Fig. 6 is a block diagram of a circuit inside the main controller 20 according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which the main controller 20 includes a voice recognition controller 40, a date time controller 50, a lock medicine box controller 60, a biometric controller 70, a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) 80, and a plurality of control signals 90. The voice recognition controller 40 performs voice recognition and control of the user, the date and time controller 50 performs date setting and control of the intelligent medicine box, and the lock medicine box controller 60 performs locking and control of the box cover of the intelligent medicine box; the biometric controller 70 performs biometric and control of the user. The graphic processor 80(GPU) is a display core, a visual processor, a display chip or a drawing chip in practical application, and is a microprocessor which is specially used for executing drawing operation work on a personal computer and an intelligent mobile device (such as a tablet computer, an intelligent mobile phone, etc.).
The graphic processor 80 is coupled to the voice recognition controller 40, the date and time controller 50, the lock medicine box controller 60 and the biometric recognition controller 70, as shown in fig. 6, for receiving signals output by the voice recognition controller 40, the date and time controller 50, the lock medicine box controller 60 and the biometric recognition controller 70, performing voice recognition determination and confirmation of the user, the user taking medicine, and the person taking medicine, performing setting of correct date and time for whether the box cover 15 can be taken, and performing control on whether the box cover is locked and performing recognition and determination on whether the biometric features of the user are correct, such as determination of face recognition or determination of fingerprint recognition. And the control signals are output by the graphic processor and used for controlling the locking device of the intelligent medicine box to lock or unlock. The control signals 90 are outputted from the graphic processor 80 and then transmitted to the locking device 30 of the intelligent medicine box 10, mainly used to control the locking device 30 of the intelligent medicine box 10 to lock or unlock the box cover 15.
In the first embodiment with the screen 14, the screen 14 is disposed on the outer surface of the upper body 11 and extends to the inner surface of the upper body 11, so that the screen 14 is coupled with the main controller 20 (shown in fig. 1A and 2). The main controller 20 is correspondingly provided with a display module 100 coupled to the screen 14 (shown in fig. 6), the screen 14 is configured with a touch screen in practical application, so that a user or a user can perform setting of date and time by controlling touch with a finger, and the touch screen can correspondingly display distribution icons of the positions of the box covers 15, so that the user or the user can know which box cover 15 should be selected to open the box cover 15 for medication through the display of the distribution icons.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the main controller 20 further includes a bluetooth module 95 and a WiFi module 96. The bluetooth module 95 is coupled to the graphic processor 80 and connected to another smart handheld device, so that the user can directly execute the time setting and control for locking or unlocking the smart medicine box 10 device through the smart handheld device. The WiFi module 96 is also coupled to the graphic processor 80 and also connected to an intelligent handheld device, so that the user can perform the time setting and control for locking or unlocking the intelligent medicine box 10 device through the intelligent handheld device. Therefore, the user can conveniently execute the setting control related to the medicine taking schedule of the intelligent medicine box 10 or the distribution icon of the box cover 15 corresponding to the screen 14.
The sound recognition controller 40 shown in fig. 7 includes a transceiver 42, an audio filter 44, an adc 46 and an audio database 48, and an audio comparison module 81 is correspondingly disposed in the graphic processor 80. The speech interface 42 is used for receiving the voice input of the user or the user, converting the voice input into an audio signal, and outputting a voice prompt. The audio filter 44 is coupled to the sound receiving and emitting interface 42, and filters the audio signal to filter out the noise signal. The adc 46 is coupled to the audio filter 44 and the graphic processor 80, and is mainly used for performing conversion (Analog to Digital) between Analog signals and Digital signals. The audio database 48 is coupled to the graphic processor 80 for pre-storing or self-inputting the audio signals of the user or the user at a later date, and storing the audio data content of the audio signals in a digital manner.
In this embodiment, the graphic processor 80 is provided with an audio comparison module 81 corresponding to the sound recognition controller 40, which is mainly coupled to the audio database 48 and the adc 46, and is used for receiving the audio signal transmitted by the adc 46 and performing the comparison between the audio signal and the default audio database 48 to determine whether the user or the drug user is correct. On the other hand, the graphic processor 80 corresponding to the voice recognition controller 40 of the present invention can also execute the related voice prompt, for example, if the medication time has been reached, but the user or the user has not taken the medication after half an hour, the graphic processor 80 in the main controller 20 will issue a voice prompt to remind the user to take the medication or the medication through the preset voice prompt setting. Especially, modern people are busy or old people have weak memorability and often forget to take medicines, and the intelligent medicine box can effectively improve the problem.
The time-of-day controller 50 of fig. 8 includes a year, month and day setting module 52, a 24 hour setting module 54 and a week setting module 56, wherein the year, month and day setting module 52 is coupled to the graphic processor 80 for the user to set the month and day of taking medicine, thereby establishing the medication schedule. The 24-hour setting module 54 is also coupled to the graphic processor 80 to enable the user to further set the time for taking medicine in more detail, and in practical applications, the time can be simplified to only set four periods of morning, noon, evening and before sleep, and then the time corresponding to the time for taking medicine in morning, noon, evening and before sleep is customized by the inside of the graphic processor 80, so that the user can set the time for taking medicine more easily. The week setting module 56 is coupled to the graphic processor 80, and is used for enabling a user to set each week period of taking medicine, for example, a course of medicine is set for two days or a week, or a month, a week, or a half week, etc., which is convenient for the user to set. In this embodiment, the graphic processor 80 is provided with a perpetual calendar database 82 corresponding to the date and time controller 50 for providing data of perpetual calendar time and date corresponding to the setting requirements of the year, month and day setting module 52, the 24 hour setting module 54 and the week setting module 56.
The locked cartridge controller 60 shown in fig. 9 includes an electronic locker code setting module 62, an electronic locker status display module 64, and an on-screen image cartridge display module 66. The electronic locker code setting module 62 is coupled to the graphic processor 80, and mainly provides the user or the user with the ability to set the code sequence of the box cover 15 or arrange the distribution icons of the box cover 15 according to the date. The electronic locker status display module 64 is coupled to the graphic processor 80 for determining and recognizing whether the box cover 15 is currently in the locking state or in the unlocking state, so as to enable the locking device 30 to be unlocked or locked again according to the setting of whether the user is taking medicine. The screen image box display module 66 is coupled to the graphic processor 80 for displaying the distribution icon on the screen 14 corresponding to the box cover. In this embodiment, the graphic processor 80 corresponds to the electronic locker code setting module 62, the electronic locker status display module 64 and the screen-image medicine box display module 66 and generates at least one electronic locker control signal 92 through a control signal transmission interface 91, wherein the electronic locker control signal 92 is used to control the locker 30 to open or lock the box cover 15.
The biometric identifier 13 shown in fig. 10A is a biometric identifier 13 for performing face recognition, the biometric identifier 13 is an image capturing module 13a, the image capturing module 13a is coupled to the biometric controller 70 for reading the face images of the user and the user, and the biometric controller 70 includes an image signal filter 72 and an image signal amplifier 74. The image signal filter 72 is used for receiving the face image signal of the image capturing module 13a, and filtering the face image signal to remove the image noise except for the face. The image signal amplifier 74 is coupled to the image signal filter 72 and the graphic processor 80 for amplifying the filtered human face image signal, and then sending the amplified human face image signal to the graphic processor 80 for recognition and control.
In this embodiment, the graphic processor 80 is provided with a face image comparison module 83a, an operation control module 84a, a comparison result output control signal unit 85a and a face image database 86a corresponding to the biometric controller 70. The face image database 86a stores at least one default face image data, and can practically set the face image data of a plurality of users, such as the face image data of the family members including the user, or the caretaker, etc., other than the user. The face image comparison module 83a is coupled to the face image database 86a, receives the face image signal transmitted by the image signal amplifier 74, and performs comparison with the default face image data. The calculation control module 84a is coupled to the face image comparison module 83a, and performs calculation and determination of the face image signal to determine whether the locking device 30 corresponding to the lid 15 is locked or unlocked. The comparison result output control signal unit 85a is coupled to the operation control module 84a for converting the comparison result into a control signal capable of being output by the graphic processor 80.
Fig. 10B is an example of the biometric method of fig. 10A, which is a fingerprint recognition method, that is, the biometric identifier 13 is a biometric identifier 13 for performing fingerprint recognition, the biometric identifier 13 is a fingerprint reading module 13B, the fingerprint reading module 13B is coupled to the biometric controller 70 for reading the fingerprint image signal of the user or the medication user, and the biometric controller 70 includes a fingerprint image signal amplifier 76. The fingerprint image signal amplifier 76 is coupled to the fingerprint reading module 13b and the graphic processor 80, and is configured to receive the fingerprint image signal of the fingerprint reading module 13b, amplify the fingerprint image signal, and transmit the amplified fingerprint image signal to the graphic processor 80.
In this embodiment, the graphic processor 80 is provided with a fingerprint image comparison module 83b, a calculation control module 84b, a comparison result output control signal unit 85b and a fingerprint database 86b corresponding to the biometric controller 70. The fingerprint database 86b stores at least one default fingerprint data and also stores a plurality of fingerprint data of persons related to the user. The fingerprint image comparison module 83b is coupled to the fingerprint database 86b for receiving the fingerprint image signal transmitted by the fingerprint image signal amplifier 76 and performing a comparison with the default fingerprint database 86 b. The operation control module 84b is coupled to the fingerprint image comparison module 83b, and performs operation and judgment of the fingerprint image signal to determine whether the lid 15 is locked or unlocked. The comparison result output control signal unit 85b is coupled to the operation control module 84b, and converts the comparison result into a control signal output by the graphic processor 80, so as to further control whether the box cover 15 can be opened.
The present invention also provides control methods for intelligent medicine boxes, which are applied to the device of the intelligent medicine box 10, wherein the steps of the control method for intelligent medicine boxes mainly correspond to the main bodies of a medicine taking user, the intelligent medicine box 10, a face recognition biometric controller 70, the locking medicine box controller 60, the voice recognition controller 40, and the like. Referring to fig. 11, a flowchart illustrating a control method for a face recognition lock cartridge is shown, where the control method for an intelligent cartridge includes step S10: learning human faces; firstly, a medicine taking user learns through a biological identification controller for face identification; following step S12: taking the medicine at the correct time by the medicine taking user; step S13: confirming whether the medicine taking user is correct or not is carried out by the intelligent medicine box; then step S14: allowing the medicine to be taken after the medicine is judged to be correct by the biometric identification controller for face identification; step S16 is entered again: unlocking the drug delivery by the locking drug box controller; that is, a box cover corresponding to the intelligent medicine box is unlocked, and then the step S17 is performed to take the medicine from the medicine taking user.
On the other hand, in the first embodiment of the present invention, when the medicine taking user takes medicine at the wrong time, the control method corresponding to the intelligent medicine box in fig. 11 includes the steps of: step S20: taking the medicine at wrong time; step S21: the intelligent medicine box confirms whether the medicine taking time of the medicine taking user is correct or not, and meanwhile, after the medicine taking user is confirmed to be correct through the face recognition biological recognition controller, if the medicine taking time is judged to be incorrect; step S22 is executed: the medicine is not allowed to be taken; following step S24: latching the intelligent pill box by the locking pill box controller; at the same time, step S25 is executed: the lock cartridge controller enables the voice recognition controller to execute a prompt voice, and then step S26: and the voice recognition controller reminds the medicine taking user of the time for taking medicine next time.
Fig. 12 is a flowchart of a method for locking a medicine box according to the present invention, which includes steps of locking or unlocking the intelligent medicine box, corresponding to the medicine taking user, the intelligent medicine box, the date and time controller, and the medicine box locking controller. The steps of locking or unlocking the intelligent medicine box comprise: step S30: setting a medicine taking time by the medicine taking user; step S31: the intelligent medicine box writes the medicine taking time and the date and time controller sets the medicine taking time; at this time, after the time for taking medicine is set, the lock cartridge controller controls the intelligent cartridge to perform step S32: locking is continued when the medicine taking time is not reached, and at this time, step S34: the medicine taking user can not take the medicine because the intelligent medicine box is locked and cannot take the medicine; following step S36: when the medicine taking time is up, the date and time controller starts the medicine box locking controller to trigger unlocking at the medicine taking time; step S37: unlocking a lock catch of a corresponding box cover in the intelligent medicine box; step S38: the medicine is taken by the medicine taking user. Thus, the control method flow of locking the medicine box is completed.
Fig. 13 is a flowchart of a method for reminding time, which includes a step of reminding the time of taking medicine of an intelligent medicine box, mainly corresponding to the time between the user of taking medicine, the intelligent medicine box, the date and time controller and the voice recognition controller, and the step of reminding the time of taking medicine of the intelligent medicine box includes: step S40: setting the medicine taking time by the medicine taking user through the intelligent medicine box; step S41: writing the medicine taking time by the date and time controller of the intelligent medicine box; following step S42: triggering, by the date time controller, the voice recognition controller when a medication time arrives; final step S43: the sound recognition controller sends out sound to remind the medicine taking user to take medicine. Thus, the steps of the control method of time reminding are completed.
In summary, the present invention provides an intelligent medicine box and a control method thereof, which can be applied to the elderly, the disabled or the drug users with poor remembering ability, and can open the medicine box to take the medicine at the correct time and only at the correct time; in any case of improper time or repeated medicine taking, the intelligent medicine box 10 is locked and cannot take medicine; even when a user forgets to take the medicine, the intelligent medicine box has a voice notification function of medicine taking reminding and notifies the user of taking the medicine. Therefore, the invention can effectively avoid the occurrence of repeated medication or forgetting to take medication for the old, the disabled or the people with poor memory. It is apparent that the present invention has the requirements of patent application.
However, the description of the present invention is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments, and the scope of the present invention should not be limited by the description, and any local variations, modifications, or additions may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. An intelligent medicine box, which comprises an upper body and a lower body and is characterized in that,
the lower body is arranged below the upper body;
the upper body includes:
a biological identifier arranged on the outer surface of the upper body and extending to the inner surface of the upper body;
the main controller is arranged on the inner surface of the upper body, is coupled with the biological identifier, is used for receiving a biological identification signal, judges and confirms a user, corresponds to a preset medicine taking time schedule, and controls whether the intelligent medicine box can be opened to take the medicine and reminds that the time for taking the medicine is up;
the box covers are arranged on the outer surface of the upper body, and each box cover can be opened upwards; and
a plurality of locking devices, which are coupled to the main controller, wherein each locking device can lock part of the box cover, and determines whether one of the box covers can be opened according to a control signal of the main controller;
the lower body includes:
the upper opening of each grid body corresponds to each box cover, namely, one box cover corresponds to one grid body, so that the grid bodies form an accommodating space, and the accommodating space is a space required for placing medicines for one-time administration.
2. The intelligent pill case of claim 1, wherein each locking mechanism of said plurality of locking mechanisms comprises:
each electronic locker is coupled with the main controller and receives a control signal output by the main controller to execute locking or unlocking; and
the plurality of clamping pieces are correspondingly arranged in the plurality of electronic locking devices, and each clamping piece is correspondingly arranged in one electronic locking device; the clamping piece protrudes outwards when the electronic locker is locked, and the clamping piece retracts into the electronic locker when the electronic locker is opened;
each box cover is provided with a fastener corresponding to each electronic locker, and each fastener corresponds to each clamping piece, so that the box cover can be locked or unlocked through a control signal of the main controller.
3. The intelligent pill pack of claim 1, wherein said master controller comprises:
a voice recognition controller for performing voice recognition and control of the user;
the date and time controller executes date setting and control of the intelligent medicine box;
the locking medicine box controller executes locking and control of the box cover of the intelligent medicine box;
a biometric controller for performing biometric recognition and control of the user;
a graphic processor respectively coupled to the voice recognition controller, the date and time controller, the lock medicine box controller and the biometric controller, for receiving signals output from the voice recognition controller, the date and time controller, the lock medicine box controller and the biometric controller, performing voice recognition determination and confirmation of the user, setting a correct date and time for the case cover to be taken, performing control on whether the case cover is locked, and performing recognition and determination on whether the biological characteristics of the user are correct; and
and the control signals are output by the graphic processor and used for controlling the locking device of the intelligent medicine box to lock or unlock the box cover.

The intelligent medicine box of claim 3, wherein the upper body is provided with a screen, the screen is arranged on the outer surface of the upper body and extends to the inner surface of the upper body, so that the screen is coupled with the main controller, the main controller is correspondingly provided with a display module coupled with the screen, the screen is configured as a touch screen, the user performs the setting of the date and time through touch control, the touch screen is provided with a distribution icon correspondingly displaying the position of the box cover, and the user knows which box cover should be selected for medication through the display of the distribution icon.

The intelligent kit according to claim 3, wherein the biometric identifier is a biometric identifier for performing face recognition, the biometric identifier is an image capture module, the image capture module is coupled to the biometric controller for reading the image of the face of the user, and the biometric controller comprises:
the image signal filter receives the human face image signal of the image acquisition module and filters the human face image signal; and
an image signal amplifier, coupled to the image signal filter and the graphic processor, for amplifying the filtered human face image signal and then transmitting the amplified human face image signal to the graphic processor to execute control processing;
wherein, the graphics processor is provided with corresponding to the biological identification controller:
a face image database storing at least one default face image data;
a human face image comparison module, coupled to the human face image database, for receiving the human face image signal transmitted by the image signal amplifier and comparing the human face image signal with the default human face image data;
the operation control module is coupled with the face image comparison module and used for executing the operation and judgment of the face image signal so as to decide locking or unlocking; and
and the comparison result output control signal unit is coupled with the operation control module and converts the comparison result into a control signal output by the graphic processor.

The intelligent medication box of claim 3, wherein the biometric identifier is a biometric identifier for performing fingerprint identification, the biometric identifier is a fingerprint reading module, the fingerprint reading module is coupled to the biometric controller for reading the fingerprint image signal of the user, and the biometric controller comprises:
a fingerprint image signal amplifier coupled to the fingerprint reading module and the graphic processor for receiving the fingerprint image signal from the fingerprint reading module, amplifying the signal and transmitting the amplified signal to the graphic processor;
wherein, the graphics processor is provided with corresponding to the biological identification controller:
a fingerprint database storing default at least one fingerprint data;
a fingerprint image comparison module, coupled to the fingerprint database, for receiving the fingerprint image signal transmitted from the fingerprint image signal amplifier and comparing the received fingerprint image signal with the default fingerprint database;
the operation control module is coupled with the fingerprint image comparison module and is used for executing the operation and judgment of the fingerprint image signal so as to decide locking or unlocking; and
and the comparison result output control signal unit is coupled with the operation control module and converts the comparison result into a control signal output by the graphic processor.
7. The intelligent pill box of claim 4, wherein the locking pill box controller comprises:
the electronic locker code setting module is coupled with the graphic processor and can provide the user with the code sequence for setting the box cover;
the electronic locker state display module is coupled with the graphic processor and used for determining and recognizing the state that the box cover is in the locking state or the unlocking state; and
a screen image medicine box display module, coupled to the graphic processor, for displaying the distribution icon on the screen corresponding to the box cover;
the image processor corresponds to the electronic locker code setting module, the electronic locker state display module and the screen image medicine box display module and generates at least one electronic locking control signal through a control signal transmission interface.

A control method for an intelligent medicine box according to claim 3, wherein the steps of the control method for the intelligent medicine box correspond to a medicine user, the intelligent medicine box, a face recognition biometric controller, the lock-up medicine box controller and the voice recognition controller, and the control method for the intelligent medicine box comprises the steps of:
taking the medicine at the correct time by the medicine taking user;
confirming whether the medicine taking user is correct or not by the intelligent medicine box;
allowing the medicine to be taken after the medicine is judged to be correct by the biometric identification controller for face identification;
unlocking the drug delivery by the locking drug box controller; and
a box cover corresponding to the intelligent medicine box is unlocked, and the medicine taking user takes the medicine;
wherein, when the medicine taking user takes medicine at the wrong time, the control method of the intelligent medicine box comprises the following steps:
confirming whether the medicine taking time of the medicine taking user is correct or not by the intelligent medicine box;
after the medicine taking user is confirmed through the face recognition biological recognition controller, if the medicine taking time is judged to be incorrect;
latching the intelligent pill box by the locking pill box controller; and
the locking medicine box controller enables the sound recognition controller to execute prompt voice, and the sound recognition controller reminds the medicine taking user of the time for taking medicine next time.
9. The method for controlling an intelligent medicine box according to claim 8, further comprising the step of locking or unlocking the intelligent medicine box corresponding to the medicine taking user, the intelligent medicine box, the date and time controller and the lock medicine box controller, wherein the step of locking or unlocking the intelligent medicine box comprises:
setting a medicine taking time by the medicine taking user;
the intelligent medicine box writes the medicine taking time and the date and time controller sets the medicine taking time;
after the medicine taking time is set, the locking medicine box controller controls the intelligent medicine box to be continuously locked when the medicine taking time is not up, and the medicine taking user can not take the medicine at the moment;
when the medicine taking time is up, the date and time controller starts the medicine box locking controller to trigger unlocking at the medicine taking time so as to unlock a lock catch of a corresponding box cover in the intelligent medicine box; and
the medicine is taken by the medicine taking user.
10. The method for controlling an intelligent medicine box according to claim 8, further comprising a step of reminding the medicine taking time of the intelligent medicine box corresponding to the medicine taking user, the intelligent medicine box, the date and time controller and the voice recognition controller, wherein the step of reminding the medicine taking time of the intelligent medicine box comprises:
setting the medicine taking time by the medicine taking user through the intelligent medicine box;
writing the medicine taking time by the date and time controller of the intelligent medicine box;
triggering, by the date time controller, the voice recognition controller when a medication time arrives; and
the sound recognition controller sends out sound to remind the medicine taking user to take medicine.
