The flame-retardant PVC wood-plastic profile according to claim 2 or 3, wherein in the processing aid, the antioxidant is a phenol compound, and comprises: monophenol, bisphenol, triphenol, polyphenol, hydroquinone, sulfurized bisphenol; amines including naphthylamine, diphenylamine, p-phenylenediamine, quinoline derivatives; one or more of phosphites are compounded; the antistatic agent is one or more of stearylammonium chloride, N-bis-hydroxyethyl-N-methylammonium methyl sulfate, stearylammonium propyl-B-hydroxyethyl-dimethylammonium nitrate and stearylammonium propyl-B-hydroxyethyl-dimethylammonium dihydrogen phosphate; the foaming agent is one or two of an AC foaming agent or an AC-K foaming agent.
5. The method for preparing the flame-retardant PVC wood-plastic profile according to claims 1 to 4, which comprises the following steps:
step one, pretreatment:
the wood powder with the particle size of 60 meshes is added into a dryer to be baked at the temperature of 180-240 ℃, and the moisture is dried and the impurities are evaporated. And adding the baked wood powder into a stirrer, adding a coupling agent accounting for 0.5-5% of the total mass of the wood powder at the temperature of 80-110 ℃, stirring for 5-20 minutes, and performing surface activation treatment.
Step two, mixing materials:
weighing the raw materials for forming the flame-retardant PVC wood-plastic section according to the mass fraction of the formula for later use. Putting PVC resin powder into a high-speed mixer, and stirring at a high speed for 5-10 minutes to dry water; adding the rest raw materials, and stirring at a low speed for 3-5 minutes; and (4) putting the discharged materials into a cold mixer, stirring for 5-20 minutes, cooling and discharging to obtain the flame-retardant PVC wood-plastic profile mixture.
Step three, extrusion molding:
putting the mixture into an extruder, and extruding the flame-retardant PVC wood-plastic profile through a head die of the extruder, wherein the temperature of each area of the extruder is as follows: zone 1/120-140 deg.C, zone 2/140-160 deg.C, zone 3/160-180 deg.C, zone 4/160-180 deg.C, and head 170-190 deg.C.
6. The method and the steps for preparing the flame-retardant PVC wood-plastic profile according to claim 5, wherein the coupling agent is one or more of silane coupling agent, titanate coupling agent and aluminate coupling agent.
