A honeycomb aluminum plate aviation case and a manufacturing method thereof relate to the technical field of aviation transportation packaging. The problem that after the existing aviation case is used for a long time, the surface coating falls off, and the whole strength is reduced after moisture absorption and deformation, so that the aviation case cannot be used is solved.
