Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textile printing and dyeing auxiliaries, and particularly relates to an environment-friendly sub-bleaching stabilizer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The flax fiber is mainly composed of cellulose, hemicellulose, pectin, lignin, wax, nitrogen-containing substances and the like. Compared with cotton fiber, the flax fiber has the irreplaceable advantages of high strength, high spinnable count, natural and smooth texture, good moisture absorption and ventilation, bacteriostasis, health care and the like, is applied to the field of garment materials, and is always favored by high-end markets in recent years. However, the proportion of the non-cellulose fiber component in the flax fiber is as high as 30%, which further causes a plurality of difficulties in the pretreatment processing process (especially degumming and bleaching treatment).
The pretreatment processing technology of the flax fiber mainly comprises three technologies of a dioxygen bleaching technology, a chlorine-oxygen bleaching technology and a hypoxide bleaching technology at present. At present, a simple 'dioxygen bleaching process' or 'chlorine-oxygen multi-bleaching process' is generally adopted, impurities in the fiber are difficult to remove completely, the process route is relatively long, and the fiber strength is easy to be seriously damaged; the use of the "sub-oxygen bleaching process" has many advantages. Sodium chlorite belongs to a mild oxidant, and compared with oxidants such as sodium hypochlorite, hydrogen peroxide and the like, sodium chlorite has the best effect of removing lignin, can effectively oxidize lignin without damaging fibers, has the advantages of short bleaching time, high whiteness, soft hand feeling, good elasticity, durability, no yellowing, small equipment floor area and the like after bleaching, and is widely applied to hemp fiber production enterprises in China all the time. The defects that sodium chlorite belongs to toxic chemicals, toxic and highly corrosive chlorine dioxide gas is generated in the sodium chlorite bleaching process, and the material and labor protection requirements of corresponding equipment are high, so that the development limitation is very large.
Therefore, in the bleaching process of linen by using sodium chlorite, how to effectively control the action time of effective chlorine and reduce the escape of chlorine dioxide to the maximum extent in the decomposition process of sodium chlorite is a great problem which troubles the development of flax industry. Aiming at the problems, the invention provides an environment-friendly bleaching stabilizer under the premise of fully understanding the decomposition reaction mechanism of sodium chlorite. In the bleaching process of sodium chlorite, the product is added, and can directly or indirectly react with chlorine dioxide decomposed by sodium chlorite to regenerate sodium chlorite or chlorous acid, so that reversible balance of the decomposition reaction of sodium chlorite is established, the bleaching effect of sodium chlorite is obviously improved, the generation and the escape of chlorine dioxide are effectively inhibited, the yarn quality is effectively improved, the yarn evenness is improved, and the health of workers is protected on the premise of meeting the requirements of the bleaching process.
The invention discloses a stabilizer for sodium chlorite degumming and bleaching of flax, a preparation method and application thereof in Chinese patent with publication number CN 1970852A. Although the product can also obtain a relatively excellent stabilizing effect when used as a stabilizer in the sodium chlorite degumming and bleaching process, the components of the formula contain hydrazine sulfate, and the hydrazine sulfate belongs to strong reducing toxic chemicals and has carcinogenicity, so that the product has the risk of damaging the health of workers in the production and preparation process and is not in line with the environment-friendly category.

s30, adding 1.5-4% of borax and 0.4-2% of sodium perborate, and uniformly stirring and dissolving;
s40, adding 0.1-0.3% of preservative, stirring for 5-10 min, uniformly and transparently adding water to a specified volume, filtering and discharging.
Preferably, the magnesium salt is a sulfate or chloride of magnesium.
The environment-friendly bleaching stabilizer is used for a sodium chlorite degumming and bleaching process of flax, and the process formula is as follows:
the efficient penetrating agent K3220 is a compound of fatty alcohol polyglycol ether surfactant.
By adopting the technical scheme, the obtained beneficial effects are as follows: (1) the stabilizer has strong pH buffering capacity, can effectively control the pH buffering range of the solution, and avoids fabric strength change caused by pH range fluctuation of the bleaching solution; (2) the stabilizer can effectively reduce the using amount of sodium chlorite (at least 30 percent), and simultaneously can improve the whiteness of the fabric to be more than 60 percent; (3) the stabilizer can indirectly or directly react with chlorine dioxide to regenerate sodium chlorite or chlorous acid, so that the decomposition reaction of sodium chlorite becomes a reversible reaction, the purposes of reducing the decomposition rate of sodium chlorite and reducing the escape rate (within 3 percent) of chlorine dioxide are achieved, and the health of operators is protected; (4) the stabilizer has mild formula proportion, can effectively reduce the risk of corrosion degree to equipment, and is favorable for prolonging the service life of the equipment; (5) the stabilizing agent is used for degumming and bleaching the flax staple fibers, has good bleaching effect, can obviously improve yarn evenness, improves the fiber splitting degree to more than 1800 and further improves the yarn quality and the utilization rate of the flax staple fibers.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: (1) the bleaching effect is good, and the fiber splitting degree is improved; (2) the yarn forming quality and the utilization rate of the flax staple fibers are improved; (3) is economical and environment-friendly.
