Eight or six SIM contacts, i.e. C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6, C7 and C8, are generally provided on the substrate, i.e. on the surface of the SIM card body, and the definition of the SIM contacts conforms to the international standard ISO/IEC 7816-2. If the profile is an FF2 card, all 8 contacts are packaged on the substrate in a specific implementation; if the appearance is a Micro SIM or NANO card and the SIM telecommunication function does not need C4 and C8 contacts to participate in communication, C4 and C8 contacts are omitted in the specific implementation case of the invention, as shown in FIG. 2, the SIM contacts are rectangular, are positioned on the surface of the substrate, are six and are arranged in an array mode and all accord with the ISO/IEC7816-2 international standard, and the SIM contacts are connected with an external terminal SIM interface to realize telecommunication service interactive communication.
As shown in fig. 2, in the specific embodiment of the present invention, when the SD controller performs SD storage, the WIFI antenna receives a communication signal of the wireless local area network, the WIFI antenna sends the communication signal to the WIFI network processor to process the communication signal, separates data including an SD storage application instruction, and then sends the data including the SD storage application instruction to the microprocessor MCU, the microprocessor MCU converts the data including the SD storage application instruction into an SD storage operation, executes an SD _ HOST function, and sends the SD storage instruction and the data to the SD controller through the SD interface, and finally the SD controller completes the SD storage function, and an SD storage response is modulated by the WIFI antenna and then sent to the wireless local area network.
In order to meet the use requirements of different users, the product of the invention can be selected and matched with different flash memory chips, including the types of the flash memory chips, the storage capacity of the flash memory chips and the like, and a plurality of products with different configurations are combined, such as: SLC 32GB flash memory pellets, MLC 64GB flash memory pellets, etc.
The SD controller in the invention can be replaced by other storage controllers, such as an EMMC controller, the interface between the corresponding SD controller and the MCU is replaced by an EMMC interface, and the MCU realizes the EMMC _ host function.
