The invention relates to a halogen-free flame-retardant heat shrinkable cable material; comprises the following raw materials: EPDM, LDPE, PPMVS, EVA, TPU, SEBS, ABS resin, MBS resin, a light stabilizer, a melamine complex, a halogen-free flame retardant, a lubricant, a crosslinking agent, a color masterbatch, an antioxidant and an anti-aging agent; the halogen-free flame-retardant heat-shrinkable cable material is prepared by mixing and granulating raw materials, then extruding and granulating or hot-pressing and granulating, then carrying out irradiation crosslinking, and then expanding, stretching and shaping in an expanding machine; the cable material mainly solves the problems that the aging resistance and the weather resistance of the common halogen-free flame-retardant heat shrinkable cable material are greatly reduced and the service life of the common halogen-free flame-retardant heat shrinkable cable material is influenced due to poor flexibility.
