For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.

As shown, the electronic cigarette 100 includes one or more cartridges 110, a stem 120, and a mouthpiece 130. Where the cartridge 110 can carry and convert the tobacco tar therein into smoke for the user to smoke, the tobacco rod 120 is used to provide the cartridge with the energy (e.g., electrical energy) needed to convert the tobacco tar into smoke; the mouthpiece 130 fits over the outer surface of one or more cartridges. In some embodiments, the mouthpiece is sleeved on or part of the outer surface of the cartridge remote from the stem.
In some embodiments, the one or more cartridges are removably connected to the stem to facilitate replacement of the one or more cartridges. In some embodiments, one or more cartridges may also be integrally formed with the stem. In some embodiments, the plurality of cartridges are detachably connected to each other to facilitate any combination or replacement between the plurality of cartridges. In some embodiments, the mouthpiece may be removably disposed on the cartridge. In some embodiments, the mouthpiece may also be integrally formed with the cartridge. In some embodiments, the removable connection structure between the cartridge and the stem, cartridge, or mouthpiece and cartridge includes, but is not limited to: threaded connection, tapered connection, magnetic connection, snap connection, or any other combination.
According to one embodiment of the application, the cartridge 110 further comprises a reservoir chamber 101, one or more air passages 102 and heating means (not shown in the figures). Wherein the oil storage cavity 101 is used for storing tobacco tar; the heating device is arranged in one or more air passages 102 and is connected with the oil storage cavity 101, and is used for heating tobacco tar in the oil storage cavity to generate smoke; one end of the air channel 102 is an air outlet which is communicated with the outside of the electronic cigarette, one end of the air outlet can be arranged on the cigarette holder 130, a user sucks air through the air outlet, air can enter the air channel 102 through the air inlet, and then smoke can be driven to enter the oral cavity of the user.
According to one embodiment of the present application, the stem 120 includes a housing 111 and an internal structure, wherein the housing 111 is hollow inside and is configured to accommodate the internal structure of the electronic cigarette, and is connected to the cartridge 110, and the internal structure includes a battery, a processor, etc. (not shown in the figure), and the battery may be used to provide power for the processor, the heating device, etc., and the processor may be used to control the operation of the electronic cigarette. Optionally, the internal structure may further include a conductive post 112 for connecting the battery to the electrical components of the e-cigarette. Optionally, the internal structure may further include a charging port (not shown) to which an external power source is connected for charging the battery. According to one embodiment of the application, the electronic cigarette can also charge the battery through wireless charging by the wireless coil. According to one embodiment of the application, the housing 111 may further include one or more holes 113, for example, on the sides, for guiding air outside the e-cigarette into the airway.
As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, when a user wishes to combine the cartridges of a plurality of electronic cigarettes, the cartridges each include a heating device, and the cartridges share an air passage, so that smoke generated by cartridges of a user remote from the air outlet of the air passage is continuously heated during entry into the user's mouth. And the smoke is repeatedly heated to possibly generate harmful substances, so that the human health is endangered. Fig. 3 is a schematic view of a cartridge according to one embodiment of the application. Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a combination of multiple cartridges for an electronic cigarette according to an embodiment of the application. As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, to facilitate the illustration of the use of multiple cartridges in combination, smoke is not repeatedly heated as it enters the mouth of the user, and therefore only cartridges and mouthpieces are illustrated, which are similar in part to the embodiment of fig. 1 and will not be described again.
As shown, the cartridge 110 comprises an oil reservoir 301, a first air passage 302, a second air passage 303, and a heating device 304, wherein the first air passage 302 and the second air passage 303 are disposed in the oil reservoir 301. A heating device 304 is disposed in the first air passage 302 and is connected to the oil storage chamber 301, and may be used to heat the tobacco tar in the oil storage chamber to generate smoke. The first air duct 302 may be used to direct the fumes generated by the heating device; the second air duct 303 may be used to direct smoke generated by its adjacent underlying cartridges. In some embodiments, the first air passage 302 is disposed in the oil storage chamber adjacent to or spaced apart from the second air passage 303. In some embodiments, portions of the first gas channel 302 may be disposed in the second gas channel 303 while ensuring that the gas in the first gas channel 302 and the gas in the second gas channel 303 do not mix. For example: and one part of the second air passage can be sleeved outside one part of the first air passage, and the air outlet of the first air passage can extend to the outside of the oil storage cavity through the side wall of the second air passage.
In some embodiments, the first air channel 302 includes a first air inlet 305 and a first air outlet 306, the first air channel 302 being in communication with the exterior of the cartridge through the first air inlet 305 and/or the first air outlet 306. The first air outlet 306 is disposed on an upper end surface of the oil storage chamber (taking the disposition direction in fig. 3 as a reference), and the first air inlet 305 is disposed on a side wall of the oil storage chamber. In some embodiments, the second air channel 303 extends through the cartridge 110 and includes a second air inlet 307 and a second air outlet 308, wherein the second air inlet 307 is disposed on a lower end surface of the oil storage chamber and the second air outlet 308 is disposed on an upper end surface of the oil storage chamber.
In some embodiments, the second air inlet 307 has an opening size that is greater than or equal to the overall opening size or sum of opening sizes of the first air outlet 306 and the second air outlet 308, such that when multiple cartridges are used in combination, smoke in both the first and second air outlets of a lower cartridge may flow into the second air passageway of an adjacent upper cartridge. In some embodiments, the first air channel 302 and the second air channel 303 may also share an air outlet, that is, the first air channel and the second air channel are combined together at the position of the air outlet, but the position where the air outlets of the first air channel and the second air channel are combined together should be as close as possible to the upper end surface of the oil storage cavity, and far away from the heating device in the first air channel, so as to prevent smoke in the second air channel from flowing back into the first air channel to be heated. In some embodiments, the first air outlet is adjacent to the second air outlet.
In some embodiments, the first air inlet 305 may also be disposed on the lower end surface of the oil storage cavity and separated from the second air inlet 307, so long as it is ensured that the smoke in the lower smoke ejecting port does not enter the first air passage of the upper cartridge, and at the same time, the first air inlet 305 may be in communication with the external atmosphere.
According to one embodiment of the application, the cartridge 110 may further comprise a plurality of conductive studs (not shown) arranged on the end surface of the reservoir in contact with the stem and/or cartridge and connected to the heating means in the cartridge, which may be used for transmitting electrical energy to the heating means. Taking the embodiment of fig. 3 as an example, the lower end surface of the oil storage cavity may include a conductive post, which is electrically connected to the heating device, and whose position corresponds to the position of the conductive post 112 on the stem, and may be used for electrical connection between the cartridge and the stem. In some embodiments, the upper end surface of the oil storage cavity may also include a conductive column electrically connected to the heating device, where the position of the conductive column corresponds to the position of the conductive column on the lower end surface of the oil storage cavity, and the conductive column may be used for providing an electrical connection basis for a cartridge adjacent to the oil storage cavity when a plurality of cartridges are used in combination, so as to facilitate unification of cartridges and facilitate combination of a plurality of cartridges.
Referring to fig. 4, the e-cigarette may include a plurality of cartridges 410, 420, 430 and a mouthpiece 440, wherein the cartridges 410, 420, 430 are combined together for simultaneous use. For example: the nicotine content of the tobacco tar of the cartridges 410, 420, 430 is different, and it is possible to produce smoke with different nicotine content by controlling different cartridges or different number of cartridges to operate. Alternatively, the cartridges 410, 420, 430 may have the same nicotine content in the tobacco tar and may cooperate to produce smoke having different nicotine content by controlling the operation of different numbers of cartridges. Therefore, the smoke generated by the first air passage of the cartridge 410 can enter the second air passage of the cartridge 420, the smoke generated by the first air passage of the cartridge 420 and the smoke of the second air passage can jointly enter the second air passage of the cartridge 430, the smoke generated by the first air passage of the cartridge 430 and the smoke of the second air passage can jointly enter the oral cavity of the user through the cigarette holder, and the smoke can be effectively prevented from being repeatedly heated in the air passages.
According to another embodiment of the present application, when the electronic cigarette is provided with only one cartridge, the cartridge 110 may further include a second heating device, which may be disposed in the second air passage and connected with the oil storage chamber. In some embodiments, the oil storage cavity 301 may be partitioned, and different areas are connected with different heating devices, so as to facilitate the combined use of tobacco tar with different tastes or tobacco tar with different nicotine contents.
According to one embodiment of the application, the heating device of different cartridges of the electronic cigarette or different heating devices of the same cartridge can be controlled to be in a heating state and a non-heating state, so that different combination modes of the electronic cigarette can be controlled. In some embodiments, a plurality of switch controls can be additionally arranged in the electronic cigarette rod, and different heating devices can be controlled through the switches, so that different combination modes of the electronic cigarette can be controlled. In some implementations, control may also be provided by a processor in the e-cigarette. For example: the processor can control the heating of tobacco tar or components with different nicotine contents to reduce the number of the tobacco cartridges according to the sucking time of the user, or the processor can combine tobacco tar with different tastes for the user in turn.
The electronic cigarette disclosed by the application can be used for combining various tobacco tar through improving the tobacco cartridges, can also prevent the smoke generated by the tobacco cartridges from being repeatedly heated, can meet the use requirements of different users, can also ensure the physical health of the users, and can increase the use experience of the users.

Claims (7)

1. An electronic cigarette cartridge, comprising:
an oil storage chamber configured to store tobacco tar;
a heating device configured to heat tobacco tar to produce smoke;
the first air passage is arranged in the oil storage cavity, one end of the first air passage is provided with a first air inlet, one end of the first air passage is provided with a first air outlet, the first air outlet is directly arranged on the upper end face of the oil storage cavity, and the heating device is arranged in the first air passage; and
the second air passage is arranged in the oil storage cavity, one end of the second air passage is a second air inlet, one end of the second air passage is a second air outlet, and the second air outlet is directly arranged on the upper end face of the oil storage cavity;
the second air inlet is arranged on two opposite end faces of the oil storage cavity relative to the first air outlet and the second air outlet, and the opening size of the second air inlet is not smaller than the opening size of the first air outlet and the second air outlet.
2. The electronic cigarette cartridge of claim 1, wherein the first air inlet is disposed on a sidewall of the oil storage cavity.
3. The electronic cigarette cartridge of claim 1, wherein the first air inlet and the second air inlet are disposed on a same end face of the oil storage cavity, wherein the first air inlet is disposed in spaced relation to the second air inlet.
4. The electronic cigarette cartridge of claim 1, wherein the first and second air channels are adjacent to each other or the first air channel portion is located in the second air channel.
5. The electronic cigarette cartridge of claim 4, wherein the first air outlet is adjacent to the second air outlet, or the first air outlet is partially or fully coincident with the second air outlet.
6. An electronic cigarette, comprising:
a tobacco stem; and
a plurality of cartridges according to any one of claims 1 to 5;
wherein the second air inlet of the first cartridge is coupled with the first air outlet and the second air outlet of the second cartridge located adjacent below the first cartridge, wherein the second air inlet of the first cartridge is aligned with or covers the first air outlet and the second air outlet of the second cartridge.
7. The electronic cigarette of claim 6, further comprising a control device configured to control a heating device operating state of one or more of the plurality of cartridges.
