Description

Compound nano repairing agent for heavy metal contaminated soil and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of soil remediation, in particular to a compound nano remediation agent for heavy metal contaminated soil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the development of modern industrialization and urbanization, heavy metal pollution in soil environment is increasingly caused by human activities. Heavy metal pollution in the soil environment can reduce the quality of agricultural products, and the products can bring potential harm to human health after being eaten. The harm of heavy metals to human bodies is mainly reflected in the difficulty in degrading the heavy metals. The organic compounds can reduce or eliminate harmfulness through self physical, chemical or biological purification in nature; heavy metals are rich and difficult to degrade in the environment, are concentrated by thousands of times under the action of biological amplification of a food chain, enter a human body, are difficult to naturally discharge or completely remove, and are generally irreversible in life.
Relevant statistics show that about 19.4 percent of cultivated lands in China are polluted by heavy metals such as cadmium, nickel, copper, mercury, arsenic, lead and the like, and the total area of the polluted farmlands is as high as 2.3 multiplied by 107hm 2. In heavy metal pollution, cadmium has strong mobility and high toxicity, is very easy to be absorbed and accumulated by crops, is one of the most toxic heavy metal elements in nature, nickel pollution does not vary a little, and heavy metal pollution, particularly cadmium-nickel pollution, in soil becomes a prominent environmental problem to be solved urgently. Cadmium and nickel pollution of farmland soil poses great threat to food safety production in China, and how to safely and effectively repair and utilize the polluted farmland soil becomes an environmental and social problem which needs to be solved urgently in China at present.

The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the compound nano repairing agent for the heavy metal contaminated soil, which comprises the steps of drying S1, lime and fly ash for 48 hours at the temperature of 115 ℃, and sieving the dried materials by a 1mm nylon sieve for later use; meanwhile, nano iron, nano titanium oxide, nano black carbon zinc and biochar are dried for 28 hours at the temperature of 80 ℃, and are sieved by a 1mm nylon sieve for later use;
s2, uniformly mixing the nano iron, the nano titanium oxide, the nano black carbon zinc and the biochar, wherein the stirring speed is 120r/min, and the stirring time is 80-110 min;
and S3, finally adding lime and fly ash, stirring at the speed of 110r/min for 150-160 min to obtain the product.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) according to the invention, nano iron is added, and metal chromium, arsenic and cadmium in soil are repaired through oxidation-reduction reaction, so that the repairing effect of the soil repairing agent is improved;
(2) according to the invention, the nanometer titanium oxide is added, so that chlorine-containing organic matters and heavy metals in soil can be removed;
(3) the nano black carbon is added, so that the pores are large, the nano black carbon has a strong adsorption effect on heavy metals in soil and has the same adsorption effect on organic matters;
(4) according to the invention, the biochar is added, so that the pH value of the soil is obviously increased; after the PH of the soil rises, the variable charges on the surface of the biochar are increased, the cation adsorption capacity is enhanced, meanwhile, the hydrogen ion concentration in the soil is reduced, the generation of heavy metal hydroxide and carbonate precipitation is promoted, the combination of heavy metals with organic matters, iron and manganese oxides and the like in the soil is firmer, and the mobility of the heavy metals is reduced; the active functional groups such as hydroxyl, carboxyl, carbonyl and the like on the surface of the biochar have the adsorption and fixation effects on various heavy metal ions.
