Fig. 1 illustrates a system architecture to which an embodiment of the present invention is applicable, which may include a front panel 100 and a coupler 200.

The front panel and the coupler have independent hardware and software designs. The coupler module is responsible for analyzing the content of the database and has a communication function with the bus, and the front panel is responsible for key detection and other functions. The front panel and the coupler are communicated through a serial port, and a corresponding communication protocol is customized according to requirements. In a communication protocol, a communication baud rate is specified to be 19200, 8-bit data bits, no parity check and CRC-8 check. For example, taking the controlled device as an LED as an example, the structure of the contact of the front panel of the key switch can be as shown in fig. 3. Further, based on the configuration shown in fig. 3, a controlled device corresponding to each contact can be obtained.
Before the detection of the level change of the contact point, a panel database can be configured through a PC configuration tool ETS, in the database design of the key panel, the parameters of the key response time are reserved, and the database is downloaded to the corresponding coupler by using the ETS. When the product is electrified to work, the singlechip program in the coupler transmits the parameters to the front panel, and the main chip of the front panel enters a normal working state and executes the program according to the parameters. The front panel automatically judges the contact points to be detected according to the parameter setting sent by the coupler. Each contact is respectively connected with different I/O ports on the singlechip of the front panel, and the program of the front panel detects the approximate realization of the corresponding I/O port:
the I/O of the singlechip is connected with the contact, and once the contact is pressed down, the level of the I/O of the singlechip changes. For example, when the contact is not pressed, the level of the I/O is high. When the contact is pressed, the level changes to low level; when the contact is released, the voltage level changes to high again. The singlechip regularly scans the change of the I/O level, once the level changes, the contact is pressed or loosened, and then different operations are respectively executed according to preset settings. For example, when a user presses a key, the single chip of the front panel automatically detects the contact.

After the level change information is obtained, the states of short press, long press, release and the like of the key can be judged according to the level change of each contact.

The more complex the software function is, the more communication objects need to be defined, the coupler is developed based on a protocol stack, and the number of the communication objects is limited, so that the product is designed to have 8 fixed contacts according to the current function requirement. The number of functions and the number of keys both relate to the serial communication protocol of the front panel and the coupler, so if the number of keys exceeds 8, the communication protocol of the coupler and the front panel needs to be changed.
The above embodiment shows that level change information of the configured contacts is obtained, the configured contacts are determined according to the number information of the keys configured on the front panel, the number of the contacts on the front panel is multiple, the state of the keys of the front panel is determined according to the level change information of the configured contacts, and the controlled device corresponding to the keys of the front panel is controlled according to the state of the keys of the front panel.
