Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a structure for removing a water control valve jam of a watering timer, wherein the method mainly comprises the following steps: an opening and closing state induction step: detecting the opening and closing mode of the water control valve and generating a signal to be transmitted to the electric control processing unit; a stuck state determination step: a detection operation module of the electric control processing unit detects whether the component state exceeds a set abnormal value; and a reverse rotation control step: when the water control valve is judged to be in a blocked state in the previous step, the water control valve is enabled to rotate reversely; a reverse state sensing step: detecting whether the water control valve is smoothly inverted to an opening and closing mode again; repeating the reversing step: when the water control valve is judged to be not released in the prior step, repeatedly reversing the water control valve to a set number of times; and (3) automatic stopping: when the water control valve of the previous step is reversed for a set number of times and still is judged to be in a blocked state, the watering timer is closed.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a watering timer; in particular to a method for eliminating the blockage of the flow passage of a watering timer and a novel structure thereof.
Background
The watering timer of the invention is a control device which is widely applied to the environment (such as a vegetable garden, a golf course, a park or a sheet iron roof and the like) needing watering irrigation or cooling.
The watering timer has the functions of controlling the numerical setting of how often a specific watering device sprinkles water and how long each watering time; the corresponding structure design mainly provides a setting interface for the user to operate, and a microprocessor is additionally arranged to drive and control the operation on-off state of a motor and a speed change gear set according to the setting value of the setting interface, and drive and control the rotation on-off state of a water control valve to achieve the function of timing watering.
For example, in the process of rotating, opening and closing the water control valve, the water control valve may be stuck and cannot normally continue to operate when not rotating to a fully opened or fully closed position due to excessive accumulation of silt, fine stone, dirt, or foreign matter, however, when such a situation occurs, a manager is often out of site and cannot immediately detect and handle the situation, so that a motor of the watering timer is burned out due to overloading, or the water control valve is damaged due to water leakage or jamming due to excessive friction of a water stop ring of the water control valve, and the defects that the service life of the existing watering timer is shortened and the durability is poor are caused.

The main effects and advantages of the invention can automatically drive the silt, fine stone, dirt or foreign matters causing the blocking problem to move towards the loosening direction in a reverse rotation mode when the water control valve of the watering timer is blocked by the technical characteristics of reverse rotation control, effectively prevent the silt, fine stone, dirt or foreign matters from being blocked more and more tightly, and automatically close the watering timer when the blocking state cannot be solved, so as to effectively avoid the damage and the unrepairable damage of the water control valve caused by the blocking, thereby achieving the practical progress of improving the quality and the durability of the watering timer.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, a preferred embodiment of a method and structure for removing jamming of a water control valve of a sprinkler timer according to the present invention is shown, but these embodiments are only for illustrative purpose and are not limited by this structure in the patent application;
the watering timer 100 includes a power supply unit 10, a water control valve 20 having an open mode and a close mode and operating in a rotating mode, a driving motor 30, a transmission gear set 40 for connecting the driving motor 30 and the water control valve 20, a setting interface 50, and an electronic control processing unit 60 (which may be but not limited to a circuit board) electrically connected to the setting interface 50 and the driving motor 30.
Referring to fig. 5 again, the method for removing the stuck water control valve includes the following steps:
(A) an on-off state sensing step: for detecting and sensing whether the water control valve 20 is in the open mode or the close mode, and generating an open mode signal or a close mode signal to be transmitted to the electronic control processing unit 60;
(B) a stuck state determination step: a detection operation module 61 is built in the electric control processing unit 60 to determine whether the flow channel of the water control valve 20 is in a stuck state through any one of the following detection modes: firstly, detecting whether the operation current of the driving motor 30 exceeds a set abnormal current value (for example, more than 2 times of the normal current); secondly, detecting whether the interval time between the opening mode signal and the closing mode signal generated in the opening and closing state sensing step exceeds a set abnormal time value (for example, more than 3 seconds);
(C) a reverse control step: when the stuck state determining step determines that the flow passage of the water control valve 20 is stuck, the electric control processing unit 60 commands the driving motor 30 to perform a reverse rotation motion, so that the water control valve 20 synchronously generates a reverse rotation motion;
(D) a reverse state sensing step: the detection operation module 61 detects and senses whether the water control valve 20 is smoothly reversed and returns to the opening mode or the closing mode again, if so, the clamping state is determined to be released, and if not, the clamping state is determined not to be released;
(E) a repeated inversion step: when the reverse rotation state sensing step determines that the water control valve 20 is not released from the stuck state, repeating the steps (C) to (D) to a predetermined number of times (for example, 3 to 5 times is a preferred range of times);
(F) an automatic shutdown step: when the water control valve 20 in the step (E) is repeatedly rotated for the predetermined number of times and the detection operation module 61 still determines that the water control valve 20 is in the stuck state, the electronic control processing unit 60 turns off the watering timer 100 to stop operation.
The on/off state sensing step is implemented by providing a sensor to detect the mode of the water control valve 20 (the specific structure is described in detail later).
In the automatic shutdown step, when the electronic control unit 60 turns off the watering timer 100 and stops operating, an alarm is further simultaneously performed, and the alarm is in at least one of the following types: the flashing light is sent out through the lamp signal, the alarm sound is sent out through the buzzer, and the wireless signal is transmitted to a remote manager device.
If the water control valve is stuck in different processes of opening or closing the valve, firstly referring to fig. 6, when the water control valve is stuck in the process of opening the valve, firstly performing the action of reversely closing the valve, if the action of reversely closing the valve can be smoothly completed, opening the valve again and judging whether the valve can be smoothly and completely opened, if so, solving the sticking problem, otherwise, if the action of reversely closing the valve is judged not to be completed, performing the action of reversely opening the valve again, and if judging that the number of times of repeatedly opening the valve is up to 5 times, still not solving the sticking problem, closing the watering timer and giving an alarm to prevent the water control valve from being damaged due to overlarge friction of silt, fine stones, dirt or foreign matters; on the contrary, the specific strain action when the water control valve is stuck in the valve closing process can be seen from fig. 7, and the difference is only the replacement of the valve opening and closing action shown in fig. 6, which is not described again.
Further, in terms of structure, the water control valve jam removing structure comprises the following components: an open/close state sensing means 70, including an open sensor 71 and a close sensor 72, for respectively sensing whether the water control valve 20 is in the open mode or the close mode, and generating an open mode signal or a close mode signal to be transmitted to the electronic control processing unit 60; a detection operation module 61, built in the electric control processing unit 60, for detecting and determining whether the water control valve 20 is in a stuck state; when the water control valve 20 is determined to be in the stuck state, the detection operation module 61 commands the driving motor 30 to perform reverse rotation so as to enable the water control valve 20 to synchronously generate reverse rotation; the detection operation module 61 will detect and sense whether the water control valve 20 is smoothly reversed to return to the open mode or the close mode again, if so, it is determined that the stuck state is released, otherwise, it is determined that the stuck state is not released, and then the driving motor 30 is continuously rotated reversely to a set number of times; if the detection operation module 61 still determines that the water control valve 20 is in the stuck state after the operation is performed for the set number of times of repetition, the electronic control processing unit 60 turns off the watering timer 100 to stop operating.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in this embodiment, one end of the water control valve 20 is provided with a flange 21, and the flange 21 has a first rotation angle position (as shown in fig. 8) and a second rotation angle position (as shown in fig. 10) corresponding to the opening mode and the closing mode of the water control valve 20 as the water control valve 20 rotates, so that the opening sensor 71 and the closing sensor 72 of the open-close state sensing member 70 adopt a micro switch mode, the opening sensor 71 is disposed at a position corresponding to the first rotation angle position of the flange 21, and the closing sensor 72 is disposed at a position corresponding to the second rotation angle position of the flange 21.
Wherein, the structure of the watering timer 100 is further provided with an alarm 80, and the alarm 80 adopts any one of the following types: lamps and lanterns, bee calling organ, wireless signal transmission device. This is an embodiment in which the alarm 80 shown in FIG. 2 is provided with both a lamp and a buzzer.

(F) an automatic shutdown step: and (E) when the water control valve in the step (E) is repeatedly inverted to reach the set repeated times and the detection and operation module still judges that the water control valve is in the blocked state, the electric control processing unit closes the watering timer to stop operating.
