Abstract
The invention discloses a multifunctional tape measure, comprising: the device comprises a shell, a hard measuring tape component, a hard measuring tape, a light plane generator, a line measuring component and a line shaft; wherein the light plane generator comprises a laser source for emitting a laser beam, and a linear lens for converting the laser beam into a laser plane; and the photoelectric sensor is used for capturing all or part of the reflected light. The invention provides a plurality of measuring modes, meets the measurement under different conditions, saves the inconvenience of manual reading and data recording, improves the accuracy rate and the working efficiency, and has low implementation cost and strong universality.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of measuring tools, in particular to a multifunctional measuring tape.
Background
Measuring tapes are common tools in daily life. The tape measure may comprise a body, a tape reel (tape reel) and a tape measure blade (measuring tape blade). The body houses a spool about which the tape measure blade is wound, and at least a portion of the tape measure blade. The body further includes a slot through which the distal end of the tape measure blade extends from the body. A tab (tab) or hook may be attached to the distal end of the tape blade. The projection may allow the distal end of the tape blade to be secured to an object.
Such tape measures may allow a craftsman to measure objects having dimensions that far exceed the craftsman's reach. For example, the craftsman may secure the tab at one end of an object and take the tape measure to the other end of the object. Assuming that the tab remains fixed to the object, moving the tape measure towards the other end of the object will cause the tape measure blade to unwind from the reel and thereby extend from the body. The craftsman can then view the measuring indicia on the tape blade to determine the length of the extended tape blade and thereby measure the length of the object.
The inventor finds in research that the conventional tape measure has at least the following disadvantages in use:
when the traditional measuring tape is used, the traditional measuring tape only has a measuring function and is mainly used for measuring straight lines, and the traditional measuring tape is single in function and cannot be used for other independent operations. The operation needs to be matched with other tools for use, so that great inconvenience is brought to the operation of people.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems of the prior art and provides a multifunctional tape measure which solves the problems of single function and inconvenience in use of the traditional tape measure.

a multi-function tape measure comprising:
a housing having top and bottom walls, a pair of side walls, and front and rear walls, the front wall having first and second openings therein;
a rigid tape assembly supported in the housing, the rigid tape assembly having a rigid tape adapted to extend and retract from the front wall of the housing;
a light plane generator disposed on the front wall, the light plane generator for emitting a laser plane;
a line measuring assembly including a measuring line and a spool mounted in the housing, the measuring line being wound outside the spool;
wherein the light plane generator comprises a laser source for emitting a laser beam, and a linear lens for converting the laser beam into a laser plane; and the photoelectric sensor is used for capturing all or part of the reflected light.
Furthermore, a clamping sheet is arranged at the end part of the hard measuring tape and clamped at the first opening; the joint is installed to the tip of measuring line, the joint be in second opening part or joint are in on the joint interface that sets up on the joint piece, just the measuring line with hard measuring tape simultaneous movement.
Furthermore, the hard measuring tape further comprises a locking device, wherein the locking device is arranged on the shell and used for locking the hard measuring tape.
The system further comprises a measurement display system, wherein the measurement display system comprises a controller, a data type displacement sensor, a laser ranging module and a display module; the display module is coupled with the controller and used for displaying data information;
the data type displacement sensor is coupled with the controller and used for measuring the length of the object by measuring the pull-out length of the hard measuring scale and the measuring line, and sending information to the controller;
the laser ranging module is coupled with the controller and used for long-distance measurement and sending information to the controller.
Further, the controller further comprises a communication module, which is coupled with the controller and used for realizing wireless communication with the mobile device and sending the data of the controller to the mobile device.

By adopting the technical scheme, the multifunctional measuring tape provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that: when the hard measuring tape or the measuring line is pulled, the digital displacement sensor can detect the initial marked point of the hard measuring tape or the measuring line to obtain the pulling length of the measuring tape, and the processed final length value is sent to the controller through the serial port, and the controller can display the length value on the display module; when the long-distance measurement is used, a laser distance measurement module and a photoelectric sensor are used for capturing all or part of reflected light. The laser ranging module converts the captured light signal of the reflected light into an electric signal, and the length value is displayed on the display module through the controller. When a user measures, a confirmation key in the key module is pressed, the data storage module can automatically speak data and store the data to the controller, the controller can send the length value to the communication module through the serial port according to the configured communication format, the communication module writes the length value received from the serial port into an external system platform in a keyboard key mode, and manual input is replaced under an existing data entry interface of the system.

In an embodiment provided by the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-3, a multi-function tape measure comprises: a housing having top and bottom walls 1, 3, a pair of side walls 7, and front and rear walls, the front wall having first and second openings therein; a hard scale 2 assembly supported in the housing, the hard scale 2 assembly having a hard scale 2 adapted to extend and retract from the front wall of the housing; a light plane generator 8 arranged on the front wall, the light plane generator 8 being adapted to emit a laser plane; the line measuring assembly comprises a measuring line 9 and a spool, the spool is installed in the shell, and the measuring line 9 is wound outside the spool; wherein the light plane generator 8 comprises a laser source for emitting a laser beam and a linear lens for converting the laser beam into a laser plane.
Specifically, the end part of the hard measuring tape 2 is provided with a clamping sheet 4 which is clamped at the first opening; the joint 5 is installed to the tip of measuring line 9, and joint 5 joint is on second opening part or the joint interface 6 of joint setting on joint piece 4, and measuring line 9 and hard measuring tape 2 simultaneous movement. The laser source emits measuring beams to produce reflected light; and the photoelectric sensor is used for capturing all or part of the reflected light. The laser ranging module converts the captured optical signal of the reflected light into an electric signal. The controller also comprises a communication module, wherein the communication module is coupled with the controller and used for realizing wireless communication with the mobile equipment and sending the data of the main controller to the mobile equipment.
In particular, the bottom wall 3 is provided with capacitive keys, which are coupled with the controller.

Claims (5)
1. A multi-function tape measure, comprising:
a housing having top and bottom walls, a pair of side walls, and front and rear walls, the front wall having first and second openings therein;
a rigid tape assembly supported in the housing, the rigid tape assembly having a rigid tape adapted to extend and retract from the front wall of the housing;
a light plane generator disposed on the front wall, the light plane generator for emitting a laser plane;
a line measuring assembly including a measuring line and a spool mounted in the housing, the measuring line being wound outside the spool;
wherein the light plane generator comprises a laser source for emitting a laser beam, and a linear lens for converting the laser beam into a laser plane; a photosensor for capturing all or part of the reflected light;
the end part of the hard measuring tape is provided with a clamping sheet which is clamped at the first opening; a clamping joint is arranged at the end part of the measuring line, the clamping joint is clamped at the second opening or clamped on a clamping interface arranged on the clamping piece, and the measuring line and the hard measuring scale move synchronously;
the locking device is arranged on the shell and used for locking the hard measuring tape;
the device also comprises a measurement display system, wherein the measurement display system comprises a controller, a data type displacement sensor, a laser ranging module and a display module; the display module is coupled with the controller and used for displaying data information;
the data type displacement sensor is coupled with the controller and used for measuring the length of the object by measuring the pull-out length of the hard measuring scale and the measuring line, and sending information to the controller;
the laser ranging module is coupled with the controller and used for long-distance measurement and sending information to the controller.

The multi-purpose tape measure of claim 1, wherein: the controller further comprises a communication module, wherein the communication module is coupled with the controller and used for realizing wireless communication with the mobile equipment and sending the data of the controller to the mobile equipment.
3. The multi-purpose tape measure of claim 1, wherein: the bottom wall is provided with a capacitive button, and the capacitive button is coupled with the controller.
4. The multi-purpose tape measure of claim 1, wherein: the controller also includes a charging module coupled with the controller.
5. The multi-purpose tape measure of claim 1, wherein: the controller also includes a data storage module coupled to the controller.
