Abstract
A screw-free fixing device and a server are provided, the screw-free fixing device is used for fixing an expansion card in the server, the screw-free fixing device comprises a tray, a bracket capable of generating elastic deformation and a fixing piece with a spring pin, and a plurality of cylindrical platforms extend from the bracket; the expansion card is fixed on the bracket through a plurality of cylindrical tables, the bracket is fixed on the tray through the fixing piece, and the spring pin is matched with a positioning hole on the tray; when the bracket with the expansion card is arranged at a preset position of the tray, the fixing piece is pulled along a first direction, the spring pin is clamped into the positioning hole due to elasticity, and the bracket with the expansion card is fixed on the tray through the fixing piece; when the spring pin is pulled out of the positioning hole, the fixing piece is pulled along a second direction, and the bracket with the expansion card can be unlocked from the tray.
Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to fixing devices, and particularly to a screw-free fixing device and a server.
Background
In a server, due to space limitation, a fixing device is usually used for fixing an expansion card, and in a conventional fixing device, the expansion card is fixed on a bracket by using screws, and then the bracket with the expansion card is fixed on other components by using the screws, so that the difficulty in the installation or disassembly process of the expansion card is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, there is a need for a screw-free fixing device and a server, which are capable of facilitating the mounting or dismounting of a rack with an expansion card to or from the server.
A screw-free fixing device is used for fixing an expansion card in a server, and comprises a tray and a support which can be elastically deformed, and further comprises a fixing piece with a spring pin, wherein a plurality of cylindrical platforms extend from the support; the expansion card is fixed on the bracket through a plurality of cylindrical tables, the bracket is fixed on the tray through the fixing piece, and the spring pin is matched with a positioning hole in the tray;
when the bracket with the expansion card is arranged at a preset position of the tray, the fixing piece is pulled along a first direction, the spring pin is clamped into the positioning hole due to elasticity, and the bracket with the expansion card is fixed on the tray through the fixing piece;
when the spring pin is pulled out of the positioning hole, the fixing piece is pulled along a second direction, and the bracket with the expansion card can be unlocked from the tray.
In at least one mode, the fixing piece is provided with a first buckle and a second buckle, and when the fixing piece is installed on the tray, the first buckle and the second buckle are used for clamping the tray.
In at least one mode, the width of the first buckle is smaller than the width of the second buckle.
In at least one mode, the fixing part extends to form a bent side wall, and when the fixing part is used for fixing the support, the bent side wall is used for fastening the support.
In at least one mode, the length of a plurality of the cylindrical tables is gradually shortened along a preset direction.
In at least one aspect, the bracket is a U-shaped structure.
In at least one mode, the tray comprises a supporting part, and when the support is fixed on the tray, the supporting part supports against the support.
In at least one mode, the tray further comprises a blocking portion, and when the bracket is fixed on the tray, the blocking portion is used for blocking the expansion card from moving.
In at least one mode, a plurality of brackets can be installed in the tray, and the fixing piece is used for fixing two adjacent brackets.
A server comprises a server body and the screw-free fixing device installed in the server body, wherein the screw-free fixing device is the screw-free fixing device in any one of the above.
The screw-free fixing device and the server can fix the expansion card without locking by screws, so that the process of fixing the expansion card is simpler and more convenient.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "on" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
In this embodiment, the server (not shown) includes a server body (not shown) and a screw-free fixing device 100 installed in the server body.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2 in combination with fig. 3, the screw-free fixing device 100 is used to fix the expansion card 40 in the server. The screw-free fixing device 100 comprises a fixing member 10 with a spring pin 11, an elastically deformable bracket 20 and a tray 30. A plurality of cylindrical platforms 23 extend from the bracket 20, the expansion card 40 is fixed to the bracket 20 through the plurality of cylindrical platforms 23, the bracket 20 is fixed to the tray 30 through the fixing member 10, and the spring pin 11 is matched with a positioning hole 36 on the tray 30.
When the bracket 20 with the expansion card 40 is placed at a predetermined position of the tray 30, the fixing member 10 is pulled along a first direction, the spring pin 11 is clamped into the positioning hole 36 due to the elastic force, and the bracket 20 with the expansion card 40 is fixed on the tray 30 through the fixing member 10.
When the spring pin 11 is pulled out of the positioning hole 36, the fixing member 10 is pulled in a second direction, and the bracket 20 with the expansion card 40 can be unlocked from the tray 30.
In other embodiments, the expansion card 40 is secured for greater convenience. Referring to fig. 5, the fixing member 10 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, and the spring pin 11 is installed at a central position of the fixing member 10. The fixing member 10 is provided with a first buckle 12 and a second buckle 13, and the first buckle 12 and the second buckle 13 are arranged on two sides of the spring pin 11 at intervals. Further, the width of the first buckle 12 is smaller than that of the second buckle 13, and the design of different sizes facilitates fool-proof installation. Bent side walls 14 respectively extend from two long sides of the fixing member 10, and the bent side walls 14 are used for fastening the bracket. In the present embodiment, the spring pin 11 is riveted to the fixing member 10.
Referring to fig. 6, the bracket 20 is substantially a U-shaped structure, the first cantilever 21 and the second cantilever 22 of the bracket 20 are respectively extended with a cylindrical table 23, the length of the cylindrical table 23 is gradually shortened along a predetermined direction, and in the process of installing the expansion card 40 (not shown), a small force can be applied to stir one end of the longest cylindrical table 23, so that the gradually shortened cylindrical table 23 can more conveniently clamp and fix the expansion card 40, and the cantilever of the bracket 20 is prevented from being broken due to the application of an excessive force. In the present embodiment, the length of the cylindrical table 23 is gradually reduced from the open end to the closed end of the first cantilever 21 and the second cantilever 22, and the cylindrical tables 23 on the first cantilever 21 and the second cantilever 22 are symmetrically arranged. Further, in the drawings, a plurality of through holes 24 are formed in the bracket 20, and the plurality of through holes 24 may play a role of damping vibration during the fixing process of the fixing member 10 (not shown) and the tray 30 (not shown).
When the expansion card 40 is fixed on the tray 30, the first cantilever 21 of the bracket 20 is firstly pulled, the fixing hole 41 on one side surface of the expansion card 40 is clamped and fixed with the second cantilever 22 of the bracket 20, then the first cantilever 21 is released, the first cantilever 21 is reset and clamped and fixed with the fixing hole 41 on the other side surface of the expansion card 40, and the expansion card 40 is fixed on the bracket 20.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the tray 30 is substantially rectangular and includes a plurality of supporting portions 34, the supporting portions 34 are respectively disposed on a first side plate 31, a second side plate 32 and a middle plate 33 of the tray 30, and the supporting portions 34 are used for supporting the bracket 20. Further, in the illustration, the tray 30 further includes a blocking portion 35 thereon, and the blocking portion 35 is used for blocking the expansion card 40 from moving.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2 in combination with fig. 3, the expansion card 40 is fixed by the first cantilever 21 and the second cantilever 22 of the bracket 20 through the cylindrical table 23 (not shown), in this embodiment, the expansion card 40 is a display card, and further, may be another card. When the bracket 20 with the expansion card 40 is mounted on the tray 30 and fixed by the fixing member 10, the abutting portion 34 abuts against the bracket 20, and the blocking portion 35 blocks the expansion card 40. The bent side wall 14 of the fixing member 10 fastens the two brackets 20 adjacent to each other in the front and rear direction. The spring pin 11 is clamped in the positioning hole 36 of the tray 30, and the first clamp 12 and the second clamp 13 are fastened in the clamping hole 37 of the tray 30.
Further, a plurality of the brackets 20 may be installed in the tray 30, and the fixing member 10 fixes two adjacent brackets 20 in a length direction along the tray 30. In this embodiment, the number of the brackets 20 fixed to the tray 30 is 4, and in other embodiments, the brackets 20 may be replaced with other numbers.
The server can conveniently install or detach the expansion card 40 in the limited space of the server body through the screw-free fixing device 100.
In summary, the screw-free fixing device 100 and the server provided above do not need screws for fixing in the process of installing the expansion card 40, and such a device design makes the installation and the removal of the expansion card 40 very convenient and fast.
In addition, those skilled in the art should recognize that the foregoing embodiments are illustrative only, and not limiting, and that appropriate changes and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A screw-free fixing device is used for fixing an expansion card in a server and comprises a tray and a support which can be elastically deformed, and is characterized by also comprising a fixing part with a spring pin, wherein a plurality of cylindrical platforms extend from the support; the expansion card is fixed on the bracket through a plurality of cylindrical tables, the bracket is fixed on the tray through the fixing piece, and the spring pin is matched with a positioning hole in the tray;
when the bracket with the expansion card is arranged at a preset position of the tray, the fixing piece is pulled along a first direction, the spring pin is clamped into the positioning hole due to elasticity, and the bracket with the expansion card is fixed on the tray through the fixing piece;
when the spring pin is pulled out of the positioning hole, the fixing piece is pulled along a second direction, and the bracket with the expansion card can be unlocked from the tray.
2. The screw-free fastening device of claim 1, wherein: the fixing piece is provided with a first buckle and a second buckle, and when the fixing piece is installed on the tray, the first buckle and the second buckle are used for clamping the tray.
3. The screw-free fastening device of claim 2, wherein: the width of the first buckle is smaller than that of the second buckle.
4. The screw-free fastening device of claim 1, wherein: the fixing piece extends to form a bent side wall, and when the fixing piece fixes the support, the bent side wall is used for fastening the support.
5. The screw-free fastening device of claim 1, wherein: the length of the plurality of cylindrical tables is gradually shortened along a preset direction.
6. The screw-free fastening device of claim 1, wherein: the support is of a U-shaped structure.
7. The screw-free fastening device of claim 1, wherein: the tray comprises a supporting part, and when the bracket is fixed on the tray, the supporting part supports the bracket.
8. The screw-free fastening device of claim 1, wherein: the tray also comprises a blocking part, and when the bracket is fixed on the tray, the blocking part is used for blocking the expansion card to move.
9. The screw-free fastening device of claim 1, wherein: the tray can be provided with a plurality of brackets, and the fixing piece is used for fixing two adjacent brackets.
