Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of display and discloses a flexible panel adsorption device. The flexible panel adsorption device includes: the adsorption piece is used for adsorbing the flexible panel, and one side of the adsorption piece, which is used for adsorbing the flexible panel, is provided with a first adsorption area and a second adsorption area surrounding the first adsorption area; one or more first adsorption holes arranged on one side of the adsorption piece and positioned in the first adsorption area; one or more second adsorption holes arranged on one side of the adsorption piece and positioned in the second adsorption area; wherein the second adsorption zone generates a greater adsorptive force than the first adsorption zone. Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of display, in particular to a flexible panel adsorption device.
Background
In recent years, flexible panels have attracted much attention because of their advantages such as light weight, rollability, and low power consumption.
When the flexible panel is subjected to the manufacturing processes such as cutting and offset pasting, the flexible panel is often required to be adsorbed and then subjected to the operations such as cutting and offset pasting. Since the flexible substrate is easy to deform, the substrate is warped and curled during the process of partial sticking and cutting, which causes poor adsorption, and the adsorption mainly occurs in the peripheral area, thereby causing poor manufacturing process. For example, poor adhesion results in peeling of the film layer and thus poor display; the cutting depth is deviated due to warping, so that splitting is difficult, and the panel is scrapped.

In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention provides a flexible panel adsorption device, including:
the adsorption piece is used for adsorbing the flexible panel, and one side of the adsorption piece, which is used for adsorbing the flexible panel, is provided with a first adsorption area and a second adsorption area surrounding the first adsorption area;
one or more first adsorption holes arranged on one side of the adsorption piece and positioned in the first adsorption area;
one or more second adsorption holes arranged on one side of the adsorption piece and positioned in the second adsorption area;
wherein the second adsorption zone generates a greater adsorptive force than the first adsorption zone.
Further preferably, the arrangement density of the first adsorption holes in the first adsorption region is equal to the arrangement density of the second adsorption holes in the second adsorption region, and the adsorption force of the first adsorption holes is smaller than that of the second adsorption holes.
Further preferably, the vacuum-pumping strength of the first adsorption hole is smaller than that of the second adsorption hole.
Further preferably, the adsorption force of the first adsorption holes is equal to that of the second adsorption holes, and the arrangement density of the first adsorption holes in the first adsorption region is smaller than that of the second adsorption holes in the second adsorption region.
Further preferably, the diameter of the first adsorption hole is equal to the diameter of the second adsorption hole, and the number of the first adsorption holes is smaller than the number of the second adsorption holes.
Preferably, the first adsorption area is internally provided with a plurality of first adsorption holes distributed in a rectangular array, and the second adsorption area is internally provided with at least one circle of second adsorption holes distributed in an annular array around the first adsorption area.

one or more first adsorption holes 101 disposed at one side of the adsorption member 100 and located in the first adsorption region;
one or more second adsorption holes 102 disposed at one side of the adsorption member 100 and located in the second adsorption region;
wherein the second adsorption zone generates a greater adsorptive force than the first adsorption zone.
The adsorption member 100 in the flexible panel adsorption device provided by the embodiment of the invention is provided with a first adsorption area at one side for adsorbing the flexible panel, and a second suction area surrounding the first suction area and generating a suction force greater than that of the first suction area, so that when the flexible panel is placed over the suction member 100, the second adsorption area of the adsorption member 100 provides adsorption force for the peripheral area of the flexible panel, which is greater than the adsorption force provided by the first adsorption area of the adsorption member 100 for the middle area of the flexible panel, so that the adsorption stability is enhanced, the situation that the peripheral area of the flexible panel is warped or curled is reduced, and the phenomenon of poor adsorption of the flexible panel is improved, thereby ensuring the accuracy of the subsequent processing procedure and avoiding the reduction of the yield of the flexible panel caused by poor adsorption.
According to the first embodiment of the present invention, the arrangement density of the first adsorption holes 101 in the first adsorption region is equal to the arrangement density of the second adsorption holes 102 in the second adsorption region, and the adsorption force of the first adsorption holes 101 is smaller than that of the second adsorption holes 102.
Specifically, the vacuum strength of the first suction hole 101 is smaller than that of the second suction hole 102, which is achieved by adjusting the air pressure control mechanism (not shown in the figure) in the flexible panel suction device, so as to ensure that the suction force of the first suction hole 101 is smaller than that of the second suction hole 102.
Further, in the flexible panel suction device provided by the present invention, when the first suction holes 101 and the second suction holes 102 are arranged at different densities, the suction force and the suction effect generated on the flexible panel are different, the arrangement density is high, the suction force on the flexible panel is high, and the suction effect is good; the setting density is low, the adsorption force on the flexible panel is low, and the adsorption effect is poor; thus, in the embodiment of the present invention, the arrangement density of the first adsorption holes 101 is used as a reference.
According to the second embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the suction force of the first suction holes 101 is equal to the suction force of the second suction holes 102, and the arrangement density of the first suction holes 101 in the first suction area is smaller than the arrangement density of the second suction holes 102 in the second suction area.
Further, the aperture of the first adsorption holes 101 is equal to the aperture of the second adsorption holes 102, and the number of the first adsorption holes 101 is smaller than the number of the second adsorption holes 102.
The arrangement density and the number of the second adsorption holes 102 are greater than those of the first adsorption holes 101, so that adsorption sites are locally increased in the peripheral region of the flexible panel where poor adsorption is likely to occur, and the purpose that the adsorption force between the peripheral region and the middle region of the flexible panel is different in size is achieved, namely, the adsorption force of the region where warping or curling is likely to occur at the periphery is large, and the adsorption force of the region where middle adsorption is relatively stable is small, so that the adsorption effect of the flexible panel is integrally improved, and the adsorption stability is enhanced.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, a plurality of first adsorption holes 101 are arranged in the first adsorption region in a rectangular array, and at least one ring of second adsorption holes 102 are arranged in the second adsorption region in a ring array around the first adsorption region.
The first adsorption holes 101 and the second adsorption holes 102 distributed in an array ensure that the adsorption force is uniformly distributed, and at least one circle of the second adsorption holes 102 surrounding the first adsorption region and distributed in an annular array enhances the adsorption force of the second adsorption region of the adsorption member 100, that is, the adsorption force of the peripheral region of the flexible panel is enhanced.
According to the third embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the second adsorption holes 102 have a discontinuous hole structure in a direction surrounding the first adsorption region.
Further, the shape of the second adsorption hole may be circular, oval, triangular, rectangular, or other polygonal shapes.
According to the fourth embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the second adsorption hole 102 has a rectangular structure along the direction surrounding the first adsorption region.
When a plurality of circles of the second adsorption holes 102 are arranged in the second adsorption area, the distance between two adjacent circles of the second adsorption holes 102 is less than 1 cm.
Further, the flexible panel suction device provided in the embodiment of the present invention further includes an air pressure control mechanism (not shown in the figure), which is disposed inside the flexible panel suction device, and is communicated with the suction member 100 through a suction pipe (not shown in the figure) for providing suction force to the first suction hole 101 and the second suction hole 102.
According to the above embodiments of the present invention: the flexible panel adsorption device provided by the invention comprises the adsorption piece 100, wherein the adsorption piece 100 is provided with a first adsorption area and a second adsorption area surrounding the first adsorption area on one side for adsorbing the flexible panel, one or more first adsorption holes 101 and one or more second adsorption holes 102 are respectively arranged in the first adsorption area and the second adsorption area, and when the arrangement density of the first adsorption holes 101 is the same as that of the second adsorption holes 102, the vacuumizing strength of the first adsorption holes 101 is smaller than that of the second adsorption holes 102, so that the adsorption force generated by the second adsorption area is larger than that generated by the first adsorption area; when the arrangement density of the first adsorption holes 101 is less than that of the second adsorption holes 102, the number of the first adsorption holes 101 is less than that of the second adsorption holes 102, so that the adsorption force generated by the second adsorption region is greater than that generated by the first adsorption region by adding adsorption sites in the second adsorption region of the adsorption member 100; further, at least one circle of the second adsorption holes 102 may be disposed in the second adsorption region to surround the first adsorption region, and the shape of the second adsorption holes is not limited to a regular circle and may be rectangular, so that the adsorption force generated by the second adsorption region is greater than that generated by the first adsorption region. The adsorption effect on the peripheral area of the flexible panel is enhanced through the various implementation modes, so that the phenomenon of poor adsorption of the flexible panel is improved, the accuracy of subsequent processing procedures is further ensured, and the reduction of the yield of the flexible panel caused by poor adsorption is avoided.

one or more first adsorption holes arranged on one side of the adsorption piece and positioned in the first adsorption area;
one or more second adsorption holes arranged on one side of the adsorption piece and positioned in the second adsorption area;
wherein the second adsorption zone generates a greater adsorptive force than the first adsorption zone.
2. The flexible panel adsorption device of claim 1, wherein the first adsorption hole is disposed at a density equal to a density of the second adsorption hole in the first adsorption region, and an adsorption force of the first adsorption hole is smaller than an adsorption force of the second adsorption hole.
3. The flexible panel suction device according to claim 2, wherein a vacuum strength of the first suction hole is smaller than a vacuum strength of the second suction hole.
4. The flexible panel suction device according to claim 1, wherein a suction force of the first suction hole is equal to a suction force of the second suction hole, and a density of the first suction hole in the first suction area is set to be lower than a density of the second suction hole in the second suction area.
5. The flexible panel adsorption device of claim 4, wherein the first adsorption hole has an aperture equal to an aperture of the second adsorption hole, and the number of the first adsorption holes is smaller than the number of the second adsorption holes.

The flexible panel adsorption device of claim 1, wherein the first adsorption region has a plurality of first adsorption holes disposed therein in a rectangular array, and the second adsorption region has at least one ring of second adsorption holes disposed therein in an annular array around the first adsorption region.
7. The flexible panel suction device according to claim 6, wherein the second suction hole is a discontinuous hole structure in a direction surrounding the first suction zone.
8. The flexible panel suction device according to claim 6, wherein the second suction hole has a rectangular structure along a direction surrounding the first suction region.
9. The flexible panel adsorption device of claim 6, wherein a plurality of circles of the second adsorption holes are arranged in the second adsorption area, and the distance between two adjacent circles of the second adsorption holes is less than 1 cm.
10. The flexible panel adsorption device of claim 1, further comprising an air pressure control mechanism disposed inside the flexible panel adsorption device and in communication with the adsorption member for providing an adsorption force to the first adsorption hole and the second adsorption hole.
