Referring to fig. 8-13, the main box 5 is a rectangular box with horizontal long side for being horizontally arranged at the back waist of human body for carrying about, the battery installation space 51 is arranged at the lower part of the rectangular box body along the long side direction, the return air space 57 and the fresh air circulation space 52 are arranged at the upper part of the rectangular box body along the long side direction and are respectively arranged at the two ends, the exhaust fan 59 is arranged on the corresponding end surface, the air suction opening 58 and the air outlet 54 are both arranged on the upper surface of the rectangular box body, the battery mounting space 51 is provided with a corresponding battery cover 56 for mounting and dismounting the battery 7, the battery cover 56 is provided at either end face of the rectangular case, the opening of the filter unit installation area 521 is opened at the side of the rectangular box body, and the side of the rectangular box body where the opening of the filter unit installation area 521 is located faces the direction departing from the isolation suit 100 so as to facilitate air intake.
Therefore, the human body and actions are combined, the requirements of human-machine efficacy are met, the effects are further guaranteed, the openings needed by all the functional components are arranged on different surfaces of the rectangular box body, and the structural strength of the main box body 5 can be guaranteed.
Two power fans 53 are installed in the power fan installation area 522, and the air supply directions of the two power fans 53 are the same and are both electrically connected with the battery 7.
Therefore, the using effect can be better guaranteed, the temporary fault can be avoided, the two power fans 53 are electrically connected in parallel, and when one power fan 53 has a fault, the other power fan 53 can be used; and when the condition allows, performing maintenance again.
The number of the battery installation spaces 51 is two, the batteries 7 are correspondingly and respectively installed, the two battery installation spaces 51 are arranged in a collinear manner along the length direction, and the battery covers 56 corresponding to the two battery installation spaces 51 are respectively arranged on two end faces of the rectangular box body; the two batteries 7 are electrically connected with the power fan 53 through the selector switch 71 to realize independent power supply; the battery 7 is connected with an audible alarm unit to make a low voltage alarm by sounding when the voltage is low. Please refer to fig. 14.
Thus, the two batteries 7 can be used alternately, and the service life is prolonged; the battery 7 which is not powered can be taken down for charging, thereby ensuring the continuous use requirement. The alarm unit can prevent the battery 7 from being damaged by over-discharge and prompt the timely switching of power supply and charging according to requirements.
In this embodiment, a temperature adjusting module 55 is disposed in the air outlet region 523 to adjust the temperature of the fresh air sent from the air outlet 54.
Therefore, constant-temperature and constant-pressure air supply can be ensured, and the use comfort is improved. In implementation, the temperature adjusting module 55 is a conventional heat-exchangeable unit, such as a coil, a refrigerant, and a semiconductor heat exchanger, and is electrically connected to the battery 6.
Wherein the filter unit 6 is a replaceable disposable filter element.
Therefore, the filter element type matched with the environment and the use requirement can be selected for installation, and the applicability is improved. During implementation, the filter element with the corresponding shape can be directly installed in the filter unit installation area 521, or a drawer structural member corresponding to the filter unit installation area 521 can be provided, the filter element with the corresponding shape is installed in the drawer structural member to better ensure the use strength and the appearance of the filter element, and in order to ensure the gas fluidity, the drawer structural member can adopt a wall surface with meshes.
The invention also provides a use method of the closed type isolation protective clothing respiration support system, when in use, the air supply quantity of the power fan of the respiration support equipment and the return air quantity of the exhaust fan are matched and set, and the isolation clothing is ensured to keep positive pressure in use. In practice, the regulation of the gas flow can be realized by means of fan power, voltage, controller and the like.
Finally, the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting, although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions may be made to the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention, and all of them should be covered in the claims of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The respiratory support system of the closed type isolation protective clothing comprises respiratory support equipment and an integrated isolation clothing with a head sleeve, wherein a face window is arranged on the head sleeve; the face window is connected with a face mask capable of shielding the face of a human body in a sealing way; at least the part of the face mask corresponding to the eyes of the human body is transparent, and a penetrating air inlet part is arranged on the face mask; the method is characterized in that: the air inlet part is positioned at the upper part of the mask and is higher than the part of the mask corresponding to the eyes of the human body; the isolation suit is also provided with a through exhaust part; the exhaust part is positioned below the air inlet part;
the respiratory support equipment is connected to the outer side of the isolation suit and positioned at the rear part of a human body, and comprises a main box body, wherein a battery installation space, an air return space and a fresh air circulation space are arranged in the main box body, the fresh air circulation space is sequentially divided into a filter unit installation area, a power fan installation area and an air outlet area according to the air flow direction, a filter unit is installed in the filter unit installation area, one surface of the filter unit installation area is open so as to facilitate installation of the filter unit and inflow of fresh air, the air outlet area is provided with an air outlet, and a power fan is installed in the power fan installation area so as to provide driving force for enabling fresh air to flow in from the open and to be sent out from the air outlet; the wall of the air return space is respectively provided with an air suction opening and an exhaust fan for exhausting air outwards; a battery is arranged in the battery mounting space and is electrically connected with the power fan and the exhaust fan; the air outlet is connected with the air inlet part through an air inlet hose so as to supply air into the isolation suit; the air suction opening is connected with the exhaust part through a return air hose so as to realize return air and form good air circulation in the isolation suit.

The respiratory support system of a closed barrier suit according to claim 1, wherein: the air inlet part comprises an air inlet pipe penetrating through the mask, the air inlet pipe penetrates through the part, corresponding to the forehead of a human body, of the mask, the outer end of the air inlet pipe is formed into an air inlet, the inner end of the air inlet pipe is connected with a support piece, the support piece is positioned on the inner side of the part, corresponding to the forehead of the human body, of the mask and corresponds to the forehead in shape, the support piece is of a cavity structure with a hollow inner cavity, the lower end of the support piece is open, and the inner end of the air inlet pipe is communicated with the hollow inner cavity of the support; the air inlet hose is communicated with the air outlet and the air inlet.

The respiratory support system of a closed barrier suit according to claim 2, wherein: the outer end of the air inlet pipe extends upwards to facilitate the connection of an air inlet hose, and the air inlet hose passes through the rear part of the human body and bypasses the radian of the top of the human head to the front part to be connected with the air inlet; the outside of the isolation suit is provided with a plurality of pipe hoops used for fixing the air inlet hose.

The respiratory support system of a closed barrier suit according to claim 2, wherein: the air inlet pipe, the supporting piece and the mask are of an integrated structure, and one side face, close to the mask, of the supporting piece is coplanar with the part, corresponding to the forehead of a human body, of the mask.

The respiratory support system of a closed barrier suit according to claim 1, wherein: the exhaust part is arranged on the face mask and is positioned at the lower part of the face mask and lower than the part of the face mask corresponding to the mouth of the human body; a circle of bonding glue is arranged at the edge position of the outer side of the face mask and is bonded with the inner side of the edge of the face window through the bonding glue; the outside of the isolation suit is provided with a plurality of pipe hoops used for fixing the return air hose.

The respiratory support system of a closed barrier suit according to claim 1, wherein: the main box body is a rectangular box body with a horizontal long edge, the battery installation space is transversely arranged at the lower part of the rectangular box body along the long edge direction, the return air space and the fresh air circulation space are transversely arranged at the upper part of the rectangular box body along the long edge direction and are respectively positioned at two ends, and the exhaust fan is arranged on the corresponding end surface; the air suction opening and the air outlet are both arranged on the upper surface of the rectangular box body, the battery mounting space is provided with a corresponding battery cover so as to conveniently mount and dismount the battery, the battery cover is arranged on any end face of the rectangular box body, and an opening of the filter unit mounting area is arranged on one side face, far away from the isolation clothes, of the rectangular box body.

The respiratory support system of a closed barrier suit according to claim 6, wherein: the number of the battery installation spaces is two, and batteries are correspondingly and respectively installed; the two battery installation spaces are arranged in a collinear way along the length direction, and the battery covers corresponding to the two battery installation spaces are respectively arranged on two end faces of the rectangular box body; the two batteries are electrically connected with the power fan through the change-over switch to realize independent power supply.

The respiratory support system of a closed barrier suit according to claim 1, wherein: two power fans are arranged in the power fan mounting area, and the air supply directions of the two power fans are consistent and are electrically connected with the battery; and a temperature adjusting module is arranged in the air outlet area so as to adjust the temperature of the fresh air sent out from the air outlet.
9. The respiratory support system of a closed barrier suit according to claim 1, wherein: the filter unit is a changeable disposable filter element; the face mask is a transparent plastic plate in a spherical form.
10. A method of using a closed barrier suit respiratory support system according to any one of claims 1 to 9 wherein: the air supply quantity of a power fan of the respiratory support equipment and the air return quantity of an exhaust fan are set in a matched mode, and the isolation suit is kept at positive pressure when in use.
