and the storage medium provided by the embodiment of the application aim to solve the technical problem that in the prior art, when a user terminal is located in an area overlapped by a plurality of cells and the signal quality of the current cell is poor, the cell is frequently switched by the user terminal to influence the switching index and influence the base station index of the pico-base station. The following describes in detail the technical solutions of the present application and how the technical solutions of the present application solve the above technical problems by embodiments and with reference to the drawings. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments.
It should be noted that, in the neighbor cell switching method provided in this embodiment of the present application, the execution main body may be a neighbor cell switching apparatus, and the neighbor cell switching apparatus may be implemented as part or all of a pico-base station in a software, hardware, or combination of software and hardware. In the following embodiments of the method, the execution subject is a pico-base station as an example.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of a method for switching a neighboring cell according to an embodiment of the present application is shown, and as shown in fig. 2, the method for switching a neighboring cell according to the embodiment may include the following steps:
step S100, receiving a measurement report sent by the ue through the current remote unit.
The pico base station is an LTE base station device mainly oriented to medium and small coverage scenes and is used for improving indoor coverage of an LTE network. The building of the pico-base station does not need to re-build a machine room, and the purpose of quickly building the station can be achieved only by the network, the core network, the gateway and the matched network management of the existing network, so that the station building cost is reduced. Therefore, the pico-base station is widely applied to medium and small coverage scenes such as medium and small enterprise customers, hotels, residential districts, office buildings, shopping malls and supermarkets.
The pico base station includes a plurality of remote units, and in this embodiment, the measurement report is received by the pico base station through the current remote unit. Specifically, the pico base station includes a host unit, the host unit is connected with a plurality of extension units, each stage of extension unit can access a plurality of remote units, the remote units serve as signal transmitting terminals to carry out signal coverage, and different remote units cover different areas of a current cell corresponding to the pico base station. In this embodiment, the ue is in the network coverage area of the current remote unit in the current cell.
Step S200, based on the measurement report, obtaining a plurality of measurement neighbor cell identifications meeting the switching condition.
LTE networks are used to provide users with experiences of voice and high network rates, one of the requirements is to provide an uninterrupted connection between the base station and the user terminal, while handover of the user terminal serving cell is the main means to ensure service continuity. In the initial stage of building the base station, the pico-base station configures a base station neighbor cell list according to a neighbor cell configuration principle, wherein the base station neighbor cell list comprises a plurality of neighbor cells for cell switching of the user terminal in the current cell covered by the pico-base station. In this embodiment, the measurement report sent by the user terminal is obtained by the user terminal performing neighbor cell measurement according to the base station neighbor cell list sent by the pico-base station.
In this embodiment, as an implementation manner, the measurement report includes a plurality of neighbor identifiers, and the step S200 may specifically be that the plurality of neighbor identifiers are screened based on a preset switching condition, so as to obtain a plurality of measured neighbor identifiers meeting the switching condition.
Specifically, the measurement report includes a plurality of neighbor cell identifiers measured by the user terminal, each neighbor cell identifier corresponds to a neighbor cell measured by the user terminal, and it can be understood that the neighbor cells measured by the user terminal are all neighbor cells existing in the base station neighbor cell list. The method comprises the steps that a pico base station screens a plurality of neighbor cell identifiers based on preset switching conditions to obtain a plurality of measured neighbor cell identifiers meeting the switching conditions; the switching condition of this embodiment may be that, if the user terminal measures a neighboring cell corresponding to the neighboring cell identifier and the signal strength and channel quality of the neighboring cell are better than the coverage area of the current remote unit, the neighboring cell corresponding to the neighboring cell identifier satisfies the switching condition of the user terminal switching, and the pico-base station takes the neighboring cell identifier as a filtered measured neighboring cell identifier; and the pico-base station screens the plurality of neighbor cell identifiers measured by the user terminal according to the switching condition to obtain a plurality of measured neighbor cell identifiers meeting the switching condition.
In other embodiments, the switching condition may also be that, if the base station index corresponding to the neighbor cell identifier measured by the user terminal is superior to the base station index of the current pico-base station, the neighbor cell corresponding to the neighbor cell identifier satisfies the switching condition for switching the user terminal, and the neighbor cell identifier is used as a measured neighbor cell identifier; and the pico-base station screens the plurality of neighbor cell identifiers measured by the user terminal according to the switching condition to obtain a plurality of measured neighbor cell identifiers meeting the switching condition. The base station index may include a network congestion rate, a channel quality, a handover success rate, and the like of the base station.
Step S300, find whether there is a handover cell id corresponding to the current remote unit in the current target neighbor list.
In this embodiment, the target neighboring cell list is preset in the pico-base station, where the target neighboring cell list includes identifiers of multiple remote units, and an identifier of a remote unit corresponds to a handover cell identifier, where the handover cell identifier represents a neighboring cell in which a user terminal in a coverage area of the corresponding remote unit can be uniquely handed over, that is, a user terminal in a coverage area of a remote unit can only be handed over to a neighboring cell corresponding to the handover cell identifier corresponding to the remote unit, but cannot be handed over to other neighboring cells in the neighboring cell list of the pico-base station.
The pico-base station searches in a current target neighbor cell list, whether a handover cell identifier corresponding to a current remote unit exists or not exists, if the handover cell identifier corresponding to the current remote unit exists in the current target neighbor cell list, the user terminal in a coverage area of the current remote unit is characterized to be configured with a neighbor cell capable of being uniquely switched.
In this embodiment, the target neighbor cell list is determined based on the coverage areas corresponding to the base station neighbor cell list of the pico-base station and each remote unit, and specifically, a neighbor cell overlapping with the coverage area of the remote unit in the base station neighbor cell list may be used as a neighbor cell to which the user terminal in the coverage area of the remote unit can be uniquely switched.
Step S400, if yes, detecting whether the multiple measured neighbor cell identifications include a switching cell identification.
If the pico-base station finds a switching cell identifier corresponding to the current remote unit in the current target neighbor list, detecting whether the switching cell identifier is included in a plurality of measuring neighbor identifiers, namely detecting whether the switching cell identifier is one of the plurality of measuring neighbor identifiers which meet the switching condition and are measured by the user terminal; it can be understood that, if there is a handover cell identifier corresponding to the current remote unit in the current target neighboring cell list, but the handover cell identifier is not among the multiple measured neighboring cell identifiers that are measured by the user terminal and satisfy the handover condition, the user terminal still cannot perform cell handover, and in this case, the target neighboring cell list needs to be updated.
Step S500, if yes, the user terminal is switched from the current cell to the target cell corresponding to the switched cell identifier.
If the plurality of measured neighbor cell identifications comprise the switching cell identification, the pico-base station switches the user terminal from the current cell to a target cell corresponding to the switching cell identification; in this embodiment, only when the target cell corresponding to the current remote unit is configured in the target neighbor list measured by the user terminal and the target cell meets the handover condition, the user terminal may perform cell handover and may only perform handover to the target cell.
Further, as an implementation manner, when the pico-base station switches the user terminal from the current cell to the target cell corresponding to the handover cell identifier, it needs to detect a base station index of the pico-base station and a base station alarm state, if the base station index indicates that the current traffic of the pico-base station is congested, the base station alarm state shows a congestion alarm, and the pico-base station switches the user terminal from the current cell to the target cell corresponding to the handover cell identifier and having a normal base station state.
In the embodiment, a measurement report sent by a user terminal is received through a current remote unit; acquiring a plurality of measuring neighbor cell identifications meeting switching conditions based on the measuring report; searching whether a switching cell identifier corresponding to the current remote unit exists in a current target neighbor cell list; if yes, detecting whether the multiple measurement neighbor cell identifications comprise a switching cell identification; if so, switching the user terminal from the current cell to a target cell corresponding to the switching cell identifier; therefore, when the pico-base station receives a measurement report sent by the user terminal, the pico-base station switches the user terminal from the current cell to a target cell corresponding to the switching cell identifier only when the switching cell identifier corresponding to the current remote unit is found in the current target neighbor list and a plurality of measurement neighbor identifiers meeting the switching condition in the measurement report comprise the switching cell identifier; the method and the device avoid the problems that in the traditional technology, when the user terminal is in an area covered by a plurality of cells in an overlapping way and the signal quality of the current cell of the user terminal is poor, the switching times are increased due to the frequent switching of the cells by the user terminal, the switching index is influenced, and further the base station index of the pico-base station is influenced; in this embodiment, the pico-base station controls the user terminal to switch to the target cell corresponding to the handover cell identifier only when the handover condition is satisfied according to the correspondence between the remote unit configured in the target neighbor cell list and the handover cell identifier, which improves the cell handover index and the base station index, and realizes the optimization of the user terminal neighbor cell handover. The embodiment is beneficial to the implementation of scenes with complex service, dense access and frequent switching, such as large business circles. The embodiment reduces the repeated switching of the adjacent cells of the user terminal, avoids the switching blockage caused by the repeated switching, reduces the storage consumption and the calculation resource consumption of the pico-cell, can also reduce the signaling interaction among the user terminal, the pico-cell and the core network by reducing the repeated switching of the user terminal, and improves the utilization rate of the channel.
On the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, referring to fig. 3, the method for switching the neighboring cell in this embodiment further includes the steps shown in fig. 3, specifically:
step S610, acquiring a base station neighbor cell list and each coverage area corresponding to each remote unit; the base station neighbor cell list comprises a plurality of configured neighbor cell identifiers.
In this embodiment, the pico-base station obtains a base station neighbor list configured for the pico-base station at an initial stage of the building station, where the base station neighbor list is configured according to a neighbor configuration principle, the neighbor configuration principle includes that cells directly adjacent to each other in a geographical position are generally used as neighbors, the neighbors generally require mutual neighbors, that is, a sector a sets a sector B as a neighbor, a sector B also needs to be set as a neighbor, and the base station neighbor list places the neighbor with the strongest possible signal near the front end of the list, and so on.
The method comprises the steps that a pico base station acquires coverage areas corresponding to remote units in the pico base station; specifically, different remote units in the pico-base station cover different areas of the current cell corresponding to the pico-base station, and the coverage overlapping areas of different remote units and each neighboring cell in the neighboring cell list of the base station are also different.
Step S620, the base station neighbor cell list and each coverage area are sent to the network manager.
And the pico-base station sends the acquired base station neighbor cell list and each coverage area to network management information to be sent to network management, so that the network management can configure a target neighbor cell list. The network management is a network management center set by an operator for each area and used for managing the network equipment in the corresponding area.
Step S630, receiving the target neighbor list fed back by the network manager.
The target neighbor cell list comprises the identification of each remote unit and switching information respectively corresponding to the identification of each remote unit, and the switching information comprises a switching cell identification or is null; the switching cell mark is determined by the network management from a plurality of configured neighbor cell marks according to each coverage area.
Specifically, for a remote unit, the network manager searches for a neighboring cell capable of covering the coverage area of the remote unit in a base station neighboring cell list, and if the network manager only finds a neighboring cell capable of covering the coverage area of the remote unit, the found neighboring cell is used as a neighboring cell in which a user terminal in the coverage area of the remote unit can be uniquely switched, that is, the identifier of the found neighboring cell is stored in a target neighboring cell list as a switching cell identifier corresponding to the remote unit; if the network manager finds a plurality of adjacent cells capable of covering the coverage area of the remote unit, the adjacent cell with the best signal quality is selected from the plurality of adjacent cells, and the identifier of the adjacent cell with the best signal quality is stored in a target adjacent cell list as the identifier of the switching cell corresponding to the remote unit. And by analogy, configuring the neighbor cells which can be uniquely switched by the user terminal in the coverage area of the remote units of the pico-base station for the plurality of remote units of the pico-base station respectively, and completing the configuration of the target neighbor cell list. It should be noted that, if the signal quality of each neighboring cell in the base station neighboring cell list is lower than the current cell in which the user terminal is located, the far-end unit may also not be set with the identity of the handover cell, that is, the handover information corresponding to the identity of the far-end unit is null. And under the condition that the switching cell identification is not configured in the target neighbor cell list, the user terminal in the coverage area of the remote unit can not be switched to any cell.
In other embodiments, in addition to receiving the target neighbor list sent by the network manager, as an implementation manner, the target neighbor list is preset by the pico-base station, and specifically, the target neighbor list may be a target neighbor list input by a receiving user; the target neighbor list comprises the identification of each remote unit and switching information corresponding to the identification of each remote unit, and the switching information comprises a switching cell identification or is empty; a switch cell identification is determined from a plurality of configured neighbor cell identifications included in a base station neighbor cell list of a pico-base station according to the coverage area corresponding to each remote unit.
In this embodiment, a list of neighboring cells of a base station and each coverage area corresponding to each remote unit are obtained; the base station neighbor cell list comprises a plurality of configured neighbor cell identifiers; sending the base station neighbor list and each coverage area to a network manager; receiving a target neighbor list fed back by a network manager; therefore, the user terminal in the coverage area of one remote unit is provided with the only switchable neighbor cell or not, the problems that when the user terminal is in the overlapped coverage area of a plurality of cells and the signal quality of the current cell of the user terminal is poor, the switching frequency caused by frequent cell switching of the user terminal is increased, the switching index is influenced, and further the base station index of the pico-base station is influenced are solved.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a neighbor cell switching method according to another embodiment. On the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the method for switching the neighboring cell according to this embodiment further includes:
step S700, updating the target neighbor list based on a preset updating condition.
In the base station neighbor cell list, the signal quality of each neighbor cell is changed, and the network manager can set an update period to update the switching information corresponding to the identification of each remote unit in the target neighbor cell list.
Specifically, for a remote unit, when the update period is reached, the network manager searches for a neighboring cell capable of covering the coverage area of the remote unit in a base station neighboring cell list, and if the network manager searches for a plurality of neighboring cells capable of covering the coverage area of the remote unit, selects a neighboring cell with the best signal quality among the neighboring cells, it can be understood that the neighboring cell with the best signal quality currently selected this time may not be the same cell as a handover neighboring cell configured for the remote unit before in a target neighboring cell list, and based on the search result, the network manager reconfigures the neighboring cell with the best signal quality currently selected this time for the remote unit in the target neighboring cell list, and takes the neighboring cell selected this time as the updated neighboring cell that the user terminal in the coverage area of the remote unit can only switch; similarly, each remote unit is updated to complete the update of the target neighbor list, and the updated target neighbor list is fed back to the pico-base station.
Therefore, the updating of the switching information corresponding to the remote unit is realized, the user terminal can be switched to the target cell with good signal quality when the signal quality of the current cell is poor, and the user experience and the service quality are improved.
Fig. 5 is a schematic flowchart of a neighboring cell switching method provided in another embodiment, where on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the neighboring cell switching method in this embodiment further includes:
step S410, if the target neighbor cell list does not have the handover cell id corresponding to the current remote unit, the user terminal does not perform neighbor cell handover.
The pico base station receives a measurement report sent by a user terminal through a current remote unit; acquiring a plurality of measuring neighbor cell identifications meeting switching conditions based on the measuring report; searching whether a switching cell identifier corresponding to the current remote unit exists in the current target neighbor cell list; and if the target neighbor cell list does not have the switching cell identification corresponding to the current remote unit, the user terminal does not carry out neighbor cell switching. Specifically, when configuring the target neighbor cell list, if the signal quality of each neighbor cell in the base station neighbor cell list is lower than the current cell in which the user terminal is located, the current remote unit is not set with the identity of the handover cell, that is, the handover information corresponding to the identity of the current remote unit is null. And under the condition that the current remote unit is not configured with the switching cell identification, the user terminal can not be switched to any cell. Therefore, under the condition that the indexes of the current cell base station where the user terminal is located are good, unnecessary frequent switching of the user terminal is avoided.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, as an implementation manner, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the method for switching the neighboring cell according to this embodiment further includes:
step S510, if the multiple measured neighboring cell identifiers do not include the handover cell identifier, the ue does not perform neighboring cell handover.
And if the plurality of measured neighbor cell identifiers do not comprise the switching cell identifier, the user terminal does not switch the neighbor cells. The pico-base station can only switch to the target cell corresponding to the switching cell identifier corresponding to the current remote unit when the user terminal can perform cell switching according to the setting of the target neighbor cell list, and if the plurality of measured neighbor cell identifiers do not include the switching cell identifier, the signal intensity and the channel quality of the target cell corresponding to the switching cell identifier are lower than those of the current cell where the current remote unit is located, the user terminal cannot perform cell switching, and the switching times of the user terminal are reduced.
It can be understood that, if the target neighbor cell list does not have the handover cell identifier corresponding to the current remote unit, and the multiple measured neighbor cell identifiers do not include the handover cell identifier, the user terminal does not perform neighbor cell handover as well.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating a neighbor cell switching method according to another embodiment. On the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, in the method for switching the neighboring cell of this embodiment, before the step S300, the method further includes:
step S800, determining whether the switch control switch corresponding to the current remote unit is turned on.
If the switch control switch is turned on, step S300 is executed to find whether a handover cell id corresponding to the current remote unit exists in the current target neighbor list.
The method for switching neighbor cells according to this embodiment will be described in detail by way of example.
In this embodiment, as an implementation manner, after the pico-base station successfully establishes the station, the current remote unit receives a measurement report sent by the user terminal; based on the measurement report, obtaining a plurality of measurement neighbor Cell identifiers meeting the switching condition, specifically, obtaining, by the pico-base station, the measurement neighbor Cell identifiers Cell1 and Cell2, where the neighbor Cell corresponding to Cell1 and the neighbor Cell corresponding to Cell2 are common-frequency or different-frequency cells covering around the current Cell of the pico-base station, and are neighbor cells in which the signal strength and the channel quality measured by the user terminal are higher than those of the current Cell.
In this embodiment, the pico-base station includes three remote units, the identifiers of the corresponding remote units are RU1, RU2, and RU3, the target neighbor list may be sent to the pico-base station by the network manager or input to the pico-base station after user configuration, and the target neighbor list is shown in table 1:

TABLE 1
The pico-base station may pre-turn on the switch control switch corresponding to the current remote unit. After a measurement report sent by a user terminal is received through a current remote unit and a plurality of measurement neighbor cell identifications meeting switching conditions are obtained based on the measurement report, a pico-base station detects that a switching control switch corresponding to the current remote unit is opened, and then whether a switching cell identification corresponding to the current remote unit exists is searched in a current target neighbor cell list.
Specifically, if the user terminal is in the coverage area of RU1, the user terminal measures signals of Cell1 and Cell2, and the signal strengths of Cell1 and Cell2 are both higher than the signal strength of the coverage area of RU1, the pico-Cell finds in table 1 that there is a handover Cell identifier Cell1 corresponding to RU1, and the measurement neighbor Cell identifiers Cell1 and Cell2 include Cell1, even if it is assumed that the signal strength of Cell1 is lower than that of Cell2, the pico-Cell still controls the user terminal to handover to the target Cell corresponding to Cell 1.
If the user terminal is in the coverage area of RU2, the user terminal measures the signals of Cell1 and Cell2, and the signal strengths of Cell1 and Cell2 are both higher than the signal strength of the coverage area of RU2, the pico-Cell finds in table 1 that there is a handover Cell identifier Cell2 corresponding to RU2, and the measurement neighbor Cell identifiers Cell1 and Cell2 include Cell2, even if it is assumed that the signal strength of Cell2 is lower than that of Cell1, the pico-Cell still controls the user terminal to handover to the target Cell corresponding to Cell 2.
If the user terminal is in the coverage area of RU3, the user terminal measures the signals of Cell1 and Cell2, and the signal strengths of Cell1 and Cell2 are both higher than the signal strength of the coverage area of RU3, and the pico-Cell finds in table 1 that the handover information corresponding to RU3 is null, even if the signal strengths and channel qualities of the neighboring Cell corresponding to Cell1 and Cell2 are both higher than those of the current Cell, the pico-Cell still controls the user terminal not to perform Cell handover.
The foregoing examples are provided for more clearly describing the embodiments of the present embodiment, and do not limit the implementation of the neighbor cell switching method in this application.
Therefore, the pico-base station switches the user terminal from the current cell to the target cell corresponding to the switching cell identifier only when the pico-base station finds the switching cell identifier corresponding to the current remote unit in the target neighbor list and the switching cell identifier is included in a plurality of measuring neighbor identifiers meeting the switching condition in the measuring report; the method and the device avoid the problems that in the traditional technology, when the user terminal is in an area covered by a plurality of cells in an overlapping mode and the signal quality of the current cell of the user terminal is poor, the switching times are increased due to the fact that the user terminal frequently switches the cells, the switching indexes are influenced, and then the base station indexes of the pico-base station are influenced.
Step S810, if the switch control switch is not turned on, a default neighboring cell switching process is executed.
In this embodiment, as an implementation manner, the pico-base station may close a handover control switch corresponding to the current remote unit, and if the handover control switch is closed, the pico-base station receives a measurement report sent by the user terminal through the current remote unit; and based on the measurement report, after obtaining a plurality of measurement neighbor cell identifiers meeting the switching condition, entering a default cell switching process.
Specifically, the default cell switching procedure is as follows: the method comprises the steps that a pico-base station receives a measurement report sent by a user terminal through a current far-end unit, a plurality of measurement neighbor cell identifications meeting switching conditions are obtained based on the measurement report, the pico-base station selects a neighbor cell with the best signal intensity and channel quality from neighbor cells corresponding to the plurality of measurement neighbor cell identifications, and the user terminal is switched to the neighbor cell. Therefore, the embodiment provides an implementation mode compatible with a conventional neighbor cell switching method, which is the default cell switching process described in this embodiment, so that the application scenarios of the present application are expanded.
