The through hole at the outer end part of the nozzle is embedded with a steel ball to prevent water leakage at the through hole. The nozzle is directly arranged on the long arm of the framework scraping blade of the windscreen wiper through the nozzle hoop, so that the universality is strong, and the influence of the shapes of a windshield, an engine cover plate, a ventilation cover plate or a scraping rod of an automobile is avoided; the water outlet speed is high, the spraying range is large, the size of the windshield can be freely adjusted according to different vehicle types, and the spraying requirement of special vehicle types is effectively met; the automobile windshield mold has the advantages of multiple injection points, wide glass covering surface and short injection distance, and does not need to meet the requirement of matching the automobile body by newly opening a new mold according to different sizes and positions of automobile windshields. Background

The device can be commonly used on passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and the detailed description.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the self-contained nozzle spray device of the present invention includes a nozzle 3, the nozzle 3 is mounted on a long arm 2 through a nozzle yoke 1 (two pieces in bilateral symmetry), the lower portion of the nozzle 3 is fixedly mounted on the nozzle yoke 1 by a fastening member 4, and the front portion of the nozzle 3 has a plurality of nozzle openings 6 (i.e., spray holes, directed toward a windshield to be cleaned). The steel ball 5 is embedded in the through hole at the outer end part of the nozzle 3 to prevent water leakage at the through hole.
The general scraping blade framework of the existing windscreen wiper comprises a long arm, a transition arm and a short arm, wherein a scraping blade is arranged on the short arm, and the long arm is connected with a scraping rod of a scraping arm assembly. The invention can be directly assembled on the general wiper blade framework of the existing windscreen wiper, can be applied to the long arms of various wiper blade frameworks, and each wiper blade framework can be provided with the nozzle injection device: the method comprises the following steps that (1) nozzle hoops 1 which are bilaterally symmetrical are designed and fixed on long arms by utilizing the same interval of the molding holes of the universal long arms 2 on the existing doctor blade framework (detailed figure 1), and the nozzle hoops are clamped into the interval between the molding holes of the long arms through the structures of two barbs and the limiting positions at the lower ends (detailed figure 2); the nozzle 3 is molded by adopting a PA66 material die, the corresponding nozzle length is selected according to the length of the long arm, the nozzle 3 penetrates into two bilaterally symmetrical nozzle clamps, the fixed distance can be freely adjusted according to the requirement of the spraying position, and the nozzle is fixed on the nozzle clamp 1 through a fastener 4 (a cross-recessed pan head self-tapping screw) (see figure 2 in detail).
The steel ball 5 (shown in detail in figure 3) is embedded in the through hole at the outer end part (namely the front end) of the nozzle 3, so that water leakage at the through hole can be effectively prevented. The front end and the rear end of the nozzle are inclined planes, the angle and the aperture size of a nozzle opening 6 (jet hole) of the nozzle can be adjusted by the rotary hole device at the later stage according to the position requirement of a windshield jet point, the quantity and the aperture size of the jet hole can also be adjusted by the middle section of the nozzle according to the actual requirement of the windshield of a vehicle body, and the tail end size of the nozzle (similar to a water pipe) can also be freely processed and matched with corresponding size by a lathe device according to the pipe diameter size of the nozzle.
