Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic batching system of a ferrosilicon full-automatic smelting submerged arc furnace, and relates to automatic batching of the submerged arc furnace. The system comprises a hopper for conveying raw materials, a silica automatic feeder, a semi-coke automatic feeder, a steel scrap automatic feeder and a petroleum coke automatic feeder, wherein the hopper drives a chain to run on a track through a motor, the silica automatic feeder, the semi-coke automatic feeder, the steel scrap automatic feeder and the petroleum coke automatic feeder are respectively positioned around the hopper by taking the hopper as the center, storage bins are respectively positioned at the extension parts of the feeders, the system also comprises a conveying track and a weighing device, and the weighing is controlled by a sensor.

Technical Field
